Stayed with my mam and daughter for a relaxing week away. Food was lovely, the availability meant you could eat almost all day. Massive selection of food for everyone. Rooms basic, clean and staff on the ball at all times. Animation team were spot on…. They made it their business to learn every persons name, included everyone in everything, so much to do, enthusiastic and so kind… Julia and Kody were exceptional. Nothing was a problem, so much energy and happy to help with anything. Manager made it his business to come and speak to us on checkout and ask for feedback. Location meant so close to beach and shops. Been twice now and will definitely go back.

The food and the drinks are very good. Every evening different food and some days are theme days/ evening that was/is very cool. The rooms are very clean, modern and the balconies are small but nice. They have a good program for the day and for the evening. The animators are all very friendly and kind. It's a great hotel and I would come back to the hotel.

Lovely hotel, food you would expect at 3 star, nothing special. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and hardworking. BUT rooms 244 and 344, should be made into storage cupboards. Do not accept these rooms, unless you like being kept awake all night by the noisy banging and clanging lift, with it's accompanying safe door, slamming shut like thunder. Shame we got these rooms. Spoilt our and our friends hols. Never mind, we won't repeat the experience. Too much competition out there. Recommend 4 star or above at all times. You get what you pay for, but this 3 star wasn't that cheap, and most of it above standard. Just these two rooms, and we got them ! You go on hols to chill out and relax, that's what you pay for. Sadly the Manager and owner are fully aware of this problem, and choose to ignore it. SHAME. Karma will get them, sweet. All they are bothered about is taking your money, under false pretense.

We had a fab week here. I did think when we arrived that the rooms were a bit of a let down as very basic and dated but was ok. The food is good and something different everyday. We always managed to find something to eat although I do feel that there could be more choice for the children as my grandchildren struggled to find something they liked apart from pizza The pool area is nice and is kept very clean. The pool itself is lovely. People do queue in a morning for loungers but no mad rush when the pool opens at 9. We always managed to find a lounger at different times of the day so not too bad The entertainment staff are amazing. They work so hard and really do make the holiday a more enjoyable experience. They do different activities everyday and really do create a good fun atmosphere The bar area is good and although there can be quite a queue at times the bar staff are very quick and friendly so never have to wait too long. During the day snacks are available usually hotdogs and burgers which were surprisingly nice. Overall it’s a nice hotel and staff are very friendly but I feel parts of it could do with an upgrade as they are dated. I think I would probably return here again

Rooms quite dated, and the hotel could do with some updating. But a special shout out to the entertainment team who are a credit to the hotel. Julia, Charlene, Kobe, Noa and Romane who genuinely go above and beyond to make guests holidays memorable.
