We came here last December as a family and we only did self catering however the room are good but the only issue we had was the door not locking and the shower got super slippy as there was nothing stopping the water. The pool was freezing even know it says that its heated witch is why we went there was disappointing. We didn't try the food or drink so can't comment there. The hotel is up on the hill right at top so it's a taxi trip every time or your gonna get the excersise of a lifetime. I would say this place is not for kids and more for adults.

We have just stayed here for 10 nights and what an amazing place. The only thing I can say about it really that would require attention is the cleanliness of the place. Although cleaner did come into rooms sometimes bed wasn't made or maybe bins not emptied and the litter in the pathways between the apartments that others left behind them was left all day sometimes. Anyway that really was the only let down apart from the 2nd night was spoiled by very rowdy party goers till all hours and after numerous calls to reception they still hung about drinking and one off them was extremely rude to us all when we approached him about the noise. But i suppose you get them everywhere. The bar staff are amazing. So happy and can't do enough for you. It's good to see a team work together so well. If you want views and enjoy being away from the hustle this is the place for you as wow what a view!. There is a lovely walk up the back of the mountain aswell which we found. The food was lovely and the cocktails lush. And very reasonable for prices. When they say it's a cardiac Hill they are right. It's defo a climb up but we got taxis up and we walked down to town. A definate for the people who are looking for the quieter side of things in Adeje.

Loved this hotel, the staff were fantastic, food was really nice and reasonably priced and a great drink selection. The view is stunning being up the hill, we had a night at the hotel with a live singer, the pool was light up, it was perfect. The only downside is the location due to the hill but that's easily solved with taxis which reception will order for you and they are €6 into the centre of Adeje. There's an E-scooter parking area not too far away and they're around €2 if you use them to go down to the bars.

Rushed and booked this place without fully reading everything. Arrived and had to walk up steep hills to get to reception. Brief talk and then shown to room. Up another hill lugging cases and 3 kids. View is amazing but it’s not ideal when you need to go out as you spend heaps on taxis and they add on surcharge. Spent about €160 on taxis over 4 days. Rooms are not great bit outdated, balcony door didn’t shut, furniture bit old and ripped, place has cockroaches so be prepared to squash a few. Beds wasn’t changed the whole 4 days we were there. They might sweep which isn’t fantastic as place still messy and you get fresh towels every other day.Cleaniness isn’t great here. Food is alright , priced reasonable and good portion sizes. Wouldn’t stay here again as it’s not local to any shops, no entertainment for kids, no shuttle busses to anywhere provided by the hotel. Love Tenerife but would definitely stick to my previous hotel which was a 4* and family favourite. If you’re just using this place to lay your head then it’s ok I guess as you won’t be in much. But if your rate cleanliness high on your list then here is not for you. Also I didn’t realise it’s a smoking hotel I most definitely wouldn’t have booked had I known that as I can’t stand the smell or want that smell around my kids. Kids had fun in pool nice kids pool music plays so it’s a good vibe of a daytime. Wasn’t problem getting sunbed even tho I didn’t use one. Relatively quiet at nights as I think a lot of people go out so wasn’t a problem having noisy neighbours I didn’t experience. So I’ve put quiet but there is chance you can be next to a noisy bunch as it does attract younger adults. Sunsets are amazing. Staff are lovely otherwise.

Me and my partner booked this hotel months ago and we are only back from our 8 night stay in the beautiful hotel. We seen a good few reviews on how taxis didn't drop you to the top but every taxi and uber we got dropped us at the top and only a had small bit of a walk to the reception and our room. Our room was fairly big, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, towels we're changed. Theres a small supermarket that you can get your essentials in. My only issue with the room was that balcony had no privacy, people walking past could see right in to the room so we had to keep our curtains closed which meant no light getting in. The staff were so helpful, always making conversation, very friendly. Food was okay, some of the things i got i wasnt 100% pleased with but i am a fussy eater so that could of been it too haha. Drinks were fab!! There was a small bit of Limescale in the shower but other than that it was clean. The staff members in the pool bar were going around sweeping and cleaning, in the 8 days we were there it was always spotless. Getting up in the morning and looking out over the balcony and seen the beautiful views, they took my breath away - I thought i was dreaming for the first couple of days. In all honesty, by looking at the pictures and seeing how high the hotel is, you should prepare yourself for travelling and walking and if you want to go down to adeje or las Americas, put money aside for taxis before you go, it's fairly obvious where the hotel is located. - if you want easy access with no views, get a hotel down in the towns. - the views made it feel like nothing else mattered, we had the best week and on the last day i was fairly sad about leaving. We genuinely didnt have high expectations and I think alot of people have their hopes too high when it comes to hotels on holidays and they want the best of the best but with this price range, its not going to be 100% perfect - with doing my research on the hotel before we came, it was everything I was expecting and more. Overall i would 100% come here again if we had a chill week planned with stunning views. Me and my partner had an amazing time.
