Never been to Tenerife before, so went blind. Location great. Bit daunting finding our room, as we arrived at night. But, reception gave us a map. Checked in no problem. Room was basic, but had everything you need. Comfy bed, 2 pillows, kettle, and fridge. Weirdly, there was no wardrobe, there was a rack on the wall, with several hooks for hangers, which were provided, not a problem really. Nice big bathroom with walk in shower. Television with English channels. Also, air conditioning. The pool area was nice, we were a 30 second walk away. Just used the room as a base really. Short walk to the beach. Only used the restaurant for drinks, but it was busy for meals. I would stay again.

We booked an easyJet holiday and we're very pleased. The transfer to the hotel was quick and easy. The check in was smooth. The apartment (no. 31) was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had excellent wifi. The pool was lovely, and the staff were kind, caring, and very helpful. The restaurant attached was delicious, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a week here with my husband. I have been to the area many times so mainly booked it for its excellent location and extremely cheap price (only 450 for a week in August!) We weren't expecting much, especially after reading so many negative reviews but were pleasantly surprised.
Positives
We were very pleased to see that our room had air conditioning which really helped! I'm assuming that it's just luck of the draw as it's not advertised. The studio was well equipped and large, with a wall separating the sleeping area from the living Room, making it more of a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had a microwave, full oven and stove top.
Very central location, within easy walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurants. No need for taxis!
The pool area is great and is open until 10pm. It has a little bar serving great sangria, cocktails and meals.
The security felt great. I've stayed in many apartment complexes where I have felt unsafe but you needed a key card to get in and new doors on the apartments were solid with good locks/patio doors had railings so you could leave the door open to sleep, even on the ground floor.
Negatives
They are currently renovating so there was a lot of building noise! I guess there's no good time to do it in Tenerife as there is no low season.
The beds were uncomfortable!
There was no way to let the cleaner know if you wanted the room cleaned or not. She just turned up at 9am and rang the bell so we were usually still in bed and she said she couldn't come back later.
Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely return.

I'm in Tinerte Gardens at the moment. Been
here over a week and haven't had a nights
sleep yet!
I've been coming here over 20 years but I
won't be coming back!
I've got one of the newly refurbished air
conditioned rooms. What a shame I can't
enjoy it. Drilling, banging and hammering
until 6pm in the evening. Two more
apartments being done up, but no break
even on Sundays. Siesta is out of the
question!!
Loonies in the rooms all around me, their
individual disco's start about 4pm then
they're shouting across to each other and
singing along (badly) to their music. The
only time they turn it down is when they're
on the phone home, then they're shouting
down the phone! Oh yes- and everyone
else's phone dinging notifications all the
time (mine are on silent).
Supposed to be security who make sure no
noise after midnight but I've never seen
them! When I complained at reception, the
girl just said, “I’ll send someone”. She didn’t!
I've tried going out late and getting pickled
but "Pickfords" are still moving furniture
upstairs til gone 4am, or stomping about to
use the loo all night.
When I finally fall asleep, the maid rings at
9am to clean my room.
The staff are brilliant and the pool is
adequate. The lovely downstairs bar has been turned into six “under pool” rooms, they have no natural daylight!
Adios, Tinerfe Gardens!
