Hotel is clean food is ok nothing special no granola for breakfast so had to buy my own.great sea and pool view from our balcony on the 6th floor my only complaint is people putting towels on sun beds then going off. some were left on sunbeds for a couple of hours taking up a bed someone else could have used .the air conditioning unit outside the room is low my husband hit his head twice. it's a great place if your disabled it's all flat.3 lifts in the hotel the entertainment need improving..great rooftop bar

Let's start off with the positives, the room was lovely and big and clean nice balcony with sea view and not noisy as we were on the back and hotel is in an excellent location. Hot items at breakfast where quite nice and lots of fresh bread and pastries to choose from. The roof top bar is also class. That's about where it ends for the positives unfortunately I think the thing we found most shocking was that you had to pay to rent a kettle if you wanted one for the room, I have never seen this in any hotel, normally a kettle is provided for tea and coffee. Also we found that the staff was not that friendly, we got told off for using the room towels at the pool but then the hotel doesn't provide pool towels like most would in this situation, we also found this rather irritating considering that there was also a rule about not pre booking loungers with towels but everyone seemed to do this, a few times we went down and impossible to find a lounger due to people having reserved them, if you are gonna be strict with one rule you should stick to all the rules... also at breakfast there was a lack of fresh fruit and the fresh fruit they did have looked like it was going bad, also my partner found some type of fish or chicken bone in his baked beans on 1st morning which was quite off putting.

10/10 from the moment you walked in, you was greeted made welcome ! Room was spotless very modern lots of space and cupboards and drawers .. great very modern TV and stations … bed. Wow so comfortable big fridge doesn’t make a noise .. power shower wanted to take it home .food plenty of choice little repetitive very nicely displayed .dining room staff very helpful and always happy and cheerful. just like my room the entire hotel is very, very clean. Step out the front of the hotel and you’re on the beach close to all shops and loads of eating places all staff management and owners should be very proud of this hotel and what they have achieved and offer happy BOB will definitelySee you soon again.

Brilliant hotel. Can't fault. Clean tidy. Friendly. Food good warm at least. Roof top bar my favourite place. Location good. My only moan wood be roof top bar could do with beer on draft/ pump. You have to buy bottles. San Miguel. 3euros a bottle. But in pool bar it's 4 euros per pint on draft. Nice drink. I will be back hopefully when bit warmer so can use pool bar more. Thankyou

Great hotel, right on the beach. Nice staff Breakfast is buffet style, everything you could want hot or cold food. One criticism is the plates are cold so the cooked food goes cold quickly. Nice room with a great view of the sea. No kettle 😒 you have to hire from the hotel. English tv if you want to catch up. There's a free to use iron in the laundry room in the basement. The roof terrace and bar is the star attraction, wow absolutely fantastic views! Outside space is nice with a huge pool, the pool is not heated. There's plenty of sunbeds . I don't understand the negative reviews of some people but we had a nice 4 day break and all the staff were helpful inc the lovely housekeeping senora on floor 6. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks to all Barracuda staff. 👍
