Super Friendly & Very helpful staff. Pool area clean with ample Sun Lounger, has a Bar at the pool. The apartment was perfect, just what we wanted. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend the Soldoiro, we would go back & stay there again A1++

Lovely hotel, clean and friendly staff. Basic amenities but we booked self catering so expected, nothing to complain about. We were advised prior to arriving that we would have to pay a deposit of €50 pp which all 10 of us received back at the end. Cleaners came once in the three days and made the beds, replenished towels and toilet paper. Staff on reception were very friendly, amazing location. Didn't use the pool as the weather was a bit chilly but we all left happy! Will absolutely come back during busier season!

AVOID!!
*No security, stags up all hours of the night shouting and banging with no one to silence them. Had to buy earplugs to get a good nights sleep.
*Cleaner left our patio door open after changing towels on the 3rd day our stuff could of been robbed.
*Stags took over pool area pissing in the pool, being very roudy and throwing bottles and cans etc.
*Our towels weren’t changed on the 6th day like stated in their policy (changed every 3 days) so went to reception at 5:50pm after a day at the water park to request new ones. We were told by a very rude member of staff that the cleaners worked until 6pm so we would just have to wait. Gave the cleaners till 6:20pm to come to the room which they did not. Went back to reception who unhappily handed over fresh towels. Also toilet paper is very thin and you go through it very quickly which they also aren’t happy to give out extra.
*Staff never warned us that they would be cleaning and painting the hotel for our stay. We left our stuff out on patio to dry woke up next morning to it being covered in paint chips which was never cleaned for the rest of the trip. Also lots of noise and banging from all the updating works.
*Surprise fees of security deposit of €100pp requested on arrival which was thankfully waved as we were a family and a tourist tax of €64 the 8 days.
*Infested with ants outside our door and on our last night made their way into our bathroom
•Very cheap towels which smelled very heavily of vinegar and the smell of the sewerage was horrible
*Beds also very low quality and had to rearrange room to make it into usable as a double bed.
•The only highlight from this trip was location to the strip and the one new female trainee staff member who was very helpful. The rest of staff have no customer service and can be very rude.

Staff couldn't be more helping especially Lilly Anna, rooms cleaned every few days, wonderful seaview. Close to shops , bars and tourist areas, large pool onsite with loungers and umbrellas and poolside bar. If you need anything the staff are more than obliging. Would definitely stay again.

Not bad rooms, nothing special but you get what you pay for on a stag do. The very poor service comes when trying to receive your deposit back. A long winded, passive aggressive response from a receptionist who is clearly out to keep as much of your money as possible. She will even tell you that. If you can stay somewhere else, I would.
