Just came back today and me, the wife, and 2 boys aged 10 and 12 absolutely loved it, the cleanliness is second to none, which I have not seen in England and the food was very varied and fresh was also lovely. Staff are very polite from cleaners to bar and entertainment team. Some not great English but your in turkey and you manage to communicate. I was skeptical on the 5 star rating just because it's a large hotel and read some reviews which isn't always the way forward. However home now and I would say it's 5 star and if your thinking of going I certainly would recommend 👌

We had a truly wonderful stay at Viking Infinity in Turkey – it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very safe and comfortable environment for both adults and kids. There were plenty of food options and activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made it a great choice for families.
The staff were incredibly helpful – always nearby when needed, yet never intrusive. One experience that really stood out was an early morning walk I took alone by the seafront. I was dipping my feet into the sea with no one else around, and after a few minutes, a staff member discreetly showed up just to ensure my safety in case I decided to swim. That small act left a big impression – it showed how attentive and caring the team is.
Despite the hotel being quite popular and busy, it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space and plenty of food – their buffet selection is fantastic, with something for every taste.
Overall, Viking Infinity is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, safe, family-friendly, and with excellent service. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Vikingen Infinity Resort for a week-long holiday, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the 5-star rating it advertises — at best, I’d say it’s closer to a 3-star experience.
The rooms were disappointing: they felt grubby and rundown, with peeling paint and noticeable damage to the furniture like chipped wardrobes. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired — the bathroom was barely cleaned during our stay, and towels and toilet paper weren’t replenished unless we asked.
There were long queues at the bars for drinks, and WiFi wasn’t included — we had to pay €10 per device for the week, and even then the connection barely worked. When we asked staff for information about nearby shops, we were only directed to the hotel’s own gift shop, which was extremely overpriced.
We also booked excursions through the hotel-based companies, which turned out to be misleading. We were promised a visit to a Turkish mud bath (which never happened) and told soft drinks were included — they weren’t, and we had to pay extra for them. Talking to other guests, we found they had paid significantly less than we did for the exact same trip.
One positive experience was the spa massage — incredibly relaxing and well done. However, that was soured when a “hotel doctor” interrupted the treatment to pressure me into paying €250 for a five-day massage package, claiming I had a serious issue despite my insistence that I was fine. He even followed me out to try and guilt my partner into paying.
The food at dinner was one of the few highlights — a good variety and generally well prepared. However, as a family hotel, I found it odd that the kids’ entertainment didn’t start until 9:30pm, which was far too late for our children, meaning we missed out on evening shows.
Overall, I would not recommend Vikingen Infinity Resort. There are better options out there that offer better service, transparency, and value for money.

We did not have a great start to our holiday in this hotel due to the room location and having 20+ AC units outside our room and a road with coaches arriving all times of the day but despite this we contacted the customer service team that were very helpful and very kindly changed our rooms and made us feel very comfortable! The pools are lovely, and the food, you are spoiled with choice, lots to choose from. The hotel grounds are huge with so much to offer and staff are very friendly, so I was more than happy to retract my bad review to update to this, worth the 5 star due to how helpful customer services were and management!
The only downside is you either have to walk 15 minutes or get a bus/taxi to the nearest small towns for shopping eta, but this has not affected our stay!

Resort really nice, plenty of pools and nice slides both for kids and adults.
Food was okay there were plenty of choices. It did lack on fruits selection.
For an all inclusive hotel it does lack of bars to be opened after midnight.
Bars are closing at different times during the day which leaves only a couple to run from 4 o'clock, therefore you have to walk a lot for a drink if you are by the pool area where the bar is closing early also causing massive queues for a drink.
Very disappointed with coffee there was only instant coffee at all coffees machine and if you wanted a good coffee there was only a bar from 10 o'clock you can get one, imagine the ques as everyone wanted one.
the staff lacks on speaking English,
hence communication is quite difficult. You would ask for a glass of white wine and they would not understand.
On a really bad note I would say the staff refused almost every request we done.
they would not do it, only if you give a tip
I asked for 2 tablets to be joined together and I been told they will do it only if I give €10
Overall a good holiday but left a bittersweet taste as they could do better.
