On arrival we was greeted by the man at the bottom which pointed us to the top, after pushing our 2 large suitcases up loads of hills we finally got to reception and then went to our apartment.
The toilets in our apartments smelt of urine, the cleaners didn’t clean our room properly and some of the days they didn’t come at all.
HOWEVER… the people down at the pool are very friendly and always happy to help, the food is average and good priced.
The pool stays open till late and the kids absolutely loved it.
The hotel is out of distance from the main strip but a taxi is affordable and it’s nice to be away from the chaos.
On arrival me and my partner was not happy with the location but as we got into our 10 days we enjoyed not being close to the main strip and we even said that we enjoyed it that much we would return.

We had a fantastic stay at KN Panoramica Heights in Tenerife! The hotel is lovely and in a great spot if you have a car or don’t mind using taxis – it’s peaceful, with beautiful views, yet close enough to everything. Perfect for families but would also suit young party-goers. The staff really make the place special – everyone is so friendly, especially the bar staff. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The only small downside was the room keys occasionally not working, but honestly, for a 3-star it feels like it should be 4! Definitely worth every penny.

The location is an issue if you don't have a car, but we did, and so we just enjoyed the amazing panoramic view. The pool was also great, big enough, and clean.
The rooms are good size but in need of renovation. The furniture is outdated and looks like it's falling apart. It was clean, but there could be more careful and clean better.
We stayed for 6 nights, and our towels were replaced only when we managed to catch the claning lady and ask for this on our 5th day.
For the price we paid, it was fair, but it has the potential to become an amazing place if they decide to invest some money in renovation.

Stunning views out to sea from this hotel. The location is not a problem unless;
1. You didn't research it
2. You have trouble walking or are disabled
We walked down into PDLA or CA each day, no issue. Even walked back twice (2 adults and 2 young teens), I'm fat and was ok 👍🏻
We stayed in room 245, it was a spacious room with a decent view. The Aircon was very good in both rooms and was a godsend 🙏
I don't waste my holidays laid around the pool but saw evidence of cretins reserving sunbeds by leaving towels on them whilst they were unused. I find best to avoid this sub-culture. According to the youngsters, the pool opening at 1000 was far too late. The home-made Pizzas 🍕 on sale were very nice.
The only issue we had was a group of inconsiderate Paddy kids that sounded like they were off their heads, shouting and banging at all hours. Hotel staff claimed they may be renting privately behind the hotel, but we reckon they were guests. Nothing was done about the noise but it didn't ruin the trip.
Big thanks to the housekeeping staff who were very good and friendly. We paid €35 for a late check out, in room 106. This was a smaller, more modern room that would be perfect for couples. No insect issues in either rooms.
Not a bad stay, we enjoyed it and the location isn't an issue unless you don't look up where you're staying!! Possibly my last trip to Tenerife, other islands are nicer.

I waited until I left to get the most thorough review I could. The bar staff were amazing, and so were MOST the reception staff.
I would say I recommend the place, but I’m disabled, I could walk down the hill easily, but back up it was a nightmare, that nearly ended in a trip to the local hospital. Expect taxis of €8-15 euros depending on where you’ve come from, they all seemed legit fares, but there were supplementary fares, which we never hit.
The rooms also have some issues, some lights were faulty during our stay, and we did ask for assistance - nothing, and the air conditioning was leaking. We told a receptionist the first night - nothing, and didn’t seem to understand the severity, went later on - noted and told that the hotel would fix it, and then it was eventually fixed eighteen hours later.
There is no restaurant, it is now a poolside bar only. Breakfast is not included regardless it appears, cocktails are €8-9, whilst food can set you back at most €10-15. There is an onsite supermarket, if you want cheaper drinks a by the pool, I genuinely suggest to go there.
Finally, this hotel has a BIG issue with cannabis smokers. So much so, I felt like I was going to be sick most nights, there would be no point moving, as this group of individuals were all located around the different segments of the hotel, meaning the smell would’ve been with us regardless. The drug users here, openly did cannabis amongst other drugs, and given it is a family (and autism friendly) hotel, I was genuinely shocked to see Nitrous canisters on people’s balconies. It genuinely put me off the place. Given the increase in laws, it was shocking, when I asked the bar staff - they said it was normal and to get used to it. Very poor.
You are at the VERY top of the hill, and the highest hotel by far. The only positive of this - the views.
