Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Wide selection of food. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds. Other than that, we will definitely be returning.

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained—cleaned every single day. A great touch was your room card provided you could load money onto it on arrival, which gives you 10% off at the hotel bars and the pool bar—a nice bonus for guests who like to unwind on-site.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Old Town, beaches, and New Town. You’re really close to everything, with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, all at very reasonable prices.
Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value.

We recently stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Benidorm, and here’s what I can say:
Pros:
1. Good location – the beach is indeed close, about a 5–7 minute walk.
2. Good food – breakfast, lunch, and dinner were genuinely excellent.
3. Friendly and helpful staff – overall, the team was very kind and accommodating.
That’s about it for the positives. Now for the cons:
• When we checked in, the room was dirty. The toilet had someone else’s urine and hair on it, so the cleaning standards are definitely lacking.
• The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, which is a big downside.
• The sink drained poorly – we reported this to reception.
• We had to go to reception to ask for a blanket because there wasn’t one in the room.
• The room was small, and the walls were paper-thin – you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Clearly, they cut corners on soundproofing.
• And the biggest downside of the hotel: the pool. If you’re booking this hotel for the pool – skip it. The pool is tiny, only 1.5 meters deep, more like a kids’ pool. It opens at 10:00 AM (why so late? Never seen that before), and by that time, there’s already a line of people waiting to grab a sunbed. There are only 60 sunbeds for the whole hotel, and it seems there’s no way to add more because the pool area is too small. There’s a constant battle for umbrellas.
Would we return?
I don’t think so.

We recently stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Benidorm and couldn’t fault a thing. The entire place was spotless – from the rooms to the communal areas, everything was immaculately clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and clearly took pride in maintaining high standards.
The location was absolutely perfect too – just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. It really made getting around Benidorm easy and enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Pool is not big enough for amount of hotel guests, during our stay we had to find other hotels who could accommodate us at their pool which is very unsatisfactory. Hotel does not cater for children, no family rooms available. Housekeeping team amazing and breakfast good.
