Stunning location with beautiful sea views. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lots of entertainment especially for the kids. The food court buffet is absolutely lovely with many varieties of different foods and deserts. 5 star rating for a 5star hotel. 👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Location is Great. Room was not cleaned well, lots of dust in corners and bed was dirty. Bed sheets were not changed during a week properly. Complained about cigarette smell coming from aircon, no action taken. Both kids suffered with Stomach bug, we only had food from the hotel, 3 nights out of 6 spoilt with Diarrhea and vomiting. Never again will book this hotel. Lifts are not clean. Same food served all 6 nights, not many options for Vegetarian. Had to stick with French fries.

I had been looking forward to this holiday for some time. The hotel is very big and it looked amazing on paper. Yet the staff were not very welcoming, the hotel boasts theme restaurants so whe booking this was ideal for us as although there is the buffet there is only so many nights you can eat the same food .unfortunately you can't book them prior to the trip and when you arrive they are all fully booked. So buffet it was. The buffet food was all very salty thick chunks of rock salt on most the items even the prawns salad. If you don't want brown bread your stuffed here all rolls and sandwiches are n Brown bread. . I was hopeful for some Greek food at the buffet but the extent It ran to was some weired looking cauliflower and rice. The staff in the restaurant ( buffet).wasnt friendly and don't say hello or speak or smile . The rooms are a nice size and have all the bits u need , nice conditioner & bodylotions supplied , but the beds are unfortunately the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. After one night my back was in agony so I thought I'd check out the spa for a massage but at $130 I passed.. there is activity available but all needs booking and was all fully booked . You can play ping pong but there are no balls , The information on what's on entertainment wise is very sparce and asking for information at concererge is vague. The room was cleen and hotel in general was cleen . The lack of pillows or extra bedding was disappointing and the stain of a flower on the sheet from a previous guests henna tattoo was a bit grim. Lots of wardrobe space but no draws or shelfs to put anything and can't hang a family worth of clothes as minimal hangers . We are a family and understand obviously kids make noise. But the amount of unruly people (not just kids).running up and down the corridor shouting was a bit to much.. I'm not stuck up or posh but do have dignity and respect and the amount of uncouth guests was quite alot , the location is €10 in a cab from old town and if you want to go anywhere it's from old town and there is no excursion desk at the hotel wich for me was alien as we always have been to hotels with available to go from our location to a trip to see things . So if you want to spend all day swimming and eating salty food this is ideal for you .. but if like us you want to get out and see the area and explore its not great.. I'm incredibly hungry and that's not a good.thing when paying for a all inclusive holiday. I've really tried to be upbeat about this place for my family but feel like crying as I'm bored out of my mind. . The local area to hotel has a shop about 10 min walk away with lots of souvenir and snacks. There is lots of close by restaurants unfortunately closed as we came in easter school holidays so if coming in summer I'd presume they would be open. Pool don't open till 10am and we are a family who like to swim early and get out n about for the day but unfortunately not possible. Closes at 6pm.

We stayed here for our wedding in September with 50 other friends and family. The hotel staff were amazing at accommodating us all. The staff were so helpful with wedding preparations (suits and dresses steamed, rooms to get ready etc)despite the wedding not being at the hotel. The food was incredible every day and the entertainment during the day and night for the children was great. The girls in the kids club were amazing with all of our children. Rooms were cleaned daily and they did such a good job considering the amount of stuff we had and 2 toddlers in our suite! Thank you for such an incredible 2 weeks for our wedding

Rooms a little on small side for 3 people sharing but made it work towels grey my dog has better, there was a smell around the hotel grounds, don't come end of season as bars & restaurants are closed down while your still on holiday so limited. Now to the positives food was always hot plenty to choose from all freshly made, lovely staff especially Katarina at the beach bar, lovely pools , evening entertainment for all ages with kids disco to live bands, we had a great holiday besides a few hiccups.
