From the outside the Hotel looks very nice, so is the pool area but the rooms leave much to desire. Luckily we only stayed two nights or I am not sure how much more back pain I would have if I had to sleep there any longer. We were in a room very close to the reception so many people passed by and the walls were very thin you could hear everything. Finally on our last night we found 3 very small fruit worms in the sheets I understand it is an island but there should be more control for this.

Really enjoyable hotel. It feels like at home..but in good ways 😁 Everything is so peaceful, quiet and very well taken care of. Outside are beautiful wives, clean and safe. Staff are so friendly, everyone 💗 (the gentleman in reception was like a movie star 😀) There's very good breakfast, bar/restaurant, squash and tennis courts...all you need. Next to hotel is bus stop (it's free to go Siam Mall). The hotel is up on the hill, but it's not far away from center on beach. Some supermarkets are near, also restaurants and shopping center. Cleaning in the rooms is only once a week, but not bad when you know it. This is the hotel which is really value for money. Recommended and absolutely next time here.

Fantastic rooms( suits), comfortable, everything is provided in suit kitchen( electric kettle, oven, coffee maker, microwave,....) Free parking area Good pool Gym Fantastic and complete and delicious breakfast. Friendly staff If I back to tenerife for sure I will choose this hotel again.

I booked a room at this hotel for my family from January 26 to February 6. Due to family circumstances, I was unable to arrive on the scheduled date, and my father went to the hotel to inform the administrators that we would be arriving on January 30. The hotel staff assured him that everything was fine and our room would be available as soon as we arrived. However, when my family and I finally arrived, the hotel informed us that our room had been given to other guests and that they were fully booked. We were left practically out on the street! The next day, we went back to the hotel to resolve the issue. The hotel staff said they couldn't do anything and also refused to refund our money. Yes, there is a policy that allows hotels to give away rooms if guests do not check in, but my father specifically went there to explain our situation. This behavior from the hotel is appalling. Not only were we left to sleep outside, but they also refuse to return our money. I do not recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed early last year (only just remembered to write this review). It wasn’t the hotel we picked as easy jet messed us around a bit. Possibly not the hotels fault but when we booked we booked a double bed and luckily someone very quickly made it up as a double. We noticed the room was very dated and very dusty but we were tired and wanted to eat. Get to the buffet and it was €20 for a very pathetic dinner buffet. The next morning we find cockroaches. Very unpleasant and caused us a lot of anxiety because we obviously didn’t want to take any home. We also noticed a lot of staining in the bath and the room just didn’t feel very clean at all. Breakfast was okay and the hotel is in a good place for a lot of great bars and restaurants but the hotel itself was no where near that standard we’d paid for and hoped for.
