This hotel is a dump 💀 Feels like being in a car park or hospital. The rooms are shabby. The bed is low, feels Iike a cheap sofa bed.
The windows won't close and they open onto a shared space so it's not safe to skeep.
The bathroom is overlooked with no curtains - are they perverts?
The staff have zero enthusiasm.
Torremolinos should put this hotel down, it's a embarrassment - take some pride in your business!!!!

The hotel is located in the center of Torremolinos and that is all that it has to offer. The room was dusty, the walls seemed to have not been painted in 15 years, still covered in calcium and the ceiling was bloated from paint and floods. First time i had complaints regarding how the room was cleaned after spending the night. No privacy, whatsoever. You could hear everything from the nearby rooms. You can also hear clealy outside with the windows closed. The corridors are narrow and smell of urine. Air conditioning cools at the cost of silence. It sounds like a buggy running and it does not have cooling control. It's operated by a light switch on the wall! For the tv you need to pay a deposit at the reception... The beds are shaky and move at the slightest turn. You'd think that you can at least take your coffee in the morning on the terrace that is next to the hotel dining room on the 4th floor. No. Access on the terrace with cups is forbidden. After spending a night, i moved to a nearby studio which charged only 15 euros more per night but offered all the comfort and amenities and was super clean. Check booking for nearby apartments for rent and avoid Kristal hotel altogether.

The worst experience I've ever had. The room looked like it wasn't painted in a decade, the bed was shaking like it was going to brake at the slightest movement. The AC was old, very noisy and looked like it was never cleaned, plus there was no remote for it, only an on/off switch in the wall. The windows had no insects net and weren't sound proof. If you want to use their TV you have to leave a deposit at the front desk and they will give you the remote. The staff was extremely unpolite, especially those from the restaurant. We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights, but it was impossible for us to sleep. We moved after the first night to a cosy studio located 20 meters away from this hotel and with a 15 euro difference per night.

For the price I can’t fault this hotel, I wasn’t expecting much, it definitely exceeded my expectation. Firstly the location is perfect central to everything in town. Beach is a fairly easy walk. Rooms were very big, comfy beds, lots of storage, aircon worked fine it just took a little bit of time to cool the room, my advice. Leave a key card in the power thing in the day so your room is cool when you return. Not ideal but there are additional outlets in the bathroom to charge things, cleanliness was great through out. Nice little rooftop area for drinks and to sunbath. Very quiet considering the location. I will recommended to anyone looking for a cheap getaway in the sun.
