Nice hotel, all inclusive was worth it.
Good location.
Friendly staff .
The only thing “less then great” was the lack of variety at meal times. The food was great quality but it did lack variety. Desert selection was also poor.
Cocktails bar was excellent. Italian restaurant was really nice too however the manager is very rude , all the other staff there were really friendly.
Oh the main swimming pool was not heated and was freezing in September. Maybe because the weather wasn’t great?

Surprised with the value for an all-inclusive (we just did 4 nights). Pros: Beach access via private path, outstanding beach views, caves, etc. The food was very good, and we really liked the small buffet layout (no big lines). The coffee machines were amazing and around every corner. Nice soccer and tennis field, mini golf. Beds were comfortable, and sofa bed for the kids was a quality mattress. The patio is very spacious with great views. Nice activities at the pool, they are very inclusive of the kids. Lots of loungers and shaded areas. Staff was very friendly and very active for service and cleaning the tables.
Cons: Odd minor items, the soccer ball on loan was falling apart, seagulls hanging around the pool (with known results), entertainment was ok, elevator was very dusty and smudged all over the doors.
Would return if in the area, with food, pool and beach we found it great value.

Rooms are really nice and clean. Service is good, stuff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that didn't tick the box for me is a lack of variety of food, breakfast lunch and dinner, they always have pork. Coffee machine wasn't good enough and I didn't like the hot drinks. Overall its a good place but food was terrible.

Rooms are beautiful and that’s about it. Food was always cold/warm and options limited and limited.
Not a good location for things to do or places to eat, and the communal spaces are giving Butlins 1999.
They also make sure u generally have to go to your room after 9.
All in all, would not recommend

The hotel needs some renovations. The 1st floor often had an unpleasant odor, and the public bathrooms weren’t cleaned frequently enough. The beds are hard, but the air conditioning worked adequately. The food is buffet-style but lacks quality ingredients. Coffee machines are good but only available after 7:00 a.m., which is too late. The music is outdated, but the service is excellent. One morning, a staff member even turned on the coffee machines early for me. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth the cost. Next time, I’ll opt for a VRBO and explore different dining options. The location is convenient, especially if you have a car, and the hotel does arrange taxis for those looking to venture out.
