Second stay at this complex for our small group and must say it is outstanding for the money. This time we opted for the 1 bed apartment with private garden. The room was spotless when we arrived and garden was clean. Use of the underground car park is very useful for scooters, cars and has a cycling centre. Complex was clean and tidy all the time and cleaners constantly around. Cleaners are very helpful and polite. Security guard is on at nights which is nice for piece of mind. Members of staff on reception are also very helpful and welcoming. The only negative thing I must mention is the manager. This lady was rude to us on the first day and took a disliking to us for some unknown reason.... hope this was a one off because this place is great

This “hotel” is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. I have never in my life encountered such a blatant lack of respect, professionalism, or basic human decency in hospitality. The staff here are not just rude—they are openly hostile, dismissive, and completely unwilling to provide even the most basic level of service. They patronise you, mock you, and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. One of the receptionists in particular—tattoos, piercings, and the most awful attitude I’ve ever seen in life let alone a customer-facing role—was hands down one of the most aggressively unpleasant people I have ever met while travelling.
To make matters worse, my friend suffered a serious injury on the first day of the holiday—tearing ligaments in her knee after a fall. Instead of offering help, compassion, or even the bare minimum of concern, the staff sneered, laughed both behind our backs and to our faces, and treated the entire situation like a joke. The complete lack of empathy or professionalism was beyond shocking. For a supposedly reputable establishment, their behaviour was not only unacceptable, it was vile.
The rooms themselves are borderline uninhabitable. There is no air-conditioning, leaving them sweltering, stuffy, and unbearably hot. We politely asked for a fan and were flat-out ignored, mocked, or dismissed, while we watched other guests being freely offered fans, towels, spare keys, and general assistance. The level of prejudice was astounding and impossible to ignore. It was crystal clear that we were being singled out purely because we were a group of young women. From the moment we arrived, we were stereotyped, judged, and treated as if we were some rowdy “party group”—which couldn’t have been further from the truth.
Despite multiple conversations with other guests who confirmed that we were quiet, respectful, and never disruptive, the staff repeatedly threatened to call the police on us for something as harmless as sitting in the lobby and chatting. Meanwhile, other groups and families around us were doing the exact same thing without consequence. This double standard shows just how deeply disrespectful and unprofessional the management and staff really are.
As if the abysmal customer service wasn’t enough, the hotel itself is barely functional. The so-called “pool” is tiny, overcrowded, and laughably inadequate. The facilities are run down, the amenities non-existent, and the overall atmosphere is cheap, hostile, and miserable. I cannot understand how this hotel has ever been rated above one star—it’s undeserving even of that.
To top it all off, when I raised these concerns at check-out, the receptionist gave a hollow apology but refused to give me any names of the staff involved, effectively shielding them from accountability. The arrogance and condescension of these employees, who clearly believed that we were too young or too naive to speak up for ourselves, only made an already awful experience even worse.
This place is not just poorly run—it’s toxic. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the sheer misery of staying here. Book anywhere else. This hotel and its staff are a disgrace and don’t even deserve one star.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff all extremely helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious and super clean. Kitchen comes with everything you need, and is very clean, there is also stuff to clean any dishes you use. Fridge was very spacious with a small freezer inside. Only issue was the fans as air conditioning weren't the best and the room was very hot. Apart from that our experience was incredible at the hotel. Regular entertainment in the hotel during the day and night. Pool is spacious with loads of sun loungers available. Would recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel as it's close to restaurants and bars and a big supermarket right across the road. Would recommend booking this hotel for your trip to Tenerife!

I spent 10 days in total, 3 waisted days, 1 waiting for a electrician because we had no electric in the apartment , 1 day visiting doctors and meeting a rep due to bed bug bites which the staff denied was true but was confirmed by a doctor . I was covered in bites and had to have antibiotics and steroid cream for the rest of my holiday . And another day having to move rooms .
The entertainment for the kids was good around the pool during the day but evenings were not good for kids .
The staff had attitude with me when I complained about the bites , I wasn't the only one , there were many complaining about bites .
The bar staff in the pool bar were great .
The lifeguard was like the fun police
The location was great of you didn't want to be in the middle of the noise and partying.
The staff also turned a blind eye to people smoking cannabis around the pool or on balcony's . Not my idea of a great holiday at all.!!

Wow! What a hotel.
Ideal location. Friendly staff and the hotel grounds were extremely clean.
The room.
We had a ground floor room facing the pool and it was stunning. Once the door was closed you had no noise outside. Very clean spacious and well equipped hotel room. We loved the garden the most. The lovely Gardener came round in the mornings and was very friendly.
The mercadonna shop is literally over the road with a few other eateries and shops.
Highly recommended!!!! :)
