This was my third time returning to the hotel, and definitely not the last. I’m always satisfied because the service is immaculate, special shout out to the staff of the main bar, Alona, Sergei and Petros (and everyone else who’s names I didn’t catch). The spa treatments were also one of the highlights, very calming and professional, we will absolutely book next time too.
The hotel is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities, multiple stores, bars and restaurants that have very good selection and quality of food, the late night pancakes are perfect to end the day. The location of the hotel is very convenient for a walk to Rhodes and the private beach is clean and easily accessible - bring sea shoes as the beach has pebbles, or you can purchase them in the mini market in the hotel.
The only small hiccup was that our "double bed" was actually two singles pushed together, which tended to drift apart during the night—not ideal for couples. Still, everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely return (but maybe request a proper double next time!).

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the service and facilities failed to meet even basic expectations. This is not a 5* hotel!
The food was a major letdown – served cold, with grey chicken and rubbery boiled eggs. It was both unappetising and concerning from a hygiene perspective. To make matters worse, I became violently ill during the trip, suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea. When I informed the front desk, the staff showed no concern or support – I was simply told, “I don’t know, sorry.”
The front desk staff were consistently unhelpful and distracted, often on their phones and unwilling to assist. We had booked a shuttle to the zoo using a QR code displayed at the hotel. However, no one informed us there would be an extra fee to enter the zoo’s farm area. When we sought help after waiting an hour for the shuttle, the staff told us to wait another 15 minutes and that they’d call. Instead, they handed us the phone with no explanation. In total, we waited nearly two hours, and the return shuttle was also 30 minutes late.
Our room was another disappointment. We booked a double room but were given two twin beds that would separate during the night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. On top of that, cleaning staff entered the room without knocking or checking if the “Do Not Disturb” sign was out – one even walked in while I was getting changed, which was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate.
On top of that, the pool was freezing. The beds were equally uncomfortable – they would slam up against your back just from sitting down, making it impossible to rest properly.
Overall, the staff were rude, untrained, and seemed uninterested in helping guests. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
The only good thing was the entertainment staff - they were lovely.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, food delicious and lots of choices. Pool is huge and lots of sun loungers, very close to the beach, perfect for a sunrise / sunset swim. Room comfortable and clean. Found the weather in October just a pleasant heat. Would definitely come back!

Hotel is definitely not 5 stars, more like 2/3 maximum. Every where is dirty from the rooms to the pools, you can see cleaning staff and room attendants but I think they just look at the rubbish and dirt and then walk off. The food seemed ok on the first day but then it is just copy and paste each day and the little mini snack bars are the same. Had food poisoning from the main restaurant think I could narrow it down to the eggs definite health and safety issue at this hotel! Everything is so outdated and falling apart the hotel lobby has a very weird vibe the best way that I can describe it as being in an airport waiting area. The staff are rude to be honest I probably would be too if I had to work here… also the safe was locked when we arrived and it took several attempts to front desk to get this unlocked as they need us to be in the room to unlock the safe? Even though it was locked on arrival, I don’t understand why they don’t trust their maintenance staff to be in your room un attended but the cleaners and bar staff can have free roam and trust me they come in when you have do not disturb on the door too. Phone doesn’t work to phone reception. The lift situation is ridiculous who ever implemented that must hate people, there are numerous lifts depending on what floor you have to go to be prepared for 5 minute wait to get down one floor, if you want to use the stairs think again non available… unless you use the staff only entrance which we had to on a few occasions as the lift was over 5 minutes to get from floor 2 to 0…. The spa staff are relentless and will be doing there rounds every day around the pool and beach to get you into that spa (prices are very high) they are very pushy, I can’t comment on the treatments as we never had any though. The only redeeming factor for this hotel is the location as the travel is not far from the old town and there are a few restaurants outside the hotel to the right and left which I recommend you use instead of the hotel. Having stayed in two other hotels in Rhodes which were definitely 5 stars this one is a shambles I would not return and highly UN recommend at all costs. If you want a nice hotel in Rhodes stay at the princess andriana or TUI blue Atlantica dreams also the beach could be mistaken for a warzone be careful as the wooden beams are all broken.
