Great location for the beaches & near plenty of restaurants & entertainment. The hotel is basic but adequate, could do with a facelift here and there. Staff friendly especially Lottie from the animation team. Basic apartments don’t have air con but can hire fan for €20 which you get back. €3 a day for safe. Pools open at 10.30 sun beds chained till then so you don’t need to get up stupid o’clock to reserve sun beds. Food is nice for a basic hotel.decent alcohol. We didn’t have any problems with cockroaches. Apartment was dated but clean & got cleaned again on 3rd day. Reception was pleasant and helpful. Would return

Very quaint little place, staff very friendly & accommodating. Food & drinks were fabulous. My only complaint was our bins were loaded with other people’s rubbish when we checked in. Arrived Monday & left Friday & no house keeping whatsoever, only when I mentioned about the bins. Other than that it was lovely! Very close to town & beach.

First off I’d like to say that the staff were always nice and was helpful when needed. The Hotel Rooms - while they look nice at first glance they really need a good clean as there is mould all over the bathroom and the showers need a good power wash as they have build up from god knows how long of not being properly cleaned. Depending where you stay in the hotel you can be met by different wild life like cockroaches in your bed (I’m aware the island is known for them but NOT IN YOUR BED!) if your on the ground level floor or if you up near the top plenty of ants for you to be with near the doors. Random scratches on the floors we had 2 rooms at this hotel while we stayed and both had random scratches on the floors. The pool areas - Just like the rooms the pools look great at first glance until you look at the pools and there is a layer of green gunk around the top layer of the pool which is unsanitary and shows that it’s been a very long time since it’s had a proper clean. If you look to the bottom of the pool you can see tiles missing all over the bottom of it, a massive healthy hazard! Only to make it worse by the kids pool next to it actually being worse then the adult pool for missing tiles DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS IN THAT POOL! They could very easily cut their feet and get god knows what infections from that pool it’s disgusting! The sun beds have seen better days I get they get used a lot but clearly haven’t had any maintenance done to the for a while and need a real good clean as they are starting to look like they are going moldy! General walking around - As you walk around you’ll see plenty of cracked walls that need fixing, half broken tiles on the floor, tiles they have become loose and build up water in them so when you walk on them you get your feet wet. This could be so easily fixed with a regular maintenance person going round and fixing these problems just to make a bit more clean and tidy. Bar - Can’t really complain about the bar because the all inclusive was cheap so expect cheap drinks BUT drinks was always flat even the beer. Food - The all inclusive is awful near enough same selection every morning and night. The food is awful mushrooms feeling plastic and tasting of chemicals like washing up liquid. We ending having to go out every morning night because the food was that bad! On the beach - We complained the morning after we got there and wanted moving but was messed around by the hotel and on the beach for days ( we complained on Tuesday) nothing happens till Friday! Luckily we are in the position we were able to get out of there and get a new hotel room even if it was the last few days of our holiday. I feel sorry for the family’s the aren’t int that position as this place is not fit to be open! And definitely not somewhere to take your kids unless you want them coming back with an illness or disease!

Excellent location close to everything. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and kindly gave us a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 1 bedroom we had booked. It was great with a huge balcony and powerful shower and overlooked one of the 3 swimming pools. We were all inclusive and food was fine for a 3*. We could always find something and there was plenty of choice. Choice of drinks on all inclusive were fine - local spirits, wine, beer and cocktails. Only minor complaint was that the pool nearest us wasn't heated so very cold in January. The other 2 pools were heated but one was very busy and the other was miles away up a lot of stairs so we stuck with the cold one. In summary a great 3* hotel in a lovely location. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Just got back from staying at atlantida check in bungalows, location is perfect, accommodation perfect and staff absolutely helpful and accommodating, . I stayed a week with my elderly disabled mum and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I will definitely be returning with other members of my family, pools are lovely and well looked after with lifeguards. Highly recommended as a base for a wonderful time .
