Brilliant Week at the Dynastic Hotel – Perfect for a Fun Getaway
Just got back from a week at the Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm with my mates, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place.
From the moment we arrived, the vibe was spot on — relaxed during the day, lively in the evenings, and exactly what you want when you’re away with friends.
The food was rich, varied, and genuinely good. There was always plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and tasty. Whether it was breakfast to set us up for the day or dinner after being out by the pool, we were never disappointed — and definitely never hungry.
The all-inclusive package made the whole experience even better. No worrying about extras, no counting drinks — just enjoying the holiday properly. It gave us the freedom to fully switch off and focus on having a great time.
One of the highlights for us was the evening entertainment at the bar. Instead of a standard show, they ran different games every night, which made it so much more interactive and fun. It really brought everyone together, created a great atmosphere, and gave us plenty of laughs. It wasn’t just something to watch — it was something to be part of.
Overall, the Dynastic Hotel gave us exactly what we wanted: good food, great value, a lively atmosphere, and a week full of brilliant memories.
If you’re heading to Benidorm with friends and want a place where you can relax, eat well, and enjoy fun evenings without even leaving the hotel — this is it. We’d happily book again.

I recently stayed at the Dynastic Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, with a few areas that need improvement.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very large and well maintained. We stayed on the 10th floor, which provided a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel has three lifts, and they were fast and efficient, with one usually arriving quickly whenever called.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were exceptional, always welcoming and providing excellent customer service. The chefs were also very friendly and happy to assist guests. Most reception staff were polite and professional; however, I encountered a couple of reception staff members who were quite rude when concerns were raised. For example, when I asked about the gym session, one receptionist responded to my family and me by saying, "If you're not happy, then don't go," accompanied by an inappropriate facial expression. This was disappointing and not the level of customer service expected from a 4-star hotel.
The hotel itself is generally clean and tidy. However, there were some maintenance issues. The air-conditioning panel in our room unexpectedly fell onto my head. Fortunately, it was made of lightweight material, so no injuries occurred. I managed to reattach it and reported the incident to reception. The key card holder used to activate the room's electricity was also damaged.
The gym and spa are included for only one hour on one day of the stay. Additional access costs €18 per day, which I do not feel is good value considering the condition of the gym. Several pieces of equipment were rusty, including the weight bar, which was bent and potentially unsafe for exercises such as bench presses.
One of the men's toilets on the ground floor was in poor condition, with cleanliness issues and an unpleasant smell, which was also reported during our stay.
The pool area is smaller than some neighbouring hotels, but it does have separate pools for adults and children, which is a positive feature for families.
Overall, the hotel offers spacious accommodation, good views, and excellent restaurant staff. However, improvements are needed in customer service consistency, gym maintenance, and general upkeep to fully meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

First time staying , won't be out last , booked a all-inclusive skyview premium, worth every xtra penny , rooms are double in size, compared to most room available around new town , some sort of food is available most of the day , rooms and hotel are clean , staff are all super friendly and can't do enough for us, first time I have been to a all inclusive and get taken to a table/ drink brought over , made to feel welcomed.
20 minutes from the bus station with 2 turns. 10 mins from the sea able to see off the balcony, food and shops within 20 seconds out of the hotel, adult pool is basic but more than enough. Kids club active and games throughout the day.
For the price it's unbeatable after been coming 14 years it's in the top 3 locations

Our stay at the Dynastic hotel was great!
Rooms are what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel in benidorm.
Food was really good, best all inclusive food I've had in a long time.
Staff were all lovely.
The token system took some getting used to (we forgot to bring the tokens some times) but we got used to it after a day or so.
The location is great with the beach at the bottom of the street, lots bars around and a short bus ride away from the old town.
Only issue was dinner/tea doesn't start until half 7 which is a bit late although the snack bar is open until about 6.
I'd definitely recommend the Dynastic and would stay there again!

Overall the hotel was good, all inclusive service very good!
Staff polite and welcoming.
Food choice very good.
Drinks inclusive again very good even though one brands of excellent quality.
Location pretty central and old town accessible via a 30 min walk stopping off at various shops.
Rooms little tired but serves a purpose.
