A friend and I booked a last minute getaway, and stumbled across this place online. For the price, you can't go wrong! The room had a kitchenette, including fridge/freezer, as well as a safe included. Full bathroom, and a sea view balcony. The pool is good, clean and clear. There's a nice bar next to the pool where you can order food and drinks for brunch to late lunch. Aside from the affordability, the location has to be the best thing about this place. It's so central to things: 5 minutes walk to the beach 15 minutes walk to Siam Park Amazing restaurant (Taby) across the road Supermarkets on each corner Taxi rank round the corner For what you pay, you cannot go wrong, we had a great trip.

We just came back from this lovely place! Family of 5 , our room was great very clean and tidy modern and was very close to the pool and the supermarket. Cleaners came in everyday made beds etc, left us fresh towels. they were all very friendly. All the staff we communicated with were all very polite and friendly great interaction with the kids. The Gentleman that checked us in was exeptional walked us around to show us where everything was. This was hospitality at its best. A big shout out the Natalia at breakfast what a lovely lady again exceptional. Not had any issues throughout our stay. Will definitely visit again ☺️ the kids absolutely loved this place

One of the first issues that presented itself was the misleading images and information- we were under the impression that we would be situated in a clean, bright apartment that was easy to access. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the images. We were not made aware that the hotel is split into 3/4 buildings and that we would have to cross an unstable wooden bridge and pass through a shady poorly lit alleyway to reach our hotel room, 5-10 minutes away from the pictured reception, therefore putting our safety at risk each evening. Due to the location- which, again, we were not made aware of - we have been unable to get more than two hours sleep each night because of non stop noise from our surroundings, including having to listen to fights and screaming. As you could imagine - this is all extremely daunting for us and not how we imagined our trip to a country we have never visited before. The apartments are also extremely dirty, with thick dust on each surface (especially under the bed) and there are even footprint marks on the ceiling? The shower head holder has also fallen off the wall, and the toilet is not even stable and wiggles a lot when you are seated. Lastly, the lock on the bathroom window is faulty and broken. In conclusion, we are extremely disappointed for all of these inconveniences - being no fault of our own due to misadvertisement - that have ultimately put a huge damper on our trip. One plus side is that it is close to different types of places like shops and restraunts and a short walk to costa adeje.

Mixed experience – good location, but serious cleanliness and noise issues The apartment itself is functional and well-equipped, with everything you might need: a balcony, two beds, a bathroom, and a great location in a well-served area. However, there’s no private parking, so you need to find a spot on the street, which can be inconvenient. Unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal due to several major issues. First and foremost, there was a serious termite infestation. We had to request cleaning multiple times. When we finally asked again, two staff members arrived within 10 minutes – but they were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t clean anything. Despite repeated requests, the room was never properly cleaned, and we often found cockroaches in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor – I would honestly rate it 1 out of 10. On top of that, the atmosphere was far from relaxing. We had to ask other guests several times to keep the noise down during nighttime hours, but the staff did nothing to ensure a peaceful environment. There was no enforcement of quiet hours or basic respect for rest, which made it hard to sleep. As for the facilities: – The restaurant has a limited selection, but the food was good and the staff were friendly. – The pool bar seemed to always be closed, and we never figured out its operating hours. In conclusion, while the apartment’s location is convenient and the setup has potential, the combination of poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and lack of attention to guests’ comfort significantly affected our stay. We wouldn’t return.

Location of the hotel is good. Hotel employes are nice. Also, the breakfast was good. Rooms are okay for this price, but they are filled with cockroaches. We stayed couple of nights in one room, even slept with the lights on and they kept coming out. It was unbereable, they kept making noise so even though you cannot see them, you can hear them. We complained at the reception in the middle of the night, they changed our room, we didn't see any there but we could hear them as well and also slept with all the lights on. This is a huge problem and it completely ruined every night because we couldn't relax and sleep well. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.
