I was invited as a speaker to an international congress at this wonderful hotel, and I had an exceptional experience during the five days I spent there. Everything was flawless—from the beautifully appointed rooms to the delicious meals, and from the incredibly attentive staff to the impressive hotel facilities. The level of care and professionalism throughout my stay made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect retreat after busy conference days. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that were both tasty and beautifully presented. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was seamless, friendly, and memorable. The hotel’s facilities, including the conference spaces, leisure areas, and wellness amenities, were outstanding and contributed to a perfect balance of work and relaxation. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and professional stay.

Guest Feedback
During our stay, we encountered several issues that we feel should be brought to your attention:
1. Limited Food Availability
The restaurants are only open for breakfast, lunch and supper, they close in the afternoon until 6:00 p.m. In the afternoon, only light snacks such as waffles, cakes, salads, and pide are available. As a result, there are no proper meal options during the afternoon or late evening, which caused inconvenience for my family wishing to dine outside regular meal hours.
2. Lack of Evening Entertainment
We noted that there were no shows or entertainment provided in the evenings, only a poor singing band and DJ in one outside bar which made the atmosphere rather quiet compared to expectations for a resort stay. I suspect this is due to the time of year, and guests should be made aware of this before booking.
3. Housekeeping Standards
Our room was not fully cleaned on a daily basis. For example, the rubbish bin was sometimes left full, suggesting that cleaning routines were not consistently maintained.
4. Children’s Facilities
Several entertainment machines in the kids’ area were out of order. Additionally, the Kids Club did not appear to be properly supervised or engaging for the children. On one occasion, when we left our children there, half of the rooms were closed, and the children were left to wander while staff members were talking at reception.
5. Visitor Policy
We were surprised by the hotel’s visitor policy, which only allows guests to stay for 30 minutes. We were charged €150 for a one-hour visit, even though our visitors did not use any facilities. Although we eventually received a €50 discount, we feel this policy and charge were unreasonable and poorly handled. For visitors just meeting guests and not using the facilities, this charge should be nominal.
6. Room service
When we attempted to order room service, it appeared that the in-room telephone system was not functioning correctly. The attendant on the room service line was unable to hear me clearly. I contacted reception to explain the issue, and they transferred me back to room service; however, the problem persisted, and the attendant still could not hear me. In the end, I had to message the hotel via WhatsApp to place the order. This was a frustrating experience that could hopefully be improved for future guests.
7. The Hotel
In general the hotel was relatively clean however it is starting to look tired, with stained carpets, broken doors (our room door was split and insecure), dark areas where light bulbs have not been replaced, missing tiles in the pool area, tied towels for the pool area to name some of the issues. Some re-investment is needed to bring the higher “Titanic” standard back to the hotel.
We hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the guest experience in the future.

Just spent a luxurious week at this hotel. I have visited hotel all over the world eg Malaysia Singapore Dubia, to name a few and in my opinion this hotel stands alongside these 5 star hotels. Room large comfortable with beds towels and mini bar changed and stocked every day. The food was outstanding with a large variety of choice. The drinks on offer on their all inclusive plus were branded and wide choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and outdoor pool was heated and a pleasure to swim. The spa with sauna and Turkish bath we used nearly every day. There were many positives about this holiday too many to mention. Would highly recomend and go back

I wouldn't say it is a true Turkey 5 star hotel, unfortunately, as some areas of the hotel and facilities need attention. Service was inconsistent, yet mostly good. The food wasn't great. It was very hit and miss in taste and variety over the 10 days, which was disappointing because food is a huge part of the holiday out of summer season. Lots of pepper and aubergine dishes just cooked in different ways... it would have been better to have had fewer bettwr quality dishes. The Adana kebabs weren't tasty and seasoned enough. The desserts overall weren't too nice - very bland and not sweet enough. The activities weren't great for adults, and could be better for winter season. Efforts to improvise when there was rain weren't made to expectation. Boccia and Darts everyday with only a bottle of wine to win probably wouldn't be the first choice for people staying at an all inclusive hotel, and people who don't drink alcohol. The staff didn't speak English very well, which made things difficult at times. The gym, hammam, spa suana and steamroom facilities were good, but the female changing cubicles and showers were terrible.
Overall not bad, but could have been better.
