We had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Hotel. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a beautiful view that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, polite, and always helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a comfortable holiday. The facilities were well organized, and everything was taken care of nicely. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Palm Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would be happy to visit again.

Our first impression before even checking in was horrendous. An older lady with glasses at reception had a terrible attitude when explaining that we needed to pay a £100 deposit on top of the £700 we had already paid for the stay. She was extremely rude and dismissive, which immediately put a damper on our arrival. To make matters worse, our room wasn’t ready until after 4:30pm, which is unacceptable especially as we had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about early check in since our flight landed at 1pm, I did not expect to check In right away but think if the hotel really wanted we could have checked in at least at 2/3pm. That said, once we finally got into our room, things improved. We were given a nice room with a sea view, which did help redeem the experience somewhat. The location is good: right next to the beach and close to everything you might need. I would advise avoiding the bars on Veronica Strip though particularly Jumping Jacks, whose reviews speak for themselves and you get a lot of dodgy people hanging around late at night/early morning. Overall, for a 3-star hotel it’s decent, but due to the poor attitude of the staff and the bad check in experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Expensive for what you actually get.

Just home from a 10-day stay. This hotel has a great location, about 50m from the beach and shops/restaurants. The staff are helpful and we were particularly well looked-after by Vanisha and Vincente. Rooms were adequate and breakfast each morning was easy going with plenty available. The pool area is comfortable with enough loungers, but be aware that the water is cold! Overall, a pleasant experience.

Let's start with the positive points: -Great location: very close to the beach, short walking distance to many restaurants. -Great view from the balcony of the room. -Decent breakfast with good spread of options. Then the negative points for us: -First room we got still had had vapour/strong smell of paint in it. After complaining we received another room, which was slightly better. The complaint was handled appropriately by the customer service. -Overall both rooms were severy outdated and in need of maintainance or refitting (doesnt show on the Booking pictures). The furniture (barely holding together), irregular ceiling and dirty stains and hairs still on the walls didnt feel hygienic. -As many other reviewers also state, it is very noisy through the day due to hotel activities, but also due to partygoers returning in the middle of the night. -Both sleeping rooms were very light during the night, due to bright lamps directly outside. We solved this issue with blocking the windows with aluminum foil. Overall an underwhelming experience.
