This place is brilliant for kids. Have so much to do but different from.being there a few years ago like having to pay for games room now and food restaurants changed
You used to get cooked steak that they would do in front of u and also more restaurants you could go in without having to book them. Food is standard but always something for everyone to eat.
Rooms are better than before as last time we came they didn't have separate bedrooms for kids so more privacy for them, always clean although should be mopped everyday because you cant walk round with no shoes on cause ur feet are black.
The only thing that bothered me this time is the locals that were staying at resort where rude and never que like we do. They push infront of you and sometimes even barge you without apologising. Think there needs to be signs or something about queing and being fair to other guests that have paid to come and have a nice holiday.
The pools where good as always it was hot so nice to jump in.
I didnt mind the new bands now to open doors and tap for drinks and food this is alot easier for everyone and staff did say it was to make sure that if guests get ill they know what you have drank each time. Also better for older kids if they need to go back to room.
Overall happy and would go back as if have in the past. Only thing i would suggest is there are other things to do there but no idea where these was so could do with a activity guide to show you where things are. Also with entertainment sometimes got cancelled or changed. Would be nice to be notified as we was waiting for oasis tribute but staff said it changed but we wasn't aware and also entertaining staff could go round and talk to guests to get to know them and let us know what activities are on so we could take part.

We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy.
Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.

Absolutely awful!!!
Our first family trip abroad and won’t be rushing to do it again. Paid so much money for this holiday and expectations were high. Sadly, it was terrible.
Lodge was so basic, not sure what we’d spent our money on really, on inspection the bed sheets and covers had blood on them!!! Uncomfortable mattresses, picked something up that had fallen under the bed and well, that hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. Cleanliness was terrible.
Food at the golden arrow…so bad we actually all got food poisoning!
Unless you have the super duper packages, minimal transport links, one day we waited 3 hours for a taxi into Benidorm, gave up and went to the pool instead. Really needs highlighting in the resort details that you aren’t close enough to Benidorm to walk and that you will need to use a taxi service constantly if you want to get anywhere.
Everything was an addition price, wanted drink tokens-extra cost, pool towels-extra cost, kids activities-extra cost. Why had we paid thousands!?
Only good thing about the place is the pools, slide pool was mental busy but the smaller one tucked away was quiet, had a swim up pool, friendly staff and kids actually had space to swim and play.
Won’t ever be returning. Avoid unless you want to lose a lot of weight and spend your time with your head down the toilet!!

Disappointing stay – poor cleanliness, unsafe lodge & no desire to return
We stayed at Magic Robin Hood and overall it was a very disappointing experience. While the food was decent, even for picky eaters, that is honestly one of the only positives.
The lodge was not acceptable from the start. On arrival, the spoons were dirty, the cups in the bathroom were unclean, and the kettle was filthy. The bathroom bin was rusty, which is unhygienic and off-putting. The microwave was installed far too high, making it difficult and unsafe to use.
Even after the lodge was supposedly cleaned on the first day, the floor hadn’t been swept at all — there was a cigarette stub on the floor that was there when we arrived and still there after cleaning. On top of this, only one of the bunk beds was made, and the other bed in the bedroom wasn’t made at all, which is basic housekeeping and completely unacceptable.
There were no plug sockets in the kitchen area, meaning we had to boil the kettle on the floor, which is dangerous with boiling water. There was also no signal inside the lodge and no Wi-Fi, so you are completely cut off while in your accommodation.
The hot tub was a huge let-down. It took two full days to warm up, and even then it was only lukewarm, not hot, which defeats the entire purpose of booking a lodge with a hot tub.
Another major issue was the lack of clear information. You are not properly told where you can eat, or what restaurants are included in All Inclusive versus Ultra All Inclusive, which causes constant confusion. We were also not clearly informed that irons are not allowed in the rooms, which is very inconvenient.
To make things worse, there is a lack of things to do on site, so when the accommodation itself is poorly maintained and uncomfortable, there is very little to make up for it.
Overall, this stay was so disappointing that we would not return at all, and we were seriously looking at flights to come home early. The food alone does not make up for the poor cleanliness, safety issues, lack of facilities, unclear communication, and limited activities. We wouldn’t recommend this resort unless major improvements are made.

I stayed here with my partner and 4 children. Upon arrival staff seemed to be polite and friendly and check in was straight forward with Jet2 customers having there own reception area. The animation team/entertainment team try there hardest to please everyone, with a verity of activities throughout the day and into the evening, there are extra activities which are at an extra cost, which you can book on there website/app or at reception, the only activity I wouldn't recommend is the ice skating, as it's only plastic and un-skateable, so unfortunately a complete waste of money. Regardless of the ice skating a big thumbs up to the animation team 👍. There are also plenty of places and food trucks you can get food and drink , including water fountains throughout the resort. The location is not the best, but there is a number 10 bus that takes you into Benidorm or Albir.
ROOMS... Are a good size for up to 4 people and the cleaners do a good job of keeping the cabins clean and stocked up, the only negatives are there is no plug in the kitchen area to plug the kettle in , so you have to move the kettle to the floor to plug it in, I found that very bizarre. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, so not a lot of peace and quiet if you have noisy neighbours.
FOOD/BUFFET RESTAURANT... First 2 days unfortunately the food wasn't that great, the restaurant was absolutely manic and like a massive school dinner hall, with barley any stuff to clean dirty tables and keep on top of the high demand for the amount of guests, you also have to queue from the live cooking station to get to the dishes that have already been prepared and cooked, even if you don't want anything from the live cooking station, this unfortunately caused massive waiting queues. You can get things like pasta, chips, rice etc from other stations, but then have to wait in a queue for the main dishes, so maybe a separate live cooking station could be the answer for the manic queues. You could see the staff were trying there hardest. On about the 3rd/4th day the food did get much better and there were plenty more stuff to cope with the high demand, so a massive difference compared to the beginning of the holiday. There is also a good verity of food and drinks
POOLS....There were a good selection of pools and slides for all ages. The pool areas were ok but could do with a couple of cleaners, as there were some dirty floors around the bar areas and people were dropping crisps everywhere.....
OVERALL.... our holiday was good and we a had good time, I would definitely say this resort is more like a 3* though, but that doesn't mean you still can't have a good time. As we stayed during Halloween the resort did go out of their way to provide extra treats and activities, which was nice for the children. We also had really nice weather, which is always a bonus.
