Lovely hotel, great location for all the bars around. Good size pool and plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The staff were amazing and everywhere is very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. The food in the restaurant is good and varied everyday and the bar has a good stock of all drinks, and has entertainment on most nights if you don't fancy hitting the bars. We came for the wife's 60th birthday and she was presented with a bottle of pressco from the hotel, a very nice touch. Would recommend that you book for here because you will enjoy it.

Great position, happy staff, clean. We are here early season, April so pool freezing and pool bar closed. At third capacity so plenty of sunbeds and tables in restaurant. Food nice.
Entertainment issue...
Nice Spanish couple singing for us in the lounge.
At the same time the entertainment team decide to hold a damn pool tournament!! (11pm REALLY). VERY disrespectful to have them shouting and cheering while these singers are trying to do their best. Needs changing.

Prime Location for everything, Shops, Markets, Bars and eateries.
The pool area is excellent although the tiles do need some attention as lots of cracked tiles and some mosaic tiles had come loose.
The lifts are terrible, so slow and very noisy and some jolty, taking your life in your own hands if you ride them, stairs where our option.
We stayed in room 423, which was basic but as we only slept in it , it suited our needs. We had a leak which was creating a puddle on the floor, this was soon remedied after we logged it with reception.
We only had B&B facility, the selection for breakfast was good but some things needed to be better, tinned mushrooms? fried bread was always cremated, churros were always undercooked and white, coffee machines were hit n miss in regards to them giving you a full cup or not and then you was lucky if they tasted nice. The jam dispensers didnt want to give you their contents.
In the big picture, these are only minor niggles and didn't create too much of an inconvenience. As 3 different families staying in 3 different rooms we all had a good time.

Just had 5 days half board and well worth it, check in excellent, room lovely and clean, cleaned each day. Breakfast and evening meal great, great choice and excellent meat and fish, fab location to beach and bars, definitely visit again.
I would mainly go mid week as the weekend could be more rowdy for me, but, no buts!!!
See you again February or March. Give it a go

Stayed last summer with daughter for her 1st holiday , the room was lovely and clean , staff very friendly and helpful , entertainment staff were great with kids , selection of food for each meal so something for everyone, great snack shack , location was perfect , only issue was our room was on ground floor so view was of the kitchens wall but wasn't a massive problem and we are coming back again same time this year .
There is not kettle in the rooms again not an issue but is a fridge which we filled with big bottles of water from the shop a couple of doors away . Shampoo condition and shower gel in the shower . Easy to get about and only 5 mins from the beach .
