Well equipped apartment, iron microwave, hair dryer but dated .Nice staff we asked to change rooms as the aircon didn't work. Kitchen sink was blocked in the second apartment but maintenance quickly sorted it. 2 pools and a super gym. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby although hilly but that's Tenerife. Only downside if you have noisy neighbours which we did, constantly noisy until early hours.

From the outside the Hotel looks very nice, so is the pool area but the rooms leave much to desire. Luckily we only stayed two nights or I am not sure how much more back pain I would have if I had to sleep there any longer. We were in a room very close to the reception so many people passed by and the walls were very thin you could hear everything. Finally on our last night we found 3 very small fruit worms in the sheets I understand it is an island but there should be more control for this.

Fantastic hotel to look at, to be in. Rooms are Beautiful to say the least depending what you’re into and your budget. It is half way up a steep hill but if you can manage the walk it’s not that bad close to lots of entertainment and restaurants that are all very welcoming and majority of the staff are very polite helpful and friendly. What let this hotel down in my opinion is the stay was ruined by such a minor issue which turned out to be a bit more dramatic than necessary. Me and my husband only stayed for a couple of nights and made a complaint to the reception multiple times (as did other guest as the made us aware of) about noise from partying teenagers which turned out to be next door to our room at every point we made a complaint the security would escort us to a room above us where there was absolutely no noise yet the noise never stopped. When it was made aware to both the reception and security that it was next door they still proceeded to go to the next floor and try convince us that there was no noise despite us telling them exactly where the noise was coming from. In the end my husband had to escort the security to the room next door and do the security’s job for him after finding 20+ teenagers partying and doing drugs. Ruined our stay here which was extremely disappointing to say the least.

I booked a room at this hotel for my family from January 26 to February 6. Due to family circumstances, I was unable to arrive on the scheduled date, and my father went to the hotel to inform the administrators that we would be arriving on January 30. The hotel staff assured him that everything was fine and our room would be available as soon as we arrived. However, when my family and I finally arrived, the hotel informed us that our room had been given to other guests and that they were fully booked. We were left practically out on the street! The next day, we went back to the hotel to resolve the issue. The hotel staff said they couldn't do anything and also refused to refund our money. Yes, there is a policy that allows hotels to give away rooms if guests do not check in, but my father specifically went there to explain our situation. This behavior from the hotel is appalling. Not only were we left to sleep outside, but they also refuse to return our money. I do not recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyable hotel. It feels like at home..but in good ways 😁 Everything is so peaceful, quiet and very well taken care of. Outside are beautiful wives, clean and safe. Staff are so friendly, everyone 💗 (the gentleman in reception was like a movie star 😀) There's very good breakfast, bar/restaurant, squash and tennis courts...all you need. Next to hotel is bus stop (it's free to go Siam Mall). The hotel is up on the hill, but it's not far away from center on beach. Some supermarkets are near, also restaurants and shopping center. Cleaning in the rooms is only once a week, but not bad when you know it. This is the hotel which is really value for money. Recommended and absolutely next time here.
