All-rounder hotel. Marked as a 4 star and would borderline agree. The main lobby is modern and inviting, staff on the desk 24/7 with security patrolling through the night.
Rooms have been updated somewhat recently though some are showing age. By no means is this below standard. Rooms have a balcony with tables and chairs. Inside of the rooms have fridges, small tv and plenty storage space. The hallways and lobbies do seem outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel
Bathroom get very steamy very quickly with inadequate ventilation, left all surfaces sticky/damp.
Had breakfast included with stay, buffet style serving but lacking compared to local restaurants which also serve breakfast.
Our group (5 adults) split into a room with two single beds and a “family room” which turned out to be two doubles pushed together. When we asked if we could swap as this was not explained prior to booking (photos showed two beds and a sofa, love holidays) no alternative was offered and staff weren’t interested when asked.
Hotel features 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) Outdoor pool is moderately sized with an area exclusive for kids in the main pool. Plenty sun loungers available within the hotel grounds, two outside bars also on site.
Good hotel on the cheap, there will be better hotels if luxury is the aim of the holiday.

I would not recommend this hotel we are still here nothing but hens stags no enjoyment around the pool which is actually in a very good place for the sun the usual drinking all day loud and making you feel uneasy. No umbrellas only in one spot hoged by hens who seem to go back to bed. The bus that's provided to take you down to the beach and main area go's on siesta from 2 to 5
So your stuck unless you get a taxi or climb Mount everest back up.
Such a pity because the staff lovely.
Such a lovely location but never said when we were booking that they take hens and stags because I would not have stayed here.

It was beautiful here!! Great staff, they were very helpful. Free bus to and from the beach, and everything is about a 10-20 minute walk! When you check out they have an area to put your suitcases in so you don’t have to carry them around. And wow the gift shop near it!! It’s beautiful their rings are beautiful and greatly priced!! I’m so pleased with this hotel. As my first time abroad I had the best time. Better than expected we would definitely go again!! Thank you for giving us such a great time!!

We had a lovely weeks stay here, in a standard room bed and breakfast. Hotel is lovely staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is your typical Spanish options but we managed to enjoy it something there for everyone. The oat and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. We didn't have the weather to enjoy the pool but the area looked very nice. We had food from the pool bar on our last day, if you have the combo meal choices I think they were very good value for money and the pizza was so good. We were out in the evenings so didn't check out the entertainment but the hall always seemed really busy. We did have a very annoying neighbour who was very noisy when returning to their room and shouting out on balcony, the hotel dealt with it very good and c9ukdnt apologise enough to us even though it wasnt their fault. Rooms cleaned daily beds made and fresh towels left, even though I had hung up the ones we used after a quick shower they still left fresh. I enjoyed my stay here, only thing was the walk up the hill, we had bad weather so wasnt pleasent in the rain. The hotel do put on a shuttle bus but we didnt use it but it is handy if your not able to walk up and down the hill.

I appreciate Brits do not have a good reputation in Benidorm however this hotel made you feel criminal from the moment you arrive. We had 3 rooms and had to pay a €200 deposit per room which we did not mind at all. However there was no written communication to say what the rules were so we were thankful we read the reviews before we went as there were some odd ones! Apart from the obvious "no damage" rule, we had to fully clean the apartment and empty all bins and take rubbish out to the disgusting street bins. Additionally if you accidentally lock your key in the room, it's €100 charge! Lost keys are a €50 charge. If the lifts breakdown with you inside, you lose your deposit. The list of rules was endless! We were all so worried about breaking a rule and losing our deposit that the anxiety completely ruined the holiday.
We were there for 3 days and we never saw a cleaner. Our feet were so dirty from the floor of the apartment, we all kept our sandals on. There was glass all over the floor by the pool bar and the pool area was so littered with so much rubbish!
From a health and safety point of view too, the hotel is VERY high and there are no safety features on the windows. We could open windows fully and only our second bedroom had bars on the window. I dread to think what could happen to someone who wasn't in the right mind.
We paid for bed and breakfast but only had the breakfast on the first morning. Honestly, do not bother. The food quality was so poor and many hot items were inedible. We went out for breakfast for the remaining days.
The staff. One particular female receptionist has become famous on TripAdvisor and I can confirm she is real. She is miserable and plain rude! Before anyone spoke to her she was already frowning. My 58 year old mother asked if there was anywhere to change her clothes and the receptionist rolled her eyes and said "The toilet". Lovely! Not all members of staff are horrible but this one really ruins it for everyone. Maybe not the right person to greet and check in guests? She may be more useful cleaning.
Lastly, the location is not just in convenient, it's unsafe. You are up several very high, steep hills and it's a good 10/15 minute walk down into town. This walk is known locally as "MUGGERS ALLEY". Staff know this too but do not warn guests about the dangers of walking up or down after dark. Another guest had to use my phone to ring home as he had been mugged walking up to the hotel that afternoon. The hotel would let him use the phone in reception! Despite the name, there is no police presence and guests are left to fend for themselves.
