Everything is an extra charge, safe, kettle in your room, hot water from the bar. Very militant, lots of rules. Pool doesn’t open until 10.30 so people queue to be let in like cattle. No umbrellas and limited sun beds so you either have to cook all day or not tan at all. You can’t order food or drink direct from the bar, instead you have to wait for waiter service except they take forever to serve you. They constantly check your room number to make sure you’re actually a guest but you can’t charge purchases from the pool bar to your room. You can’t eat any of your own food as heavily policed.

Fantastic location.
Spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful receptionists.
Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
Adequate size room with a balcony with a seaview.
Only downside was the rooftop bar area.
Always busy and chances of getting a sunbed pretty remote.
Great value for money and will definitely be staying here again

Amazing location right across from the beach . In walking distance from everything. Plenty of places to eat . Plenty of supermarkets for essentials . The port is a few minutes away and has Saturday markets and lovely bars with live music . Only a few minutes walk from the train station . Direct train to Malaga airport.
Rooms are lovely air conditioned with balconies overlooking the beach or the mountains . The sky bar on the top of the building is brilliant . Plenty of sun beds and place to sit . Snacks and drinks served while sunbathing nighttime entertainment and lovely atmosphere. Full menu of drinks and cocktails. Room service every day and lovely friendly hotel staff

Upon arrival, we were met by staff who seemed unwelcoming and showed little to no hospitality – there were neither smiles nor friendliness. The room cleaning was insufficient and problematic.
The most serious issue, however, was that money went missing from our room. We filed a police report and informed the reception, but they appeared completely indifferent.
Dinner was also of very poor quality, which only reinforced the overall negative impression of our stay.
Overall assessment: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel in a good location. Staff were polite, Standard room small but ok had a nice view on the 12th floor overlooking the coast pool and town.
Only things we did not like was the pool/sky bar in 10 days we could not get a sunbed people were at the door every morning dashing for the few beds they had also the bar was open to the public and there were a few idiots getting a little out of hand. The beds in the room were very hard but had a good holiday and would go again.
