Absolutely amazing holiday here, we are just back after 5 days. The kids 4 and 2 had the best time in the pool and slides. Plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. Staff were so kind and the food was pretty good. Having read alot of bad reviews a out the food I have to totally disagree with them all, we had amazing food and something for everyone, the rooms were clean and spacious, the only 1 down fall we had was the pool was freezing, other then that we had absolutely no company at all 10/10

Single parent with 2 children travelling last week in May. Cheap and cheerful all inclusive, food was average much of the same every day but enough choice to give you a meal, entertainment was poor. The family room we had was well in need of an upgrade, no linin change in the week we were there but towels changed daily. Had to ask for our room to be swept as it hadn't been for 4 days. Pool didn't open until 10am and was very busy separate one for under 12's. Tea, coffee and juice ready available. Would give a 6/10. Dealings at the reception were extremely poor

Lovely Hotel!
We stayed at Hotel Rosamar for 4 nights at the end of April - Beginning of May. We got a great deal to stay all inclusive and really enjoyed our stay. This is our fourth time in Benidorm and probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far.
The rooms are lovely and so spacious! They are more like a small apartment, and we had such a gorgeous pool view from our balcony, we didn’t pay any extra for this and from the layout of the hotel it seems a lot of rooms will have a nice pool view. The only downside to the rooms is that there could’ve been more wardrobe space. You also had to pay to use the safe in your room which I thought was strange, it’s a shame this isn’t included. Our room was clean and so was the entire hotel, and also the cleaners were all so kind.
The location of this hotel is basically on the strip in the new town, right next door to flash hotel.
The drink system is great and the drinks are nice, the staff are very generous with the alcohol. The drinks system works that you have a token and you give your cup back at the end of the day for your token, so glasses aren’t lying around and it’s a lot more sustainable. Lager, water and soft drinks are always on tap on the side of the bar to help yourself.
The staff were lovely to us for our whole trip and were very attentive, the entertainment around the pool during the day was good. Unsure if they’re any good as we didn’t use them but there was an adult entertainment club and a children’s entertainment club, there was also evening entertainment which was child friendly.
There was no fight for sunbeds and there were plenty for everybody, however this may be the time of year, I imagine in peak Summer this would be a lot worse however I think there may be some system where staff prevent sunbeds from being reserved throughout the night or very early in the morning as I didn’t see anybody out there before around 8:30am. It does say you can only use your all inclusive until 12pm, but the staff let us use it until we left which was really kind.
The biggest disadvantage would be that the food really isn’t great, I wouldn’t pay extra for food to be included, it was just already included in our price and was great for the drinks aspect. I became quite ill throughout the trip and think it may have been linked to the food (or perhaps the alcohol lol) but a lot of people were also ill at the same time and I have seen quite a few food poisoning cases at this hotel. Another disadvantage is that the pool was FREEZING and I mean freezing. I’m sure this wouldn’t be as much as a problem in peak summer but a good thing to note. Also, lifts take forever!! So if you can avoid getting the lift majority of the time I definitely would, but for someone who can’t use the stairs this would become very inconvenient.
The luggage storage could also be more secure, as on check in there was a male monitoring it however when we put our luggage in upon check out, people were just given the key to go in and out themselves.
Whilst we were there, we experienced the power cut over Spain and Rosamar was one of the last hotels in the area to gain power which wasn’t great, there weren’t any backup generators like other hotels which meant there was no power, and not much to use from the all inclusive for around 13 hours.
However, I think the positives massively over powered the negatives and we would definitely return! But keep in mind that we got quite a good deal for this time of year, if I had spent a lot of money during peak summer I would probably be a little bit disappointed.

Having read the awful reviews about this hotel, I worried about staying there. All my family went for 4 nights to celebrate my 70th birthday. 6 adults 4 children ages ranging from 72 to 3 years ago.
All I can say is I couldn't have wished for a better 4 days and nights.
Rooms were modern and spotless. Cleaned daily, although We did find the rooms very, very hot with the temperatures hard to control. The location was perfect. Near to the beach and a lovely gentle walk to the
old town and all shops, restaurants and bars.
All the staff were friendly and polite. Excellent service with a smile. The choice of food was good. The children always found something they enjoyed.
I would certainly stay there again.

We have just got back from 5 nights at the Rosamar Hotel & what a brilliant holiday / stay we have had! The location was the absolutely highlight of this hotel, situated right across from the strip, though not too close to be disturbed by noise / party goers. We found this brilliant as there’s so much around the hotel, beach isn’t far at all & it made it easy to get back from night outs etc. 10/10 on location!!
The room we stayed in was a very generous size, we were given a corner room & the balcony back onto our families balcony round the corner so we could see each other from across the way which was brilliant. Room was clean & ideal. 2 double beds pushed together so ample room and the shower was lovely. Room was an absolute 10/10 for us, we could not fault it at all.
I do believe staff at the hotel could’ve been a little more friendly. Certain reception staff, cleaners and bar staff all came off a little rude from time to time. I do not believe this was due to a language barrier either as they spoke decent english. The cleaner didn’t clean our room so we asked at Reception for some clean towels / toilet roll, they said a cleaner would meet us at our room in a minute if we go up. We were there for 2 hours waiting, still nothing. After ringing them & querying, we didn’t receive the towels & toilet roll until the next day when they finally came back to clean, this was quite inconvenient for showering / going to the toilet, luckily we had family across the hall but if we didn’t we would’ve struggled.
A big shame was that we couldn’t do late check out which we wanted to pay for but i totally understand that the hotel was full & it’s out of their control, though the way it was dealt with was just not the best. We went down at 7.30am to ask to extend & kept being told, “come back in an hour”. Went back down continuously just to be told no.. not sure why they couldn’t just tell us on the first trip down? but hey ho.
Food isn’t the best, basic chips etc are okay. They do have english sausage which is alright on a butty for brekkie. We were all inclusive as it was cheap to upgrade but we mainly did that for the drinks side of it. We ate out most Mornings/Evenings, there’s so much nearby.
Pool days were great. No smoking by the pool but not a problem for us to move for that. Pool does get extremely over crowded and you can’t exactly “swim” much as there isn’t a lot of room🤣
There was 4 lifts and wow it was horrendous trying to get up and down within a decent time😅 We were on floor 10 and most of the time the lift stopped at every single floor, could do with extra lifts 🛗 but that’s me being very picky, it didn’t impact the holiday.
Overall, a lovely stay at the Rosamar. The interior in reception etc is gorgeous. Rooms lovely with a view & location absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t fault it, even if there was a few negatives. There will be negatives wherever people go.
