Hotel is generally tired and dated. Room had a lovely view over the sea. Perfect! Very loud music from the pubs around but personally I didn’t mind that. The pool is great but the entertainment was horrendous and extremely LOUD ALL DAY!! Decided that the beach was a better option for the rest of the week. (Unbelievably we could still hear the music and 18-30 style entertainment from the beach!) the management couldn’t really care less about my complaints. Our room was cleaned once in our whole week and bins emptied every other day at best. Maybe leave a mop and broom in the room so that we can clean up ourselves.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Rooms are clean albeit a little dated and if updated this would be a 4 star. A/C wasn't working the night I arrived, was fixed the next day, begun to leak the following day so was moved room. There's entertainment every day by the pool, the location is perfect for the main strip and Siam park, all walking distance. If you want a quiet holiday then avoid this as it's close to all the clubs but if you're looking for a hotel near the nightlife, this is the one. I'll definitely stay here again 😊

Palm beach, it's a older hotel that needs a touch of love.
Rooms: Nice Size room, I slept great on the bed. I don't mind the music outside at night, but beware, there are loud pubs playing till 4u (I still sleep with window open). Nice vieuw of the sea!
Bathroom is old and needs to be renewed. But everything works perfectly. Balcony haves a lovely size.
Hotel: nothing special, but clean. Needs a update aswell. Nice (and clean) pool. Lot of space.
Food: breakfast was good, the dinner at night is not great. I would suggest too take only breakfast here and eat outside.
Overal, Nice cheap hotel.
No Luxury resort, but you don't pay for that either.

Full of bed bugs, in wardrobe wet stained sheets smelling. location area in las Americas has gone down hill smells of sewerage. Very noisy not so bad music some nights but hotel next door fans on top hotel extremely loud day and night .paid for 3 weeks left week and half no compensation offered change rooms same room different floor, took pictures of my legs distinctive pattern, got nowhere management said was mosquitos, slept on sofa in reception most nights as i couldn’t bear it as soon as got in to bed feel them. as soon as moved hotel never had another bite. Staff were nice which was only upside maybe you should try iron in corner of bed before getting into bed see what comes up

Overall positive experience. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was larger than I had expected. Beds were comfortable although overall furniture was quite dated. Location is excellent and services (including a small supermarket) were very convenient. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Negative aspects included seeing roaches (which seem to be everywhere on island) and the entertainment at pool which was so loud if you were trying to relax in room.
