Reception and pool / bar staff super friendly and accommodating. Really nice pool and bar area. Recommend the club sandwich from the snack menu. Rooms are nice, only issue we had was hot water for shower only lasted for a few minutes, might of just been our room with the issues was only staying for a few nights so wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall really nice hotel and a nice 15 min walk from Golden Mile.

Good location including for beach if walking isn't a problem. Didn't use pool area until last day. Showers available to clean up before flight but no where to put clothes etc while showering.
Room 113 clean and spacious. Only problem was that plumbing from rooms above appeared to flow anove the bedroom ceiling so every time those above flushed toilet or used shower it was noisy. Disturbed sleep every night.

Just come back from 3 nights here and it was brilliant!
Room was spacious, well maintained, clean and safe.
Pools were lovely, one heated one not heated. Lots of beds and lots of sun! Lifeguard was overly strict and quite miserable.
Pool bar. Food was delicious, drinks perfectly priced and plentiful and the staff were AMAZING!

Absolute bargain of a place to stay and we will be going back! Loved it

I stayed here in October, just me and my son. I felt safe the whole time and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are basic but clean, and you have everything you need. They did get warm, but as it was October we could open the balcony doors for a breeze.
Snack bar food and drinks are well priced, the smoothies are delicious. The pools were clean and a lovely temperature. The pool opened at 10am, which was perfectl for us, and there was never any Sunbed hogging or towles down at silly o'clock.

Lovely place. Stayed here start of July, apartment was comfy had a lovely sleep most nights!! Very nice people staying at the hotel too, neighbours were lovely. Security was great on late nights felt very safe and secure. In a great place, shops are very close and veronicas strip is not too far. Lovely holiday thank you VERY much whala!tenerife
