We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palmasol. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. What really made our experience extra special was the amazing service from Carmen at the reception.
From the moment we arrived, Carmen greeted us with a big smile and genuine kindness. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of.
Thank you, Carmen, for making our stay so memorable – you are a real asset to the hotel! We’ll definitely be back.

The location of the hotel is good and the swimming pool is fine. Unfortunately, the hotel has no parking facilities, which is a big problem in this area. However, this is still not as bad as the quality of the breakfast: the food is terribly bad, and the cutlery and plates are very dirty. Every morning, I had to clean the cutlery, plates, and glasses myself.
In addition, for the first time in my life, I saw that the safe in the room could only be used for an extra fee. I have never experienced anything like this before. I will also mention all of this in my review on Booking.com.

This is a small hotel offering a limited all-inclusive option. It is classed as a 4 star hotel but don’t think you are getting the same services as a large 4 star resort hotel. It is not that. So long as you know that when you are booking, you will probably be happy.
Pros
• Clean hotel.
• Lovely large family room with 2 AC units.
• Buffet food quality is good with some variety.
• Small but nice pool
• Small gym
• Enforced removal of towels from unused sun loungers (30 mins).
Cons
• 11am > 11pm all inclusive. If you want a drink, even water late at night, you are on your own.
• All inclusive offering is a small sub set of the menu, smaller burgers, a couple of drinks etc.
• We had an issue with grumpy house keeping and a general lack of smiles by waiters.
• Limited entertainment at 9:30 each night. During our stay one of the nights just didn’t happen without any explanation.
• You have to pay for the safe, I have never come across this before. We locked everything in our cases.
• No iron in the room, you have to pay for your clothes to be taken away and brought back to you. We bought an Iron ourselves. That was not very 4 star!
In summary, I wouldn’t recommend this as an all-inclusive hotel, but as half board or B&B it probably makes sense. I'd actually recommend that they drop that offering, it makes much more sense as a place to stay on a B&B or half board basis. There are lots of places to eat and drink locally, plenty of options in the hotel (so long as your are paying) and our room was great.

We stayed at this hotel last year and are due to return in August - can’t wait. The staff were exceptional. The rooms were immaculate. We were Bed and Breakfast and breakfast was excellent. Huge choice and all very fresh.Yes you queue for pool but it’s not a big deal. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Marina so perfect location. Looking forward to our visit this year.

We arrived at the hotel at 23:10 for our 6night holiday and, unfortunately, had already missed our first night of all-inclusive. Unlike other hotels we have stayed in, no food was offered upon late arrival, which was disappointing.
My parents initially found their allocated room had no functioning air-conditioning. After reporting this, they were moved to another room which, while serviceable, did not have the walk-in shower they had expected but instead a bath. In addition, the patio door was extremely difficult to open, although this was repaired the following morning.
The hotel operates a wristband system which serves both as a room key and for obtaining drinks. In principle this is convenient, but in practice the wristbands frequently deactivated, requiring repeated trips to reception for reactivation.
Despite booking for three adults, our room was regularly supplied with only two towels, which was inadequate. The provided toiletries also ran out during our stay, and on one occasion items were misplaced – with hand soap placed in the shower and body lotion left as hand soap. To the hotel’s credit, this was quickly resolved after contacting reception.
On a positive note, the meals in the restaurant once again offered a very good choice, and the desserts in particular were delicious. This was a strong point of the stay and much appreciated.
On departure day, we were required to check out at 12 noon, but our transfer was not scheduled until 18:00. The hotel does not continue to provide all-inclusive service after checkout, which was disappointing, though we were eventually granted access until 15:00. My parents opted to purchase food afterwards but found the €3 charge for a bottle of water excessive. Future guests should be mindful of flight times to ensure they receive full value from the all-inclusive package.
One further highlight was my son’s 18th birthday, which took place during our stay. I arranged through the hotel for a birthday cake (€21), which was beautifully prepared and presented by the kitchen team, accompanied by staff singing “Happy Birthday.” This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated and made the occasion feel special.
We last visited Hotel Palmasol in 2023 and had a faultless experience. Unfortunately, on this occasion, attention to detail appeared to have slipped. While there were some positives, overall we left disappointed and, regrettably, would not return.
