Overall, it’s a good hotel. It’s a bit remote and you need to expect to travel if you want to get out. They have some really good facilities. The spa was good and the bar on the beach is a nice touch. The staff were really good, rooms were modern and cleaned daily. The only downside was the food. There wasn’t much variety. You find some dishes you like and you eat them everyday. All in all though, I found it great value for the money and would come back again.

Good clean hotel, the only issue it’s next to the motorway, so when sat having drinks you might as well be at Leicester Forest East services. The food was good, lots of choice. The rooms are cleaned daily and you get free water bottles in your fridge. Just the location next to main road lets the hotel down. Easy to get into Alanya on the local bus for 35 lira. Stayed in the annex building, not main hotel and preferred it as it’s quieter but still great views of the sea.

The hotel looks great on the website, but not in reality. The rooms have ample space in some of them. No tea or coffee in the room, no ironing board or iron. So be aware you pay for any laundry service. Security is on point. The food and service staff needs greater improvement. Same food cooked in the same way every day, with little variation or choice. You are not allowed to take food or drinks to your room, but can order room service for an extra fee. Very few of the staff speak English. If you are of a darker colour you are overlooked for service, by the general staff. This happened to us and others everyday. Also take extra money for cab or bus journeys as the hotel is a good 20-25minute drive from Antalya or Alanya

This was one of the worst all inclusive experiences we have had..there's no way this resort is 5 star, ⭐ at best it's a 2.5 to 3 star. 🤔 The lady at reception is Rude, dismissive to guests, but she knew better than to try that with me. The food was disgusting & cheap if you like mountains of boiled pasta, flavourless sauce and chips you will be happy, we expected Turkish food, but we got nothing close, it was bland and always served luke warm to cold, often with yesterday's stale food served for days in a row. Many guests ordered in pizza or McDonald's or left the resort to go get edible food 🐠. 🍔🍲🍛 The rooms were clean but really need some touching up with maintenance. As a black family we were made to feel un-welcomed and ignored, we were blatantly treated different from other people an English family we sat with one evening witnessed it and wanted to say something, there was no point, as most of the staff could not understand or speak English outside of basic commands so interactions were limited. 😳 If you are 🖤 or 🤎 I would not recommend this place, as the blatant racism is evident, it's not worth the stress, leaving racist UK, and then paying to travel to be treated so badly is not worth the energy and a waste of 💰 💷 Other black guests said they could not believe the level of racism, and they would never come back to that resort again, it's 2024 and this is unacceptable. 💶💵💴 The drinks were all inclusive, however the alcohol 🍷🥂 was watered down, so again we ended up going out to buy our own. 🥴 An Asian guest was physically attacked by a white guest, however the Asian man was kicked out of the hotel in the rain 🌧️ and told he can not return till the morning. Where was he to go at 23:000 at night 🌃 in the middle of nowhere?. We spent most of our time going out on excursions to avoid being at the hotel, but avoid going to the zoo, it was the cruelty tiny cages and infested animals made children cry, and even us as adults were also close. 🦁 🐒

I really liked it here. There are some issues indeed, but if you can get that turkish vibe, you'll be fine in here. You need to negotiate everything at every step. The entertainment team was the best and made our stay memorable. There are busses that go into the city very frequently. The food is not that amazing, but it is made more for West people like British and German. The deserts are delicious. Overall, if you are nice to these people, they will serve you the best.
