We arrived early hours of the morning due to our flight being delayed. There was someone at reception thankfully who gave us our wrist bands to get into our room. We were promptly driven up in golf karts which was nice and easy. We were expecting a cabin to take our family of 5 but although next to each other, we had 2 completely separate (very small) cabins. Rooms were clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Free Mini bar. Aircon was nice and cold. Shower didn't drain so had to quickly shower before it overflowed!! Joining walls to another neighbour were very thin so we could hear everything they were saying, banging around, toilet noise etc which wasn't pleasant.. The site has very steep hills so expect some daily exercise. Pools, entertainment and bars were great. Lovely scenery throughout the whole site. Food took a bit of getting use to but there was plenty to chose from. Different themes for food each day. Restaurant staff were very hard working to keep things clean. As there is a zoo on site, there was quite bad smells in certain areas if the wind was in the wrong direction...this was more noticeable in the evening entertainment area which is directly next to the zoo. Flies were a problem most of the time outside. Zoo animals had good enclosures (Maybe not the tigers as i felt the area was quite small for them) but all animals looked healthy and well looked after. The waterpark next door was great. I think we would go back but would be very particular about the type of room we booked and would pay more for an independent lodge not joined to others. Overall we had a nice stay but felt the rooms let us down, giving 4 stars.

Nice resort, good service, friendly staff. It's built on a hillside, so the views are good . There's an internal bus service to get you up the hill after I had over indulged on the all-inclusive. Having free entry into the zoo and water park was fantastic. We went in the October half term, so the waterpark closed. we got two full days water was cold but slides were good no big queues. We did the zoo for two days and the night safari which was very good.

Cabins/lodges have paper thin walls and are a little tired. Beds were hard and AC doesn't flow into the second bedroom.
Buffet lines were really long and the food was just OK. Dinner could have had more kids selection. The snack time had more choice.
Pools and waterpark are unheated.
Zoo was lovely.
Evening entertainment in main square was great but then nothing other than a kids disco till 10am. In October it's chilly that late so wrap up warm.
Site is very hilly and it can be slippery.

Fantastic place for a family holiday.
Lodges are basic and could be doing with updating but spotless and cleaned everyday. All inclusive but has a mini fridge and microwave.
Staff are very friendly.
Resort itself is spotless.
Entertainment and options for things to do are great including water park and zoo - a week wasn't long enough to really enjoy everything!
Swimming with sea lions at the water park was amazing, they also have a mermaid experience.
Food can be a hit or a miss but there was plenty of choice and snack bar by pool had options of sandwiches etc. Dinner service didn't start until 7pm which was a bit late if you had small kids.
Different options in AI were quiet annoying when busy - if you had waited for a while in the queue for drinks then someone with an ultra band came along you were then waiting for them to be served first (not too much of issue but sometimes only one member of staff serving) we weren't aware of the different options at time of booking.
All in all though - we had a fantastic holiday.

We've just returned from a week in Magic Natura, I think we had been given high expectations as it really didn't live up to the hype that we'd read about, for us, personally.
I'll start with the bad points first ...
The room we were in was tired and dated, the shower flooded every time we used it, there was quite a lot of mould on the outside of the shower door too and the wood skirting was also all swollen and warped. The bedding never seemed to be changed either, it had always just been the case of the beds being made up with the old bedding. The floors in our room were always quite dirty, despite the cleaner being in every day and one of the tables had biro pen marks over it so a bit neglected. The shower gel in our shower ran out a few days before our last day and was never refilled, luckily we had our own with us but I would have thought this is something the cleaners would have checked? The other main complaint we had was the thin walls between the adjoining cabin, to the point where we could hear our neighbour snoring, which resulted in us getting a poor night's sleep most nights, but also you could hear every step and door shutting in the next cabin.
We had used the kids club once for about 2 hours one morning, but in all honesty, there wasn't much going on, the kids were playing with a balloon when we went to collect them, so we didn't use the kids club after that. I would have thought that given the size of the resort and facilities on hand that they would have had a better kids entertainment experience but that wasn't what we found.
The main square where the main bar was, was quite lacking in entertainment too at night, it was a nice place to sit and have a drink but the entertainment seemed to stop at around 7-7:30pm and I think this would have been an excellent place to sit and chill as an alternative to the mini disco.
The pools are quite small and often very busy, I think a resort that size should have a bigger main pool but maybe they are restricted as to where they can build the pool areas, we did notice a lot of people placing towels on the sun loungers and leaving the area which was a bit selfish but I understand the hotel can't do much about that. The pool at reception was meant to close at 7pm and the notice said 7pm but when we went there a few times the lifeguard shut the pool at 6pm and we feel the pool should have been opened before 10am as those with young children are often up well before 10am and it's a long time to wait.
The smell of the drainage/sewers is a real issue, when sitting in the main square and also at the mini disco the smell coming from the drains was really, really unpleasant to the point where we had to leave. There were also a LOT of flies, but I understand that we're up in the mountains and near a lot of animals, although the flies were very annoying especially in the main restaurant where we noticed a lot of flies around the food and our table.
The food was ok, but we often found that regardless of which time we went for food, it was very overcrowded and the floor was always very slippery.
We had booked a buggie service at reception to collect our cases on our last day, the receptionist told us the buggie would be there at 7:20am, we were stood outside with our two young children and cases at 7:20am and waited until 7:30am where we eventually had to walk down to reception with our kids and cases, which was very difficult. When I arrived at reception I asked about the buggie and was told nothing had been booked for us, which was very alarming to hear considering we could have waited longer for it and missed our transfer bus, so that mistake from reception was very infuriating.
Now, on the the good stuff ...
The free access to the Aqua Park and Animal Park is fantastic, we visited both parks a few times and they are both very good, the kids loved seeing the animals and both our kids loved exploring the aqua park.
The drinks selection is also very good, offering premium brands was a real bonus.
The towel and cup deposit systems are also very good.
