Just spent 6 days here. What a beautiful resort. Great people, amazing staff (every single one of them is a credit to this resort) and really good food and entertainment on offer. The location is set about a 30ish minute walk from the waterfront and mostly downhill, cabs are easily available outside and at a reasonable cost and the rooms are more than adequate. We had afew issues with the electric tripping but the fusebox was just behind the door and easily fixed. When first reported the handyman was there within minutes. I honestly cant find much fault with the resort at all. Food options are great. Fresh bread and salad available daily and options seemed to suit all diets.
The staff are the highlight, they are all incredible and willing to chat, help with any problems and work their butts off.
Just remember if you want a lay in past 9am, hang up your sign!
Oh and if you want a trip on the water, the peter pan whale watching trip is a bargain and very respectful to the wildlife, pilot whales, dolphins and the odd turtle all on offer and topped off with a dip on the way back for under €30 for 2 people. Brilliant experience all round, just avoid the strip, you may well get mugged, pickpocketed or like me, spiked with GHB, probably the only downside to the island. Everything else was brilliant!

We had such a lovely time at the Green Eco Garden Resort in Tenerife! 🌿 Everything was so peaceful and beautifully kept you can really tell they care about the environment and their guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a really nice relaxing feel to it.
There were plenty of fun activities for both adults and kids, and the staff were absolutely wonderful so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made our stay extra special.
The only small thing I didn’t love was the nappy changing area being outside. It’s great to have it available, but it would be nice to have a bit more privacy maybe adding a few plants or a small screen could make it more comfortable for parents.
All I would ask from owner or staff is to please add a screen or plants to cover or make the nappie change area just to make it that bit more secluded if please
Overall though, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again! 🌴💚

Just finished our trip here (2 adults + 10yo) and we leave with fond memories.
We stayed less than a week and here’s my key observations:
Other than breakfast, lunch and dinner was always different and there was lots of variety. Food was delicious, not super greasy or fried but lots of good quality items especially proteins! There was a different theme for dinner each night.
Staff were all great - super friendly, generous with drinks and very hospitable. Special shoutouts to Cati and Yusuf. Thank you for making our stay extra special.
Rooms - we had a 2 bed villa and it was super clean as was the rest of the resort.
We stayed AI and drinks and snacks selection was solid. We didn’t have the premium drinks package so you had to find the right combo of cocktail / drink you liked as some weren’t to our taste. There’s also lager and cava!
All in all, a great trip and would highly recommend as a solid 4 star AI experience.

Theft, bad food, unprofessional staff – avoid this resort!
My stay at Green Garden Resort was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I feel the need to publicly share my dissatisfaction so that future guests know what they’re actually getting (or not getting).
THEFT IN THE ROOM AND ZERO RESPONSE FROM STAFF
The most serious reason for my complaint is that I was robbed inside my room, and the reception staff showed absolutely no interest in helping.
There is no safe in the rooms!
I kept my wallet in a bag that was always with me during my stay, except for one occasion when I went to breakfast for about 15–20 minutes (between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.) – and that was the only time the bag with my money was left alone in the room. When I returned, I noticed that a large sum of money had disappeared from my wallet.
I immediately reported the theft to the reception, but their only response was:
“That’s not our problem, go to the police.”
No assistance, no sympathy, no attempt to investigate or act professionally. On the contrary, they were indifferent, arrogant, and completely irresponsible.
Later, after doing some research, I discovered that this was not an isolated incident – thefts have happened in this resort before, which makes their indifference even more alarming.
FOOD AND HYGIENE – BELOW ANY STANDARD
The food at the resort is monotonous and of poor quality. The same breakfast every day, with no variety whatsoever. If you’re looking for a good dining experience – you won’t find it here.
As for cleanliness, the rooms look tidy at first glance, but on closer inspection, they’re full of dust – especially on shelves, under the bed, and along furniture edges. The cleaning is superficial, and it’s clear that proper maintenance is lacking.
RECEPTION – A DISPLAY OF UNPROFESSIONALISM
From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were rude, cold, and unskilled. They gave vague instructions and made no effort to explain anything clearly. When a serious problem (the theft) occurred, they acted as if it wasn’t their concern. Their total lack of interest in guest safety is unacceptable and unprofessional.
⚠️ CONCLUSION – DON’T LET YOUR HOLIDAY TURN INTO A NIGHTMARE
This is a resort that:
Has no basic security measures (no safes)
Has a documented history of thefts
Employs staff who refuse to help
Serves monotonous, low-quality food
Keeps rooms only superficially clean
If you value your money, safety, and peace of mind – stay far away from this resort.
My sincere warning to everyone: don’t take the risk.

We have just had the best holiday. Will be returning next year. Hotel is just incredible, food and drinks next level and all the staff can’t do enough for you. Team animation Elle and Andrea really made my daughter’s time here unforgettable. Thank you all so much for everything we will miss you!
