How do i start ! the receptionists we dealt with were nice, however, they lack the basic knowledge of English and this is highly unacceptable for anyone working in a hotel. I've never found myself in a situation where as a guest...I have to make the effort to explain myself and repeat things 10 times in order to be understood. The bartenders: it goes without saying...none of them can speak or understand English...and I would like to highlight the rudeness of some of them: the Spanish ones (or at least I believe they were Spanish, were really nice but the others, maybe African, were very rude and incompetent and apparently not willing to do their job at all: one of them didn't know (or at this point I think he pretended not to know) what an expresso is....and a Spanish colleague had to explain it to him....come on...seriously?? If some people don't enjoy working at a bar why don't they look for another job? Acceptable variety of food however of rather poor quality and I was surprised by the absence of beef. As already mentioned, most of the bar staff were really rude and incompetent. Every time my family and I went at the bar we felt in a cold, unwelcoming environment. I believe this is the only hotel n Benidorm were English is not spoken and that's probably why most of the guests are very very low class Spanish people. Outside of the hotel it's a different world, happy and fun, inside the hotel there's just an unfriendly atmosphere caused by both the bar staff and the worst Spanish guests which are for the most part constantly angry or to say it in Spanish "amargados". The rooms were cleaned everyday however it is basic cleaning .. whoever cleaned can’t even make the sheets beds well .. the rooms are old yes but fine it wasn’t a problem for us .. the area of the swimming pool is nice when there are not many people around which is in the morning when they open at 10 .. but then in the afternoon it becomes crowded .. some rude people even play with the ball inside the swimming pool with babies around not being careful that they could hurt them with the ball.. anyway not worth the money The only good thing is the location near the beach but be aware that the beach with rocks .. if you want to enjoy swimming you can’t because it is unpleasant ..

Came to this hotel in 2017 and absolutely loved it so been wanting to come back since I just went this month and will say never again. On This occasion not allowed inflatables in pool when could last time so after wasting euros on buying them I was unhappy. Also says no diving been that was still allowed nothing was said then I had window open what I was sat next time. Some Spanish person came over trying to close it I said no so he went and reported it guess what it got closed. There so much more I could say but written enough

We love coming to this hotel as it is very welcoming. All the staff are amazing and work very hard. Yes the hotel is a looking 'tired and a bit dated' but the hotel and rooms are very clean. Looking forward to returning when the reform is completed.

Quite a small pool and there was not alot of tasty selection of food. I am vegetarian and all I could eat was roast potatoes and chips. They have a sign above a food section saying "vegetarian" but was full of meat. The location was the best thing about the hotel

I agree it needs an update we were super happy there. My daughters want to go back all summer they said and be with the activity director Sam who was so sweet with them! I Highly recommend the all included ultra plan since you get a lot of entertainment activities included and other nearby hotel visits. The alcohol included is also top brand! But without a doubt the best was all the children entertainment offered! We have 7 year old twin girls and they were over the top happy with all the activities: Arts and crafts, disco, games, circus etc. They even take them To eat lunch with the entertainers (super recommend) who are super friendly such as Sam and Diana and alejandra !!! and parents can enjoy some down time but more importantly they make friends!! I see a lot of complaints but we were pretty satisfied and will definately come back. Price value is awesome. The food is tasty although i would agree the eating area could be bigger, its a bit tight and can have lines and disorganized maybe they should have another eating area. Also the snacks could be better, need more kid options like nuggets or sandwich options etc.But all in all it has been pretty great! Also very close to beach one block away. Although we barely had time to go to the beach with all the activities the kids wanted to do!
