AVOID! I’m just glad it was in a perfect location, so spent more time at the hotel rather than at the pool
Pros: great location and ideal to get to all the towns around too. Not noisy at night either. Drinks are good
Cons: Cockroaches were infested in our rooms. I know Tenerife is known for its cockroach’s but I have never seen so many in our bedroom and had to personally go out and get traps and spray to get ride of them all. Woke up one night with 5 of them crawling in our bed. I bought it up with the reception to see if we could move rooms and the hotel was not that busy. The receptionist response was ‘No, it is normal and just to keep the patio doors shut’ our doors were shut 99% of the time but there are cracks in all the windows and doors so they could still get it. As we were a young couple they did not want to listen. Also, we had to get our room looked at twice and the bathroom stunk of sewage and we could not even be in our room, the smell was so bad. Food was quite bad and never a variety. For the price I expected a bit better and I defiantly expected the cleanliness to be SO much better!
So disappointed won’t be returning but will defiantly be retuning to Tenerife thought

The hotel has a great location, near to the beach.
We stayed 7 nights all inclusive, food was OK for the price, they just need a bit more selection, not a great selection for gluten free. Too many foods mixed with other foods from the day before. Salads mixed with everything you could think of. They also used boiled eggs, took the yokes out and put tuna paste in the middle, if they simply just put mayo on them probably more people would eat them. Drinks selection not great for all inclusive. The wine is revolting, so you have to buy your own.
The apartments are basic, need bedside cabinets and chest of drawers as not enough storage space. Our apartment was a lower floor so the smell from the drains was awful. The first clean was on our 3rd day and it was cleaned with a dirty mop. Ended up cleaning it myself as the smell was awful. They did get another cleaner in and she did do a good job. Was only cleaned twice in a week.
Pool areas are great, reception area lovely and always clean
The entertainment staff are great and some lovely staff in the restaurant and bar.
Still had a lovely holiday, just a few tweaks would make this a great hotel.

This hotel is ideally located a short walk from the seafront and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Its also not far from the main town with all the shops and restaurants and local harbour. The accommodation itself was standard with one bedroom, a kitchen area, bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony. We got lucky and was given an apartment outside pool number two which is the heated pool. Just be mindful that balls and lilos aren't allowed in the pool. The staff onsite was friendly and helpful.

Our first visit to Tenerife and Check-in bungalows. Pleasantly surprised for a budget hotel. Our room was bright and clean and we had a lovely private bit of garden around the back. The general complex looks bright and clean. The walkways are full of well maintained gardens and plants. The main bar and eating area we did not visit. It does appear that some rooms have a less private balcony. The pools were missing a few tiles from the bottom of them. Pool 2, which was near our room was the noisy child one that had a life guard and music playing. All in all I would say it was a very central location and you can get to many places as this is your base. I would recommend the deluxe suite for any potential couples as it has a separate bedroom and lounge. Great for our 10 days stay.

I used to love staying here and have done on many occasions, unfortunately I will not be returning, the rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint, the grass could do with being cut and a chopping board would be handy. But the apartment had so many cockroaches, they were coming from everywhere. I felt very uncomfortable sleeping in the room as you could hear them. I really couldn’t wait to leave. I think if you’re paying €800 for 2 adults for 1 weeks holidays you should at least have a decent room. I’m not going to upload the photos I took just in case anyone reading this has a holiday booked
