We are staying here at the moment and having an amazing time.
The staff are always so attentive and nothing is a problem.
We have eaten out at the A La Carte restaurants for lunch and dinner and the food and service has been exceptional.
In particular Sofia from the restaurants and the manager there have always been so welcoming. Angel in the Sushi/Champagne bar looked after us too.
Already looking to book our next visit to this wonderful hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for a week in May 2025. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and certainly all inclusive. The staff are friendly, your drinks are served in the dining room and at the bars and the hotel is very clean. The range of food was also good, only always warm food and we personally do not need warm food for lunch. There is more than enough space at the pool or beach, never had any hassle looking for a bed. Unfortunately, the pool is cooled and therefore ice cold. For that reason we did not go in. The rooms are beautiful, fantastic beds and the filled mini bar is included in your stay. Which is by the way replenished every day with cans of drinks. The only thing we stumbled over enormously during our holiday is the noise pollution. We had a room next to the lobby and elevator and heard everything. Because the all inclusive is until 2:00 at night, there are regularly people drunk. Those people are noisy and we could notice that. There is no security present, so there was shouting and slamming doors in the middle of the night. Also the lobby is open 24/7, where music is played 24/7 and people are present, that also kept us awake. And also early in the morning the cleaning ladies started to move beds in the rooms next to us. Even with earphones in, we hardly slept a wink during our vacation. So we did not completely relax.

We spent 8 nights in the Mitsis Faliraki a few weeks ago and it was wonderful!
The Mitsis Faliraki is in a very modern state. Especially the entrance Hall, the restaurant and the outdoor area (Pool, Beachbar, sunchairs, playground) are new and in a very high standard.
The location of the Hotel is perfect. It's only a five minutes walk into the center of Falirakis. The beach is also very close to the Hotel. Furthermore the Mitsis Faliraki has its own Hotel Beach with sunchairs, beachbar and service (special thanks to Nicos the very friendly waiter on the beach). Please mention that the Sunbeds costs extra.
The rooms were clean and the roomservice was extraordinary. Ever day we had a new surprise (a bottle of wine, sweets and other things). The room was equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine so we could make coffee. There has also been a fridge which was filled with water, softdrinks, beer and wine.
The view from the balcony to the hotel facilities and the beach was awesome.
The only minor disadvantage was that the room was very small. For two Persons it's ok, but when you travelling with a small child it was very tight.
Dining in the Mitsis was one of the highlights (one of much highlights). It was fantastic that the restaurant opened nearly 24/7, it's starting at 4am with continental breakfast and ends with the late buffet at midnight (or later?).
The breakfast was always good and there has been many options.
Both lunch and dinner were fantastic. During our 9 days there were always different dishes and options. The cuisine were incredibly varied. We had not the feeling of being fed up with the food. It tasted great!
We had also one dinner in the greek á la carte restaurant which has been also very good.
The waiters in the restaurant were amazing! Our favourites were Pannagiotis, Inci and Ilias. They served us the whole week and we enjoyed their very good service. They were always superfriendly, mindful and they brought us the drinks very fast.
We travelled with our 1,5yrs old daugther and they were so child-loving. Our daughter was treaten like a princess during our stay.
So special thanks to the whole restaurant staff and especially to Pannagiotis, Inci, Eduard and Ilias.
In the evening there were interesting concerts with differenct genres (Rock, Funk, Classic, Latino music, Greek) so every evening was a new surprise. The acts were very professional. The cocktails and drinks in the bar were good and sophisticated. The friendly barkeeper could make every cocktail in a good quality.
We liked also the amenities in the Hotel, for example the outdoor gym where you can make sports.
The only disadvantage is that the pools opens at 10am and are closing at 7pm. So I hope during the summer time they'll open for a longer time.
We travelled with our 1,5yrs old daughter and the Mitsis was the perfect place for that. Everybody of the staff were in fond of children. There are many opportunities for children (Mini Club, a indoor playing house, a big playground, different slides, a separated pool only for small children and other temporary activities such as a bubble park or super heroes. The waiters were always super patient when the children run trough the whole area. On the other hand the
Otherwise the whole hotel staff made a really good service. Everybody was friendly and helpful.
