On arrival staff member attending was pleasant, friendly and offered help with luggage. Accommodation has no double glazed doors or windows and noise levels can be very high here. If you are looking for peace and quiet or you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you! Facilities were as expected for the cost of the stay. The pool was not filled and the grounds are lovely. Restaurant didn't appear open and I was not informed of any options upon arrival thus assumed was not. The room us spacious and comfortable. Hot water minimal so used kettle to make a little more acceptable. Microwave, cooker, toaster and location fabulous.

We recently enjoyed a 2-night stay at Bellavista Avenida in Albufeira, and overall, it was a fantastic choice! The location truly can't be beat: just a 5-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and with a mall and grocery store right across the street. It was incredibly convenient.
The apartment itself was spacious, with a large bedroom the kitchen was well-equipped for our short stay, and the highlight was definitely the huge balcony with chairs overlooking the beautiful pool area. It was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
My only complaint was the couch’s weren’t very comfortable,

This must honestly be one of the worst timeshare resorts I have been to and I have been to several around the world.
1. There is no room service. So the towellsdont get cleaned or the unit. The kitchen sink does not have a plug so you çannot wash dishes. When requesting a replacement the person at the desk very arrogantly replied that they can't find one for this sink anymore,so basically live with it.
2. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable
3. Rooms extremely hot with no fan or a/c.
4. Stairwells outside unit as well as floors are dirty. 5. None of the above are befitting a 3 star resort.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service at the front desk is both rude and unhelpful.

We stayed in a private airbnb apartment in block A.13 room 105. It was horrendous. The room was extremely dated and had a stench coming from the kitchen. We woke every morning to cockroaches and there was a train of ants constantly circling the kitchen sink.
The bedroom although spacious was facing out into the busy road which was in constant use. Loud cars and car lights constantly coming through the apartment building.
This rooms location was opposite the main door to the block which slamed closed everytime it was closed. Unfortunately whilst we were staying there was a typical loud stag from England staying. Every night they would come home at 3 am being sick in the hall way, shouting, singing. Around the pool they also through it would be a good idea to play football with kids about... Once the stag group had gone home we thought we might get some sleep but we was wrong, there was a domestic going on upstairs which lasted hours.
The swimming pool always had dead flies and debrie from the trees in and there was seagull poo all around the outside of the pool which was never cleaned.
There is an online "brunch" place that should open at 9.30 but on our final day the chap walked in roughly 9.55 opened up then went for a quick dip in the pool.

The location is central and literally across the road from the SEF office we needed to visit. It is a very busy street so it is noisy. It would seem like a party place so up to you what you are looking for.
We didnt take the breakfast option.
Beds were comfy and room was clean.
Toaster was tricky to make work but we managed eventually.
I found the payment was tedious with it being done in 3 separate payments on 3 separate days and then online checkin. Needing to pay a damage deposit was something I haven't experienced in a hotel before.
They charged us 25€per day for our small hairless dog.
Pool was nice and garden was lovely.
The people upstairs were partying until 23:30 until we went out and told them were calling the police. It seems no one reinforces the 22:00 -8am quiet times. And reception closed at 19:00 and when called the emergency line to complain no one answered.
All in all I found it rather expensive for what we got but it suited our needs for a 2 night business stay
