Mixed experience – good location, but serious cleanliness and noise issues The apartment itself is functional and well-equipped, with everything you might need: a balcony, two beds, a bathroom, and a great location in a well-served area. However, there’s no private parking, so you need to find a spot on the street, which can be inconvenient. Unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal due to several major issues. First and foremost, there was a serious termite infestation. We had to request cleaning multiple times. When we finally asked again, two staff members arrived within 10 minutes – but they were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t clean anything. Despite repeated requests, the room was never properly cleaned, and we often found cockroaches in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor – I would honestly rate it 1 out of 10. On top of that, the atmosphere was far from relaxing. We had to ask other guests several times to keep the noise down during nighttime hours, but the staff did nothing to ensure a peaceful environment. There was no enforcement of quiet hours or basic respect for rest, which made it hard to sleep. As for the facilities: – The restaurant has a limited selection, but the food was good and the staff were friendly. – The pool bar seemed to always be closed, and we never figured out its operating hours. In conclusion, while the apartment’s location is convenient and the setup has potential, the combination of poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and lack of attention to guests’ comfort significantly affected our stay. We wouldn’t return.

Location of the hotel is good. Hotel employes are nice. Also, the breakfast was good. Rooms are okay for this price, but they are filled with cockroaches. We stayed couple of nights in one room, even slept with the lights on and they kept coming out. It was unbereable, they kept making noise so even though you cannot see them, you can hear them. We complained at the reception in the middle of the night, they changed our room, we didn't see any there but we could hear them as well and also slept with all the lights on. This is a huge problem and it completely ruined every night because we couldn't relax and sleep well. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.

Horrible place to stay. Borderline scam altogether. We booked a stay for 6 days but only after booking we saw it was a 2 stars and all the nrgative review but we figured we would wait and see if it was that bad... it was worse. We got into the room at about 11, immediately saw that the front door was unlocked before we got there and also had signs of it being previously broken into (I'll leave some pictures), we got in a as we locked the doot behind us and tried to unluck again it got stuck. The back door and bedroom windows only had a small chain at the end to lock it which idk about you but even I could open with a wire. The room was super hot and no windows appart from the 2 back doors and a few tiny ones in the bathrooms. It was also super dusty and had lots of spider webs and spiders around. The beds had pubes on it too. We went to the reception not even 15 mins from our arrival and we were told we couldn't change rooms and that someone would be around to change the doors and that the receptionist would have "security walk around our room if we left the windows open" (no kidding those were her exact words). We got back to the room (we had to walk around through the back of the patio, which wasn't fenced at all) and got on to speak with the third party that we booked with and left on line for a while. While we were on the phone trying to change hotels, the maintenancd guy was trying to get in without even saying he was there and then when he opened the door he said "oh there you go, it's fixed" and went away. Over the next couple of hours I was still on the phone and he would continue to try and get in but when my mom went around the back (yes we never opened the front door again and left the key on the lock - just in case) he would dash away as if he never expected us to be there. We left about 3 hrs after we got there but we probably are not getting any money back, the place felt unsafe and unclean and multiple people here have left similar reviews except most only left after being robbed or woken up in the middle of the night with the maintenance guy/security (I suspect they are one and the same) just lurking over them by their bed. So don't stay here. Run away

We have been here 3 times now and keep coming back. It’s simple but it has everything you need. Nuria really makes such a difference to your experience at this hotel and delivers great customer service and always with a smile on her face! She is the reason we keep coming back.

We are currently here. Usually at least twice a year. It's everything you need if you're not pretentious. Rooms are basic but clean. Linen is clean, beds are comfortable. Shower pressure is good and it's in a fairly central location.
