Stayed here over Christmas. Was impressed by the size of room was well equiped, required for stay. Extremely clean and staff were more than helpful. Was easy to get to old town by public bus, little train or taxi which was reasonably priced at around 7£ even on christmas day. The only thing was noise from bars underneath as our room was on main road, but it is a holiday destination. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was comfortable, very nicely decorated and as it was Christmas had a proper Christmas feel. Reception staff went above and beyond and so did the domestic staff. I would recommend this hotel and definitely be back. Thankyou for our stay

This is not my first time in Portugal, and I have to say — I’m quite a picky person. But everything that’s happening in this hotel has exceeded all my expectations. It’s truly an incredible stay! I’d like to highlight the spacious, comfortable room, equipped not only with a luxurious mattress for perfect sleep but also with a fully functional kitchen, making it ideal for a relaxing and extended stay. Every detail is carefully thought out. The staff deserves special praise ❤️. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and sincere. My special thanks go to Sandeep for his constant kindness, willingness to help, impeccable service, positive attitude, and the warm atmosphere he creates every day. The food is simply amazing! Always fresh, varied, and suitable for everyone — whether you’re on a diet, love to enjoy delicious meals, or don’t mind leaving Portugal with a couple of extra kilos 😄 (not because the food is heavy, but because it’s just too good to resist!). I haven’t used many of the hotel’s entertainment services since I spend a lot of time exploring different places, but every time I come back, I truly feel at home. It’s an incredible sense of comfort, coziness, and happiness. I’m sure I’ll return here again and again, and I’ll gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Because for the price it costs, it’s worth every single euro!

Went with my best friend for 6 nights, no one said prior that we would have to put a £100 deposit down before even being given our room key. They proceeded NOT to send it back after the holiday was over! I contacted them and the travel company i went with and i still didnt receive it and we left the room Immaculate! For food we had to go to a sister hotel and it was shocking. They also threatened to cut our all inclusive bands for no valid reason! Couldnt even borrow a towel without paying €15 just to borrow it.

The hotel is at a good location. Easy to take an Uber to different spots. However, I booked this hotel because of the reviews on 'Priceline', which stated it was clean... Not only did the sink have a slow drain, I also found 2 roaches in my room.. It was disappointing, because where I'm from, that's a big issue. I also feel like the staff member I mentioned the issue to, didn't do much to rectify the issue. It was my first time visiting the country and I didn't make a fuss because I didn't know what the customs were... I do know that I would not stay there again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay there.💔
