This is a decent budget hotel - the room was basic but fine, the pool area is large with a decent number of beds, and the selection at breakfast was surprisingly good in both quality and quantity.
Why only 3 stars then? Well, they seem to be quite happy to accept large, single sex groups and it's then hard to recommend this for anyone to stay that isn't interested in clubbing until 4am, banging and shouting their way back into the hotel, and then sitting out on their balcony yelling at each other for another couple of hours because they're still so deafened by the music. I have no problem with any of this really but I do have an issue with the hotel mixing such parties with family groups. We had several terrible nights of sleep as a consequence and wouldn't return.

The conditions of the accommodation did not meet acceptable safety or hygiene standards.
During my stay, I encountered the following issues:
1. Dangerous wet room bathroom:
The bathroom posed a significant safety hazard. Due to the lack of any surrounding protection, the tiles outside the shower area became extremely slippery when wet. The shower area itself was small, and a hole in the shower head caused water to spray across the room. This led to me slipping and falling when stepping on the tiles, resulting in a deep cut to my elbow.
2. Poor hygiene standards:
The hygiene of the room was unsatisfactory. We encountered cockroaches on two separate days. Additionally, as our room was on the ground floor, we discovered that guests above us had thrown half-eaten gyros wraps, cigarette butts, and broken glass onto our outside terrace overnight. With no cleaning service provided during our three-day stay (which is surprising for a three-star hotel), I had to clean the area myself.
3. Unsafe balcony/terrace area:
The balcony/ terrace area was in poor and unsafe condition, with cracked tiles, a broken standing light and broken glass. Furthermore, our section of the balcony had been taped off without any explanation, raising further concerns about its safety.
4. General safety hazards:
Around the hotel, there were several floor vents where the plates were positioned below pavement level, creating tripping hazards. This was particularly concerning as we were travelling with a wheelchair space.
5. Faulty sofa bed:
The sofa bed in our room did not open properly. This meant that our disabled friend had to sleep on the sofa itself, which was extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for their needs.
6. Television not working:
The TV in the room did not work throughout our stay.
When I mentioned some of the problems at the check-out desk, the only response I received was, “Sorry to hear that.”
It was clear that staff were more concerned about maintaining good reviews than addressing legitimate guest complaints.
The problems we faced were extensive and could not have been rectified during our stay given the overall condition of the hotel.
Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic safety and hygiene standards expected of a three-star establishment.
The issues described above not only caused injury but also considerable distress and inconvenience.

Just waiting for a taxi to the airport so I thought I would add a review of Palm Beach. I admit I was a little put off by other reviews but I am so glad I came. Location is amazing, right by the strip. Rooms are a little dated but are clean and functional. Cleaners came every 4 days, with fresh bedding in the wardrobe if you can't wait. Animation team are amazing, I have never seen so many live shows at a hotel, all great quality. Underpinning all of this are the amazing staff, from pool bar to restaurant and reception. Our son lost his phone in a taxi, the lady on reception went out of her way ringing around to find it, which she did. I would recommend, unless you cannot put up with noise, book further away from the strip.

My family and I booked a week at this hotel. The location is amazing, clubs, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. But as soon as we headed into the rooms it was kinda disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, we had to make the bed ourselves, and there were dust, sand and hair lying around.
Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a party region so of course the nights were not quiet. But we knew about that beforehand.
Nevertheless, the view to the beach was great and the breakfast was also excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.
In conclusion, the hotel is good if you need a place to stay but take trips to different locations. If you’re looking for an All-Inclusive-Vibe, maybe try another one.

Fab hotel, great pool with daily pool entertainment. We were B&B only as just used it as a base for all other attractions, but breakfast was great, room was very tidy, and whilst it's on the front, it wasn't noisy or run down! Would defo go again
