Wonderful rockin’ place to be!!! 🤩🤘🏻🎶 We just finished our stay in Hard Rock Hotel Marbella and I’m so so happy I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday! HRH Marbella made my Day so special B-day! Excellent service by everyone, so smiling, so friendly and helpful. Spotless and fresh room every day. We were fully entertained every minute with the nice music and performances even at breakfast 🤘🏻.
I’d like to give extra thanks to the girl from Reception - Elena. She was very helpful and polite from the moment we entered the hotel and she did her best for the best room I wished, very professional. Excellent Reception service!🙏🏻
Also the boys - CR7 and Vega at Eden bar are really good! Their service is excellent and make you feel very special at Hard Rock.

Everything was perfect. We stayed 3 days at the beginning of the year. The details of the room, such as the lamp trumpets or the embroidery of the bedspread I loved. Our room overlooked the pool and everything was super quiet. We had the fabulous treatment and service of the floor maid Nerea, very attentive to us if we needed anything, plus she always had a smile on her face. A very quiet and wonderful stay.

Excellent service from this lovely barman. Recommended drinks for my partner and I and couldn’t have been nicer. Extremely friendly and made us feel so happy and at ease in his company. Love this hotel and the service that we receive!

Generally, everything was great. The staff were friendly and we were checked in ahead of time, which was perfect! The room was spacious with a lovely balcony (although we weren’t provided robes) and the food and bar facilities were great. We only had one issue during our stay - we had upgraded to include dinner but this wasn’t recognised by the restaurant staff so we were kicked out of dinner, only to have reception confirm we were welcome, despite the staff member telling us they’d checked with reception. We then went to reception the next day to check this wouldn’t happen again, which we were assured it wouldn’t - yet three out of the four nights, our presence was questioned and we were told we didn’t have dining included which led to an awkward and embarrassing start to our dinner nearly every night. Everything else was perfect, so it was a shame this happened, but it did put a dampener on the entire holiday!
