We had a lovely stay here at Mitsis Rinela! Our room was beautiful with lots of natural light and minimalist style decor. Everywhere around the resort was kept clean to the best the staff could do! The resort was beautiful day and nighttime with a lovely ocean view. Staff here were very welcoming and polite. Service for drinks was a little slow but with the amount of guests, it was understandable. Food was good at the restaurants and there was plenty of choice at the all inclusive buffet. There was not much to do outside the resort unless you booked day trips but it was perfect for warm, lazy beach days with a new entertainment event every night! Thank you :)

I recently returned from the Mitsis Rinela where I stayed with 11 friends for 5 nights. This place was magical. The rooms were incredible, cleaned every day and the house keeping staff were always chatty and friendly.
The services offering food and drinks were outstanding, always something on offer to eat and drink and the staff were always on hand to help out. Special thanks to both Frank at the Theatre Bar and Maria at the Pool Bar for always being friendly, going out of their way to improve our experience and overall being incredible at their jobs!
The entertainment every night was varied and enjoyable offering different services for whatever your preference, whether you preferred music, magic, disco or Disney themed dance parties!
Overall I would 100% recommend this resort and will be looking to return. Thank you all!

Honestly speaking this is one of the best hotels over ever stayed in. In my whole life. The service the location, the room was just outstanding and out of this world. We were fortunate enough to experience the all inclusive deal and can I just mention how the food was incredible. The manager and staff were so accommodating and there was no language barrier. Honestly the hotel was amazing and the entire experience was just relaxing calm and exciting ! OMG they also have a DJ. it’s suitable for family’s it’s very modern and all rounder of 10/10 for everything we really enjoyed our stay and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!!!! P.S unlimited alcohol! Also a corner shop on sight. 🥰😍😍

We were here for our week vacation and this resort found and booked for us my sister and I'm so thankful to her.
First of all is short transfer from airport, what is very convince when I was so dead tired after flight.
Second, our room was stunning, design, view, facilities, cleaning, everything was top. Check in was fast, they offered us towels and drinks, and escorted to the room. But not only this, front office girls always were happy to assist with every request,if the is iron in the room or advice about where to dine. Nice girls.
Also I liked how everything you can do online, book restaurant, anniversary packaged (yes we had 5 years together!)
Staff is generally friendly and hard workers. Territory of the resort is big, but clean.
We enjoyed our time here and sure will come back one day!

I was at the Mitsis Rinela with my mother and my little 2 year old daughter and we were very impressed. It’s very modern and stylish. The service was really good, apart from sometimes long time of waiting for drinks during shows, however it’s understandable because all people from resort are there. The staff in the theme restaurants and bars are super accommodating and friendly.
The mini disco was a highlight for my little one every evening.
