Can't fault it for a family holiday. The apartments are big and well equipped. Our dishwasher wasnt working but it wasn't an issue. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The poolside restaurant is basic but the food is very good quality. There's a Mercadona supermarket literally in the same building so it has everything you need. Beach and promenade is about 6-7 min stroll.

Residential apartments not holiday accommodation The apartments are big and well equipped but shabby and well past their sell by date The metal shutters on both windows and the door to the balcony were jammed halfway down as a result I struck my head on the door shutter They are very neglected and in serious need of a makeover The facilities are very poor The advertised restaurant and bar although they exist were not open during my stay The swimming pool is small for the size of the complex I am an ex travel agent and these have got to be the worst in terms of facilities and value for money Some of the reception staff could do with a personality transplant I wouldn't stay here again even for free The photos are very deceptive

This hotel is brilliant for tourists and visitors of all walks, the rooms are spacious with bedrooms being in separate rooms unlike the studio type hotels people are so used to, the bedroom door is also lockable including the main door to the room obviously. The room consisted of amenities such as a cleaning kit at the kitchen sink for the washing machine, dishwasher and sponge, soaps and towels were also provided so it’s quite a nice touch. The beds are memory foam & so are the pillows with your head sinking into it. Thin sheet on the bed as usual or a thicker duvet is also available in the room. The room consisted of two AC units within the room, one in the bedroom & the other in the main room. Plenty of storage, a massive cold fridge, tv, dining table, balcony with seating & safe within the bedroom. The bar downstairs is absolutely brilliant. The staff are super friendly and the pizza is amazing, being a fussy eater I was more than impressed. The hotel has lifts & stairs & service is straight on point. The hotel also prohibits those kind who reserve sun beds with towels, meaning if it’s free it’s free which is a blessing & during our stay we didn’t see the usual suspects at 5am with towels and entitlement so it’s a chilled environment. There’s also a supermarket round the corner which you could buy some supplies for your holiday and train station just 5 minutes down the road to visit all local areas or arrive at via the airport no need for taxis. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. A big thank you to the hotel and all its staff.

Everything about this hotel was great except for the fact that our hotel room wasn't cleaned in the entire week we were there and also when we asked at reception for some fresh towels they told us we weren't getting any. Left with the same towels from day one for an entire week.

From my son: Vacationing with my wife & 2 kids, using guest certificate from my parent’s RCI: Upon check in on February 14, 2025, the first unit we were provided with had an extremely obnoxious sewage oder coming from plumbing that required us to keep all windows and doors open for the entire time we stayed in unit. We complained and nothing was done. February 15th we had two 1" cockroaches come out from under the kitchen cabinets.
February 16th we were given a new room, which ended up having bed bugs.
When we complained about the bedbugs (around 1130pm) we were assigned to another room that ended up having many baby cockroaches running around on the floor
Finally at 2am on the 17th we changed room to a new room that had no issues.
Each time it we moved rooms, we had to pack and unpack and set up new beds for the kids. It was almost 4am by the time we were finally done and settled in our final room.
At least the front desk was able to move us, but so many rooms were completely unacceptable. Not a great start to our vacation!
