Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who provided a friendly and efficient reception. We were pleasantly informed that our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice convenience after a morning of travel!
Our stay was booked on an all-inclusive basis, featuring buffet-style dining with an extensive selection of snacks and beverages available throughout the day. However, the buffet itself was somewhat underwhelming, offering a fairly small selection that, while acceptable, didn't quite meet our expectations.
The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with a variety of activities, including karaoke, that we got involved in (after too many Love on the Beaches!). Our room was spacious, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. While the decor leaned towards a more traditional style, the furnishings were well-maintained. However, the double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which was less than ideal, though it did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment.
The hotel's location was particularly convenient, situated approximately five minutes from the beach and the Costa Adeje market, adding an extra appeal to our visit.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to those seeking a quality experience at an affordable price, despite the buffet being a little disappointing.

We have recently stayed here for 10 days & from the minute we arrived it was amazing. The resort is so clean and well looked after. From start to finish the staff were amazing. They would do anything for you, so polite & helpful.
The room we stayed in was spotless and cleaned every other day, the room was modern & had everything we needed. I requested a cot for my daughter & this was in there set up already. We was close to the bars/reception and close to all the pools. There was a lot of pools to choose from which we also liked.
The restaurant and food was very good. We enjoyed every meal and there was such a good selection to choose from. My only recommendation would be to have a bit more of a selection for small children other than that I have no complaints.
A special shout out to the animation team. Ricardo & keren, they were amazing, we loved the entertainment and they even got my little girl to join in, which is very good as she’s very shy, nothing was too much trouble for them & they adapted the entertainment to the age range. I found this very good.
I will 100% be returning & I couldn’t recommend the resort enough.
Thankyou for our stay!😊

We stayed for a week, hotel location and room was great. Very spacious and out the way.
Not very quiet if I have to be honest, got woken up at 7am near enough everyday which isn’t ideal when you’re on holiday to relax. Food was dreadful, we ended up spending £700 on food going out - it was that bad. That applies to breakfast, lunch and dinner…
Staff were alright, we went when there was a hospitality strike, so you can imagine how that went. None of the staff were very memorable to say the least.
Drink options weren’t much of a variety. You have a menu where the ticked ones were free only up until 10:30pm, most of the time the soft drinks/water station were closed when there wasn’t service. We ended up buying water in the end.
Housekeeping was ok, we asked for our linen to be changed after a few days as it got quite mucky due to sand and they just made the bed instead which wasn’t very helpful.
We would come back again if there was an improvement on food, the facilities like the pool were great. Gym and other bits you had to pay for.

For the price, I really couldn't fault this hotel! I booked all inclusive with a friend for a late birthday celebration and we were really impressed. Air-con included, beach towels included, relatively good food for every single meal, and amazing staff. We only went to one of the evening entertainment nights, the movie quiz, and we won a bottle of wine so that's always nice. The staff from front desk, to cleaners, to waiters, to bartenders, were just so pleasant and polite (and the bar team made a banging Sangria). There was always a sun lounger and the pool was never too busy. I'd definitely consider coming back.
Limited negatives... the bed was uncomfortable and the facilities were dated but that's to be expected with this price-range, it was also quite far from the beach front but that's something I was aware of upon booking - on the flip side, it's very close to the free bus stop to Siam Mall/Park. There was vomit on the floor of the balcony next to ours (ground floor) however I'd imagine the cleaners weren't aware of it since we could only see it from our balcony, it wouldn't have been visible from inside of that apartment. The Wi-Fi didn't ever work in the common areas but this didn't impede much as I had roaming.
All in all, fantastic 4 night stay and the best way to celebrate my late birthday.

Firstly it seems unfair to rate the service 1 as the rest of the staff in this hotel where so lovely the bar staff the waitress where all so lovely and so accommodating.
But the reception staff are different the ones I dealt with where so rude, they cut off our all inclusive band for no reason and gave us a tiny piece of paper to say we where still allowed use the all inclusive services
no one else they did that to my friend went for a walk and had the paper and they wouldn’t give me another tiny piece of paper I wanted to get lunch at the restaurant. Was completely unnecessary and then they told me our all inclusive ends at one as it’s in the terms it’s valid until 6 it’s a shame as everyone else is so lovely the animation team the bar staff are all amazing.
