Great location for the beaches & near plenty of restaurants & entertainment. The hotel is basic but adequate, could do with a facelift here and there. Staff friendly especially Lottie from the animation team. Basic apartments don’t have air con but can hire fan for €20 which you get back. €3 a day for safe. Pools open at 10.30 sun beds chained till then so you don’t need to get up stupid o’clock to reserve sun beds. Food is nice for a basic hotel.decent alcohol. We didn’t have any problems with cockroaches. Apartment was dated but clean & got cleaned again on 3rd day. Reception was pleasant and helpful. Would return

Subject: Complaint About Check-Out Experience
Dear [Checkin Atlantida Bungalows] Team,
I would like to share my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Our flight was scheduled for 23:00 at night, so we kindly asked the reception if we could stay in our room until 18:00 or 19:00 and pay any extra charges required for a late check-out.
Unfortunately, several members of the reception staff insisted that we had to leave the room at 12:00 noon, and they were not willing to offer us any solution or paid option for extending our stay. In the end, we were only provided with a room for a short time just to take a shower, which did not really help us enjoy our last day or relax before our late flight.
This situation made our last day very stressful and uncomfortable, which was not what we expected from a hotel of your standard.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider offering more flexible late check-out options for guests in the future, especially when they are willing to pay for it.

We stayed for five nights. The hotel staff are lovely and friendly, Valentina on reception was particularly helpful. The cleaning staff are always busy and don’t stop all day. The hotel is a bit worn itself and could do with a bit of tlc but you do get what you pay for. It’s great for a cheap little get away. I agree with a lot of the other reviews in respect of the food. I am a vegetarian and struggled a bit, even the salad had fish in it. I was fine at brekkie with eggs toast cereal etc but at lunch and dinner I did struggle for options. There was very little choice and it’s a bit repetitive, if we went back I’d go self catering as there are lots of options eating out close by. The location is great and lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Definitely go for the premium apartment as the others don’t have aircon

Very quaint little place, staff very friendly & accommodating. Food & drinks were fabulous.
My only complaint was our bins were loaded with other people’s rubbish when we checked in. Arrived Monday & left Friday & no house keeping whatsoever, only when I mentioned about the bins. Other than that it was lovely! Very close to town & beach.

We stayed for a week with the all inclusive option. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from bars restaurants shops and the beach so very well located. The standard room was lovely and clean upon checkin. Only taking a star away as the food was very dissapointing and the pools are a lot smaller than the photos let you believe. The staff is very hardworking and very nice considering they always seem short of staff and having to deal with very rude guests all day long.
I've seen reviews complaining about cockroaches, we had our windows constantly opened during our stay and only found one of the wall on the last day, people don't seem to realise cockroaches are mainly attracted by humidity so it is perfectly normal given the Weather/Multiple pools & the fact that the floor across the whole hotel is cleaned daily. We thought the whole place was very clean.
Overall had a very nice much needed holiday!
