In my experience at the hotel, I noticed that Yuri who is a barman/waiter consistently appeared to be in a bad mood and looked quite miserable. Unfortunately, this negatively impacted the overall atmosphere and made the service feel unwelcoming. It would be beneficial for the hoilday if he was nicer he also had no manners which is dam disgrace the service is terrible especially him.

Special holiday for Mum turning 70! Beg bugs after getting blanket out of cupboard!! Thank God we only got the blanket out on the last night due to cold weather. However, they offered us another room, pointless as we were leaving that day. Asked for fly spray to spray our room and clothes with. We were offered a free meal as compensation which was ironic as we were catching the bus that morning! Sliding door in our Mums room (216) was broken (couldn't lock it) but was fixed whilst we were there two days later. Food pretty average, had Paella one day, rice under cooked (gross). Bacon and sausages undercooked as mentioned to the chef, twice, did cook my bacon on the hotplate again so it was cooked in the end. The only thing to write home about were the cooked prawns on the hotplate:) Very disappointed that we couldn't have beer with our dinner as only wine and water was offered. waiter did ask for us but we were refused by restaurant staff. Paco and another young man (41) very welcoming which was nice. Another couple had all inclusive but that didn't include the coffee from the piano room so be aware of what is in your all inclusive! Karaoke was good but shut off too early (11:00 piano bar didn't shut until 12:00). The bloke in charge of bar, abrupt, unfriendly. Bloke in charge of karaoke was lovely, would have happily continued. One bar man in lower bar very good at remembering our drink order Dewars and dry ginger ale...he was really good. Reception staff on arrival, lovely lady when we arrived, other staff not quite so pleasant. Would we go back to Dynastic Hotel, no we wouldn't!

What a disgusting hotel. Blood on sheets. Dust under the bed. Yuri the bar member was very rude. He only liked serving young ladies not older ladies. He had a bad attitude and was unfriendly towards some people. Also the food was cold and undesirable. So we ate out most of the time.. We also had a bad experience as there was a group of males drunk and playing a game were all there clothes were removed. I did report this to staff who immediately addressed the situation. But my 13 year old granddaughter. Was most upset seeing naked men on the hotel grounds so we had to go out 95 % of the time. I would highly recommend. Stay clear of this disgusting hotel..

Just home from spending a week here with friends and we had a fantastic time. Food was great, plenty of variety and it was very tasty. They even had Halloween themed desserts. Waiting staff were lovely , friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. Bar staff were also friendly and kept busy. Spa is lovely . Hotel was decorated lovely for Halloween and the staff running the kids club made sure the kids had a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Looks lovely from the outside until you meet the staff. There attuide is atrocious when you think your paying for a hotel you except better service. The first night we arrive my son was lying on the bed and it broke and my son nearly got serve injured as he nearly went out the balcony door. Later we found out the leg if the bed was hanging on. This accident could have ended very badly as my son has epilepsy and the first bump to the head could have give him a seizure. We then waited 6 hours for a new bed. A man did come he took the base of bed and left my disabled child on the floor with a mattress for another 2 hours. My family later decided they wanted play a game of pool. Not making any noise condensing there was drunk shouting and screaming. But a security guard decided he discriminate my disabled child for playing a game of pool. He came and took the stick of my child this left him very upset and made this man look like a bully and disgrace to the hotel for his rude language. Out of the drunks shouting and screaming he decided he would attack my child doing no harm. this is a honestly disgrace and our stu was only on Tuesday to Friday and I have seen enough on that short space of time. Dysnatic fix your staff and there attitudes. I will advising everyone not to stay here as it nor family friends and security guards like to victmism special needs children. Security man was talking man with a black beard. With a attitude problem.
