We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palmasol. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. What really made our experience extra special was the amazing service from Carmen at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Carmen greeted us with a big smile and genuine kindness. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. Thank you, Carmen, for making our stay so memorable – you are a real asset to the hotel! We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel last year and are due to return in August - can’t wait. The staff were exceptional. The rooms were immaculate. We were Bed and Breakfast and breakfast was excellent. Huge choice and all very fresh.Yes you queue for pool but it’s not a big deal. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Marina so perfect location. Looking forward to our visit this year.

A Pleasant Stay with a Few Minor Drawbacks We stayed at this hotel for three days on a full-board basis, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The food was nice, and although I’m a bit of a fussy eater, I always found something delicious to enjoy. The reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Since it was Valentine’s weekend, the hotel was fully booked, which meant some waiting times. One thing to note is that to enter the restaurant, you have to queue and go down a flight of stairs. This was fine for me, but there was no lift, which could be difficult for some guests with mobility issues. The biggest downside was the bed, which both my partner and I found uncomfortable. The pillows were incredibly flat, but after requesting extra ones, we managed to sleep more comfortably. However, if we had stayed for a week or more, I think the bed would have caused some aches. On a positive note, the view from our room was lovely, the hotel was very clean, and its location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and the beautiful marina. Would I stay again? Possibly—but I’d hope for better pillows next time! 😉

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The smell as soon as you walk into reception is just lovely , rooms are modern and good size , beds really comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding , fabulous choice . Staff are so friendly and helpful on reception and the cleaning staff could not be more helpful and friendly . Hotel location is central to everything . First time staying in the hotel and will definitely be back !!! Amazing !!!!

Overall, great hotel. Very clean, polite staff, excellent food. There are however a few things that need looking at. The biggest thing is the all inclusive package that you pay a dividend for. I found that paying guests and all inclusive guests were treated differently, for example I was turned away from the bar one night and was told the all inclusive bar is now closed, meaning I could only have a drink if I was paying? I would've normally let that one go but I only wanted a soft drink. But the rules are different if you are paying? At the end of the day, we are all paying customers, just the ones with all inclusive have paid up front if you will, whats the issue? The drinks they had to offer on the all inclusive was pretty poor but do-able. First time I have ever seen only 2 cocktails available on an all inclusive menu for such a price, and one of them is non-alcoholic if that appeals to some. The all inclusive snack bar (outside) menu was also different for paying customers which didn't bother me much because what I ordered was great. But as expected came with different choices for the paying customers. I understand half board and all inclusive packages are provided by most hotels across Spain these days, and I understand why it has been done this way, but its just a shame that all inclusive doesn't actually mean all inclusive. The only other thing is the waiting times at the bar. We didn't stay here during peak times, I dread to think what the queue would be like if we had. Some nights we would queue for a while and then leave to go to a bar in the marina due to long waiting times both during the day and on an evening. Not quite sure what the solution is but the system doesn't work well. Hopefully the hotel can look at this issue and reduce waiting times. Where the food was concered, I am a fussy eater but every meal time I was able to fill my plate and enjoy everything. The food was to a high standard and the dining experience was pleasant. Hotel location is perfect, lots to do in and around the hotel some really great places here. We will definitely be coming back at some point to see them again. All round, great hotel just a few draw backs. Thanks for reading.
