What an amazing hotel! It simply offers you everything you need and it’s located in a strategic location in the South!, especially if you plan to have a rental car. The hotel rooms are spacious and the apartment we had was sparkling clean and excellent equipped with all you need! The staff is very friendly and especially the team in the reception. Prices can be described as extreme value for money!! Would come back for sure!

Had a great time here. All staff work long and hard to keep this place clean, tidy and running well. Was 2nd visit here and didn’t experience anything bad like say they have. Would say time your flights as Have to be out by 10am and can’t get into room until 4pm. Staff kindly phoned me early to say room was ready before 4pm. Go to hotel website and register before you arrive. Will save some time when you get there. Thanks for a great holiday - staff!

I'm still here & location is up a steep hill I'm going to be super fit. The apartments are fantastic fully equipped with great views down to the ocean. Very modern with USB ports for charging. Extra bonus of dishwasher & washing machine. No dirty laundry on the way home in 10 days time. There is even dishwasher tablets & washing pods supplied. Well done Ramada you have thought of everything

Lovely hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are clean. Ours has air conditioning in all rooms and great views all round the area. The pool is very clean great for families. You’re not allowed inflatable toys or balls in the main area. There’s also a shallow tool suitable for toddlers. The food is also excellent. We have breakfast included. Full English, cereal, fruit etc.

Initially arrived, lovely staff etc. clean ish rooms. Restaurants inside are lovely and cheap. However, location is pretty naff, cleaners are rude, cockroaches everywhere etc. You have to pay for clean towels with a side note you get one FREE towel change during a 7+ day stay. Cleaners don’t make the beds or change the bedding. On the days leading up to checkout we continuously asked for a later check out and that we would pay - we were refused as they were “fully booked” (rooms are still available to book online) Checkout was 10am which i can appreciate - we’re getting ready packing up doing last checks and it is 10:01am the cleaners were braying on the door saying you need to be out, i said we have a baby we’ll be 5 mins tops we just need to double check we have everything - barely seconds later reception are ringing up to the room being extremely rude. Again, i can appreciate the checkout time - but 5 minutes over is minor in my eyes. We stood outside our room for a while trying to sort my daughter and it got to 10:25am and another family were leaving their room then to checkout? The reception staff gave them no abuse or rush to get out like we recieved. I was pleasantly pleased by the hotel and staff after the week we’ve had, but this treatment on the last day has pleasantly ruined my opinion and i wouldn’t return. The towel change/cleaning service is appalling and that alone would put me off if i’d of known before booking. Wouldn’t say the price is worth it either. Paid over a grand for 3 people, can definitely get a better hotel for a bit more
