We stayed at this hotel in Antalya this summer with our son and had an excellent experience. A fantastic property – a large, spacious resort with a great atmosphere and high standards throughout.
The private club area is huge and was great fun, especially for families. The beach area is excellent, with the pier and bar being a real highlight. The tower bar also stands out and offers a unique and enjoyable setting.
It is no surprise that this hotel is considered one of the best and has received multiple awards. The value for money is very good, the gourmet restaurants are outstanding, and everything was extremely clean and well maintained.
A big thank you to the entire on-site team for their excellent service.
We will definitely return.

At one with natural surroundings in keeping with Ottoman history with luxury fixtures and modern rooms. There is absolutely nothing missing, except maybe a Starbucks… however, the coffee served in the lobby bar and patisserie is just as good! Every detail has been thought of, families, solo travellers groups, couples, honeymooners will all create unforgettable moments here. The new extra pier area added in 2025 brings you calming, relaxed and warm experiences with a full bar and DJ performances at set times during the day. Summer break and winter chill made us want to go back for more. Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were genuinely impressed by the level of attention, care, and professionalism. The welcome process was warm, well-organized, and thoughtful. Right away, we felt that we had made the right choice and were treated not just as guests, but as valued visitors.
Despite visiting during the winter season — and even during extremely heavy rainfall — the hotel facilities felt almost no different from the summer season. Nearly all areas were active, and there was absolutely no decline in service quality. This was truly commendable.
During our stay, a birthday surprise was prepared for our little son, which deeply touched us. We were honestly humbled by such a thoughtful gesture. Seeing the happiness on our child’s face meant everything to us. This elegant detail clearly reflects how much the hotel values guest satisfaction.
The rooms were both comfortable and spotless. The attention to detail was evident throughout. The staff remained friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented during our entire stay.
The food deserves special praise. The variety of the open buffet, the quality of the flavors, and the presentation exceeded our expectations. The restaurant atmosphere was also very enjoyable.
The social facilities and overall concept truly deliver a genuine holiday experience. Although both my spouse and I have high expectations when it comes to hospitality, the service quality throughout our stay exceeded them in many ways.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, and there’s an impressive variety of food, fruits, and drinks available throughout the day. The restaurants and bars around the resort, especially Saadabad, are beautifully located and create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The entertainment team deserves special praise — they’re young, energetic, and super friendly. The live music was top-notch, and the shows every night were fun, engaging, and suitable for all ages. The entertainment overall was one of the main highlights of the hotel and made sure there was something for everyone to enjoy.
On the downside, the bed mattresses were not very comfortable, and a few of the restaurant or bar staff (only a small number) seemed unhappy with their job and showed a bit of attitude, which might be due to language barriers making communication harder.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Onur , who mainly worked at Lalezar Bar in the evenings , he was truly one of the best staff members I encountered. Also, a big thank you to the team at Divan Restaurant on September 27, who made my father’s birthday an unforgettable and very special evening for our family. They were extremely professional and kind.
My only suggestion would be to slightly improve the food quality at Divan Restaurant — everything else was excellent.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, lively, and relaxing vacation experience.

We stayed at Swandor Topkapi Palace for 7 nights, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort truly lives up to its 5-star rating.
The property is stunning, with beautiful architecture inspired by the original Topkapi Palace, and the grounds are immaculately maintained.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout our stay.
The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented.
Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities.
What really stood out was the service. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant teams for their hospitality.
Overall, Swandor Topkapi Palace is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday in Antalya. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!
