Fantastic!!
Fantastic food choices… loving the pizza.
Amazing views, friendly and welcoming staff. Bars everywhere, lovely quiet adults pools, lovely cocktails, filling snacks. Slept well, firm beds. Good air con. Cleaners are good. Wherever you go there’s an incredible view. Yes there are stairs a lot of them as it’s on a mountain and that’s clearly obvious in the photos before booking but we arent lazy and was good to walk all the food off so not complaining.

We stayed for a week at the Mogan Princess & Beach Club hotel in Gran Canaria for a holiday. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, which took place during our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t even receive a simple “happy birthday” from the hotel.
There is a huge difference in how the staff treats Spanish tourists compared to tourists from other countries. They practically kiss the Spanish guests’ feet, while others are treated with rudeness and disrespect—from the reception staff to the restaurant employees.
The room service was terrible! Our bed linens were only changed on the fifth day after we complained at reception—and this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel! Throughout the whole stay, the bed linen was changed completely just once. The second time, they only replaced one pillowcase and the top sheet, which had holes in it.
The pool wasn’t cleaned even once during our stay, and the small tables near the sun loungers were never wiped down.
As for the restaurant, the only positive thing is the view from the window. The staff clearly have no idea about cleanliness or hygiene. Once, a wine glass was broken, and the waitress wiped the floor with napkins and then wiped the table with the same ones! The staff reserve the best tables for their friends, acquaintances, or simply for Spanish guests.
Reception staff are unprofessional—some don’t even speak English, and some just ignore you when you approach with a question. During our entire stay, only two staff members were at least somewhat polite and helpful: the young woman who checked us in and a young man in a suit (unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names).
But the worst of all was Claudia—every time I came to the reception desk, she simply ignored me.
The only positives of the hotel are the beautiful views and the tasty, although repetitive, food. Everything else needs serious improvement. It’s hard to believe they have a 4-star rating!
The animation program was terrible. One evening, a young female entertainer came up to my husband, snatched the cap off his head (which had his sunglasses on it), and started dancing in front of him. She nearly broke his expensive sunglasses!

We arrived at almost midnight and were welcomed by a very friendly man called Roberto who explained everything to us and then directed us to a cold buffet as knew we must be tired and hungry . Our small room was quite dated but very clean. It was supplied with toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine which I thought was a nice touch. House-keeping arrive every morning to change sheets, towels and clean the bathroom. There was also much-needed air-con, a fridge, tv and hairdryer with ample wardrobe and drawer space plus lots of coat hangers. The view are utterly amazing from every room. They each have a balcony with seating and a table to enjoy the spectacular sea views.
Around this all-inclusive site there’s 3 swimming pools in an absolutley beautiful setting. There’s seating areas with classy, leather furniture placed at every imaginable point where you can sit and enjoy the whole beautiful ambiance of the place. It’s spacious to move around. Lots of stairs but lifts are available. The pools are placed at different levels and the adult infinity pool area is just something else. There’s a few snack bars which are well stocked with toasties, hamburgers, salads, hotdogs , salad and cake and ice cream . Coffee and drinks too, all served by a very efficient and friendly lady. She does her job so well and the place is immaculate. There’s also another snack bar at the larger pool . There’s water Zumba activities and keep fit here every day. A full program including children’s activities and nightly entertainment. The main restaurant runs so well. The food choice is wide and really tasty, fresh and kept refilled by diligent staff. Your table is cleared immediately. All-inclusive is amazing . You won’t be disappointed!! The location is not for the faint-hearted . The hotel is placed at the top of a steep hill. There’s very little parking near to the hotel but a free carpark at the bottom of the hill which is about a 15 min walk away. I wouldn’t recommend parking on yellow lines nearer to the hotel as there are regular police patrols giving out tickets. We actually got one on the first morning but ce la vie. Our fault!! Very friendly parking attendant who was very sympathetic but it was out of his hands. There was nevertheless a regular fee bus to the nearby beach with another free snack bar if you’re all inclusive - very handy. The free bus also takes you to and from the nearby Mogan village, which is very picturesque. All in all a quiet and relaxing resort in a most serene setting. We enjoy walking, so kept fit walking up and down the hotel steps . There are many - but lifts are available. We also enjoyed the walk to the beach and back. The staff are second to none . I can honestly say everyone we met from the reception staff, the dining room staff and management , the snack bar staff, room maids and carpark attendant … were all .. not only amazing at their jobs but went out of their way their way to make your holiday special. Very friendly with some lovely personalities but all were always very courteous, polite and hard-working to make everything the best it can be. It really does make a difference . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this beautiful place and we’ll definitely be back .

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful — truly a highlight of our trip.
The food was a big surprise in the best way: everything was delicious and fresh, which is rare for a large all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of fresh fruit and different kinds of fish, all freshly prepared!
The views are beautiful and very relaxing, pools are great! The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean and well-maintained, which was perfectly fine for us.
Overall, considering the price, this hotel offers incredible value. Big shout-out to the amazing staff — they really make the difference!

We had a wonderful week at the end of February. Our room was a junior suite in block one. Beautiful views, weather was wonderful. The food was really good for an all inclusive but what completely made it was the great staff that work there, from reception and security to the cleaning team. Victor who ran the service in the restaurant was amazing, you could see the constant attention to detail directing his team, managing hundreds of people. All tables were cleared and reset promptly and guests taken care of. Very efficient and professional.
The entertainment team were fantastic, lovely people who all ensured the guests were engaged. Ishmael, Pedro and the lovely French lady (sorry I forgot her name) were wonderful. We had a lot of fun and they were constantly smiling and chatting to everyone between the activities and even during their rest times. The darts competitions were fun as well as the aqua dance.
We also enjoyed some time down the beach and availed of the beach bar down there which is part of the hotel too. This is a great addition to normal all inclusive hotels.
Thank you for a lovely holiday
