The reception is great they really take care of you here. I would personally recommend getting in touch with Valentino. He really knows what he's doing and helped out so much whilst we were staying there. Good rooms, all very clean and spacious. Pool is perfect and I was happy that it was colder than the air very nice.
Breakfast is done as a buffet and is very large and extensive, all food tastes okay there.
24/7 luggage storage and front desk was a big help too, I would stay here again.

Superb service, they were super willing to help book excursions and other activities. Easy to get in touch with using whatsapp and the reception. We had problems with lights in our room, but the personnel fixed it. Room was otherwise good, but super bright bed lights, lighting was overall poorly planned. The bathroom was charming. The balcony had a nice view. Breakfast was superb, but the food court was poorly planned, and very chaotic when people were rushing through a small bottle neck. We also didn't notice until day two that there were coffee makers back in the room. Up to 10 people were sometimes in line to the coffee machines, which we thought was the only place to get coffee at (and I assume most other people also do). But breakfast overall had a wide variety of everything, good stuff. Location couldn't have been better. Maybe not the place to go if you want to have a quiet moment at the pool

The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, both inside and out, which made a great first impression. While the rooms could benefit from some modernisation, they were still well-maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help when needed, and the level of service made the stay feel genuinely welcoming and enjoyable.
There were plenty of sunbeds available around the pool from 9am, and the daytime entertainment around the pool was great fun. We didn’t experience the evening entertainment as we were out most nights, so can’t comment on that.
Location was perfect, out of the hustle and bustle but within 20mins walking distance to the golden mile.
Even though I’d like to try other hotels in the area, I definitely wouldn’t say no to staying here again!
The only downside was a few early mornings when noise from other guests returning late disturbed our sleep, but that’s to be expected now and then.

Typical large Spanish seafront hotel - ageing but functional, and in a prime location on the main strip close to one of the best beaches.
Well designed - every room has a balcony with pool or sea view and most get sun all day. Bedrooms are set towards the quieter back end of the hotel.
Our room was basic but clean, with what looked like a recently re-fitted kitchen area, complete with brand new filter coffee machine, which we loved because we have one at home. Also the shower was hot and powerful with free hand wash and shower gel provided.
We didn't eat at the hotel but they lay on breakfast and dinner and had lunch offers, such as a free drink with a serving of paella.
There is a large and sunny outdoor seating area for diners.
Didn't use the pool as preferred going into the sea, which was warm with big waves. But we used the sunbeds around the pool and they are very strict in not letting anyone put towels down until they have completed jet washing the paving at 9 am. You don't need to be there bang on 9 but beds around the pool were generally all taken by about 9:10. The whole outdoor area is massive so you will find a sunbed somewhere whatever time of day.
There is a very good little supermarket connected to the lobby where you can buy beer on tap, freshly brewed coffee, toasties, croissants, fresh milk, bread, juice, fruit, canned beer and soda, crisps, etc etc.
Basically you don't need to leave the hotel but there are lots of restaurants nearby. Fresh sea bass and paella at Restaurant Mayte were very good, and Pipo does excellent tapas. There is also a launderette a short walk from the hotel and you will find bars close to the beach selling beer for €1.50 a pint.
My only real criticism is the mattresses were very very hard. It was more like sleeping on the base of a divan bed but we got through it.
Overall this is a clean and well-run hotel and you will have a good time here so long as you don't arrive expecting to find luxury.

Unsanitary, outdated, dusty, & smelly wrenk bathroom. Don’t bother pay for half board as dinner doesn’t include beverages which I’ve never heard or seen in my life! If you pay for dinner, you can eat as much low budget cheap food as you like but you have to pay for drinks which is ridiculous!! I ended up having to go out and eat at restaurants outside of the hotel which caused me to spend more money than intending to because the dinner buffet is a joke🤮. Breakfast was good as it included beverages at no extra cost. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location is great as it’s a couple minutes walk to everything. This hotel just needs updating, deep cleaning and to majorly improve the dinner buffet offer and everything will be sweet!
