Just waiting for a taxi to the airport so I thought I would add a review of Palm Beach. I admit I was a little put off by other reviews but I am so glad I came. Location is amazing, right by the strip. Rooms are a little dated but are clean and functional. Cleaners came every 4 days, with fresh bedding in the wardrobe if you can't wait. Animation team are amazing, I have never seen so many live shows at a hotel, all great quality. Underpinning all of this are the amazing staff, from pool bar to restaurant and reception. Our son lost his phone in a taxi, the lady on reception went out of her way ringing around to find it, which she did. I would recommend, unless you cannot put up with noise, book further away from the strip.

My family and I booked a week at this hotel. The location is amazing, clubs, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. But as soon as we headed into the rooms it was kinda disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, we had to make the bed ourselves, and there were dust, sand and hair lying around. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a party region so of course the nights were not quiet. But we knew about that beforehand. Nevertheless, the view to the beach was great and the breakfast was also excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. In conclusion, the hotel is good if you need a place to stay but take trips to different locations. If you’re looking for an All-Inclusive-Vibe, maybe try another one.

Palm Beach Tenerife Review The only real positive about Palm Beach Tenerife is its location near the beach — and that’s where the good news ends. Everything else about this hotel is outdated, disappointing, and frustrating. The rooms are run down, with shabby furniture, broken fixtures, and bathrooms that look like they haven’t been properly maintained in years. Our shower leaked across the floor, tiles were cracked, and the kitchenette was practically useless with its broken, dirty appliances. The entire place gives off a neglected, cheap feel. Cleanliness was a serious concern. On some days the room wasn’t cleaned at all, and when it was, the job was rushed and careless. We also saw cockroaches and other bugs in the room and around the property, which made the stay feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The staff were another huge letdown. Some were indifferent, others were downright rude, and overall there was a complete lack of professionalism. At no point did we feel genuinely welcome or valued as guests. The hotel photos online are misleading and do not reflect reality. Palm Beach Tenerife looks tired, worn out, and dirty compared to the polished images used to advertise it. Overall, this hotel is far below standard and not worth the money. There are plenty of far better options in Tenerife, and staying here felt like a waste of time and a mistake. Unless it undergoes a complete overhaul, I would strongly advise avoiding Palm Beach Tenerife.

The hotel itself is in a great location close to everything and plenty around it. The animation team were brilliant. Aaron and the rest the team are always doing some shows or games and it makes it fun all day around the pool. They were very nice and friendly couldn't get better than them. The hotel staff were mostly nice . The rooms need a bit of renovation there's a few problems . We had a big family and had three rooms and there was bits wrong in every room but they were just okay. The cleaning is really bad we were there for two weeks and had to ask for them to sweep and mop the floor after a week . The cleaners changed the towels after a few days and nothing else . I asked to leave a mop and brush in the apartment to do it myself but that's not possible . Second week it wasn't done either very disappointing and the hotel could he better with a few small bits

Hotel was up to a good standard, location was perfect view from our hotel room was excellent had a sea view with views of the beach. The hotel cleaning service was not upto standard we was told when we checked in that our room would be cleaned and it wasn’t, we had to ring on numerous occasions to reception for towels and was told there would be a charge for changing towels as they are changed every 3 days which in my opinion is not one bit hygienic overall I would stay here again simply due to the location of the hotel and the sea view rooms
