We’re on the last day of our holiday at the gorgeous Melia Benidorm and we’ve had a fantastic 2 weeks, the wethers been great the pool and food are lovely but what’s really made this a fantastic holiday is the entertainers at the kids club. Our kids of 5 and 7 have had the best time ever and we all know if the kids are happy the holidays great. Not too mention the great evening shows and the kids disco. So we’d like to say an enormous thanks to them all especially Danny Marco Alex Alison, Maria and of course Eva and we very much hope to see you again at the end of the year.

All good, location very good for Family or Adults, short walk to the strip with some great family bars over the road. Room very clean and spacious, Level lounge has limited free day snacks and beer. Breakfast was
very good. Lunch and dinner where a bit disappointing with bland food and nothing that goes together. Service amazing, all staff extremely friendly. Recommend the Level to avoid crowded areas and a bit more of a personal experience.
Edited to 5 star simply due to the care taken to respond (maybe the food was down to personal preference)

Hasn't quite made 5 for us as they were a bit short of staff, especially on reception and in the restaurant. The staff that were there were excellent and very friendly. The pool area was large, very well looked after, and beautiful. The kids seemed very happy with their club.. Would definitely go again.

Excellent experience in the Melia. We have been to several Melia hotels and choose to book the level. Hotel location was excellent. Big hotel with over 500 rooms.
Some good bits and not so good
The not so good. The lifts were a bit of a wait. Not sure if they are properly programmed but there was a frequent wait.
There was some building work going on at the hotel. It didn’t impact doing anything but the drilling was there a few times (have had a lot worse). Looks short term so probably be done shortly.
The good bits.
The level area was the best we have experienced. The staff were first class and couldn’t be more helpful. Drink selection and the snacks/food was a very high standard. My wife is gluten free and the chef would prepare specific dishes for her as required. Really enhanced the experience.
The area for beds was lovely and there were plenty of beds for level guests. No having to reserve beds with towels.
Overall an excellent experience and will definitely be back.

“Soul matters”, but not all the time. I’ve been chosen this hotel because of it’s a Meliã. That brand is a guarantee… but it’s not a real perception in the whole experience. Rooms are ok, but need a refurnishing in some areas. Has been a good surprise realize that this popular hotel has a green reycling and non-waste policy. Meliã Benidorm improves too many things, and that becomes in a very good staff, the most important thing during my time in the building. Had a bad experience because of bad neighbours during thursday’s night, but in a brief, I am not disappointed with my week spent in Meliā Benidorm. My stay was bed & breakfast, and breakfast was brilliant! Staff also were! Congratulations to all the team, worth been in Meliā Benidorm just for all of them.
