My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, and there’s an impressive variety of food, fruits, and drinks available throughout the day. The restaurants and bars around the resort, especially Saadabad, are beautifully located and create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The entertainment team deserves special praise — they’re young, energetic, and super friendly. The live music was top-notch, and the shows every night were fun, engaging, and suitable for all ages. The entertainment overall was one of the main highlights of the hotel and made sure there was something for everyone to enjoy.
On the downside, the bed mattresses were not very comfortable, and a few of the restaurant or bar staff (only a small number) seemed unhappy with their job and showed a bit of attitude, which might be due to language barriers making communication harder.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Onur , who mainly worked at Lalezar Bar in the evenings , he was truly one of the best staff members I encountered. Also, a big thank you to the team at Divan Restaurant on September 27, who made my father’s birthday an unforgettable and very special evening for our family. They were extremely professional and kind.
My only suggestion would be to slightly improve the food quality at Divan Restaurant — everything else was excellent.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, lively, and relaxing vacation experience.

It was very nice. But I have stayed at all inclusive hotels in other places and they were outstanding. That’s why I can’t give this hotel a 5 star all across, I know it can be better.
The workers were all very nice people, the variety of food at the buffet is probably the best part, delicious food and even though it’s packed, the layout works, they have repeat stations of certain items so that people aren’t piled up trying to get one thing, there is something for everyone’s dietary needs and it was very delicious. Plenty of tables so there’s always a clean place to sit. I liked that they had a baby food station which is very thoughtful when you’re trying to feed a baby but I would also appreciate alternative milks like lactose free or almond milk.
Things that need improvement:
The shops are way too expensive. We spent more on diapers here than we have anywhere else. Obviously profiting on basic needs. If they wanted to be expensive for clothing or luxuries that would be something else but sunblock and diapers? Those are basic needs. The barber shop, I know they may be an independent shop but the hotel should ensure the staff is following their opening times. They are never open at the time listed on their signs. Their card machine didn’t work so my husband had to get cash and the next day he went back at 9 to pay and they didn’t open for a whole extra hour. That was the day we were supposed to leave and we were just waiting for them to open so we could pay. That is gambling with people’s time and we are not trying to get a surprise bill later if we left.
A list of what’s included when you check in. We had to ask and even then we didn’t know what shows would be on and when. A program for entertainment would be nice. They didn’t have it listed on their app either.
The beach and playground were filthy. Trash, old bandages, cigarettes, napkins were all mixed into the sand and by the playground. That looked very unsightly. This was early in the morning too so it’s obviously not cleaned early.
Other than that the drinks were great, the rooms not very spacious but comfortable, great assortment of free snacks and drinks in the mini bar, and plenty of pools and sun beds.
The AC, we were there in October, so obviously much cooler weather. The AC was struggling to cool the bedroom down, I couldn’t imagine what it would be like in July and August, we ended up opening the balcony door for better, cooler air at night which I’m sure it’s not so nice in the summer.
Overall, we would stay again but I hope they work on improving certain things. It’s a good deal for the price.

I recently visited this resort with my family for my daughters first birthday in April. I read a lot of mixed reviews before booking this hotel but I’m so happy I picked this place to stay for our family holiday. I can definitely see why this is a 5 star resort.
The room was a standard comfort room for a family of 3 but was extremely spacious. There was a place to sit and watch tv in the room and not just a bed. The staff for housekeeping were so lovely and pleasant. The whole resort was really clean. The cleanliness of the room was really good too.
The food was a little bit repetitive however, the quality of the food was very good. A huge variety of different foods that caters to different cuisines suitable for children too. The fruit was extremely fresh, we had the most gorgeous decadent strawberries!
The staff were overall just so attentive and friendly which made the experience that much more lovely. More than one way to exit and enter the resort which is convenient. We were 10 mins away from the local strip of shops and cafes. Lots of other hotels nearby too. 10 mins from land of legends which was nice.
I would definitely book to come back here again!

I don't understand all the negative reviews! This place has been great!
Some of the negative reviews feel unfair. You know the location and style of the hotel before booking, so there’s no reason to complain afterward. It’s surprising what people choose to find fault with!
The staff here work incredibly hard, often long hours, yet always remain friendly, patient, and professional — even when faced with rude or demanding guests.
Entertainment has been solid! All be it a little overwhelming at first due to the sheer size of the place and many sections but once you have navigated and explored it's been really easy to get around.
Okay the hotel may be a little outdated and wear and tear but the entertainment and service tops it off.
Has been kept very clean overall.
Food is plenty full! Theres options for everyone. I like that they keep a separate area for vegan foods also for those who risk contamination and also have clear signs for this on each dish in the main buffet spread. Desserts are divine and drinks are great, bar tenders generally can make most cocktails. Kids club has lots of different sections and even serve food for them in the little canteen area.
Evenings have two different vibes, a chilled live music part and more nightclub party vibes in other area, also irish bar being open is lovely to chill out post walk back into the rooms.
Will update once again with names and credits where it due to staff.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This resort is not a 5-star resort in any way and the opposite of luxury. The hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures online. The room was dark and dirty and so was the bathroom. The fixtures are nothing like the pictures on the online travel websites. It’s no coincidence that all the photos online have come from the business and not actual guests. The service is subpar and the luggage system is sloppy and disorganized. We were asked to leave our suitcases in a pile with 10s of others in hopes that it would find our way to us. It’s an eyesore to be welcomed to your vacation in that way.
Our room was filthy and horribly kept. The baseboards and furniture were chipping. There were strands of hair all over the room, mysterious stains and mildew all over the bathroom. Dirty surfaces throughout the room. The outdoor furniture was also cheap and dirty. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize how disgusting the room was until after we showered and so they’re unfairly withholding one night’s fee. The room was gross and we should’ve looked thoroughly sooner. We tried to ignore the small things but it only got progressively worse as we paid closer attention.
We waited for our room to be available by the pool and it was horribly noisy, crowded and the opposite of relaxing. We should’ve left based on this alone.
We were so disgusted by the room, we had to book a new hotel within 2 hours of being there. DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND FAKE PHOTOS. Neighboring resort employees will corroborate our experience. The resort is closer to a 2-star budget hotel in a cheap resort town than the 5-star resort it claims to be. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Edit in response to Swandor: Trying to gaslight me with clear photo evidence presented is laughable. There was also no "regrettably threatening" language in our emails. We simply told your staff that we would escalate the issue with the appropriate third parties. Have a good day.
