Just had two weeks in July 2025 at the Lumos Deluxe and the hotel is top quality and the rooms overlooking the pools are lovely and the rooms are cleaned every day. We really enjoyed some good laughs with entertainment team Thanks Asim and the ladies on customer relations sorted us a few pleasant surprises for being a return guest which was a nice touch and the head of security was such a nice guy. Overall the Hotel is great, the food goes from good to a mix match of odd dishes but we always found something to eat and there are a few local restaurants when you need a break away from all hustle and bustle of inclusive. For us the only issue we found is the manners of some of the guests from the eastern block countries which was hard to except especially their mind set to queuing for food, as had to bite my lip on more then one occasion as they come across as just rude and ignorant, but us Brits are not always perfect. Overall its a Hotel I would recommend and a few tips to make the experience more enjoyable 1) Make sure you use private transfer back and forth to the hotel as its a long journey and the bus stops at a lot of hotels on route making the journey a lot longer and 2) don't spend any money at the airport as the food is beyond expensive and no exaggeration is probably 3 to 4 times more expensive for KFC, Burger King and Mc Ds so don't feel fleeced like we did on our first visit as we got caught for over £50 from Burger King for two meals and a portion of mozzarella sticks so didn't get caught the 2nd time.

Great holiday. The hotel is top notch, although too far from the airport 2hrs, pools are cold (which would be fabulous when it's elscorchio in august) but a bit too chilly in April. The sea was beautifully warm and clean with a lifeguard on duty. The WiFi is very strong reaching down to the connected beach. Can't fault the food choice, the steamed fish is especially good. My daughter is celiac and we found lots of choice without a sore tummy afterwards when speaking to which ever person is wearing the big hat about what is free from gluten. My daughter who is not gluten free enjoyed pancakes for breakfast every day. The choice for gluten free pudding is nonexistent so maybe to go to the supermarket which is 2 mins away for an ice cream each day. Apart from the African show on one night, entertainment is not good. Take a boat trip, book online for around £13 pounds each with transfers which is very, very worth it. We did the quad biking too which was great fun. All in all a great holiday. Enjoy
** Remember to tip the cleaner. My partner had his birthday while we were there and she made the most fabulous birthday towel presentations
Also as a side note, get your cigarettes before you get to the airport as they were more than double what they cost in the shops and a manky pizza and chips (not even anything decent) was charged at €17 !!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, I stayed 11 nights no issues the hotel staff are amazing couldn't do enough for you. Hotel is very clean, lots to do. Entertainment not brilliant but could be the fact we come out of season or just in season. Food and desserts are brilliant. Staff are so friendly. It’s a 5 star hotel and well deserve 5 stars. No one puts there towel on the loungers to save them which is refreshing.

Loved the hotel, it is very child friendly. I stayed for 7 days with my child, the food is amazing with lots to choose from. Dinner is served 7-10pm and during the daytime there is a snack/lunch buffet outside by the pool 11 am until 5pm with so much choice. Inside there is also lunch 12-2pm inside with loads of options. Breakfast is lovely, with wonderful fresh fruits to choose from. The cleaning was on point, cleaner came everyday and was lovely. The pools were super fun, the water slides are perfect for kids and for adults. The kids club really were amazing they really kept my child entertained, with arts and crafts and dances around the pool. My child would ask to go to kids club everyday and it’s perfect for when the sun is strong and you want your child to have a break from it, highly recommended kids club. The ladies are so lovely that work there they really take care of the kids. The hotel is over 3 hours from Antalya that’s the only thing I’d say if you have smaller children do consider that. But a transfer directly to the hotel is probably better than a shuttle as you make quite a few stops off: but my child slept most of the ride with was just over 3 hours. It’s not ideal for kids with travel sickness get a private transfer directly to the hotel. Apart from that everything was perfect and I’d definitely say it was 5 stars. Best holiday ever oh forgot there is a child’s disco every night ran by kids club with entertainment afterwards. The kids really love getting up to do the dance routines and can even win medals and certificates really really wonderful staff that run kids club so it’s Perfect for families.

I came to Turkey for the first time and stayed at this hotel for weeks. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially our children. The location is in a quiet and beautiful area, perfect for visiting different places and enjoying the great environment.
This hotel is outstanding – the staff and their hospitality were amazing, always caring and helpful. The hotel features three different swimming pools, restaurants, a café, and multiple shops around the corner. We also booked tours through TripAdvisor, which took us all around Alanya city, history museum, nearby villages, and even on a beautiful boat trip.
Every evening, we went to the kids’ club, where our children had a lot of fun. The staff even awarded them with medals and certificates, which made them feel so special. We’re very thankful to the staff for taking such good care of our kids and providing excellent service throughout our stay.
Additionally, there’s a mosque just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. Turkey is truly a blessed country with a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely visit again in the future!
