The hotel doesn't seem particularly special from the outside. But as soon as you enter, you're greeted by friendly staff. Large dining area. Simple bar. Gaming areas with pool and other games. We had a fantastic view from the 8th floor. The hotel had a nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. It was a short distance to the beach and also conveniently close to the bus stop, with Torrevieja town center within walking distance. Large, nice rooms. The rooms had: 2 TVs. Refrigerator Safe Hairdryer Comfortable beds Nice terrace with 2 chairs and 1 table. Tidy and good cleaning Plenty of 220V power We were very satisfied with this hotel. And excellent service.

Absolutely disgusting. I don't care its not 4 or five star. The manager is awful. Wanted help with a theft from hotel and she wouldn't even view cameras for me. I didn't need to attend just her.. the place had bugs in the room i reported and nothing was done. Most the plates at the canteen areas are dirty salad is dead.. they have rubbish options for food that didn't go together at all. Seats are all stinking on the pool side. Front desk is a nice bunch of staff that where lovely. but obviously can't do no more if the manager won't allow it. Will never come back to this hotel ever . I scrimpt and scraped for this holiday and its now become a nightmare for memories not ones to remember

My family room for 2 adults 2 kids and a baby was on the 7th floor with amazing views of the pool and the sea. Apartment was clean. It was cleaned every morning with fresh towels, bin emptied,bathroom cleaned, beds made and a general tidy up. We had half board breakfast and dinner was different food everyday Salad, puddings, meat all fresh and always re stocking more food. Couldn't not fault the food at all. No one got ill. Pool was lovely, water slightly cold but once your in it was fine. Spash Park and park for toddlers are brilliant. Entertainment from 4pm with games and music. The hotel is not near the town of torrevieja however to to get the bus its -€1.55 per person/ child. A nice shop next door to the hotel and a few little restaurants next to the beech. Beach opposite hotel with rocks but if you walk down you will come across the beach with sand. Quite area and 40mins from alicante airport. Staff are super friendly at reception and bar/ restaurant and always willing to help can speak English if needed. Rented a car easily with the help of staff. Would defo come back. This was out first abroad holiday and would return. We miss it already.

We spend one week at your Hotel Playas de Torrevieja. We enjoyed the hotel area (pool, bar inside the hotel, restaurant, balcony, sea view etc), but we were very disappointed that the hotel gym was closed / under renovation during our stay. That was one of our must-have-criterias while choosing the hotel, so it really affected on our overall feeling about our holiday. We didn't find even any little hint that could have told us that the gym is closed (we only heard about it when we went to the reception and asked how to get to the hotel gym), and there are no other gyms in a walking distance from the hotel. So that really sucked, honestly. But anyway, we enjoyed the pool area (however sun sets behind the building in the evening, so you're not able to sunbathe til the dinner). Food was average or good (quite one-sided but still there was always something delicious to eat), and churros at breakfast were so so good (2 times / week)! Staff was mostly very friendly, but we had some communication problems because all of the staff members didn't speak English very well. Anyway, we had a nice holiday! :)

Hotel it's okay, nothing special... they don't have kids playing area, nothing do to in evenings, this hotel it's good only for old peaple, we come here with 6 year old kid absolutely boring, hotel nice and clean, food not really tasty, breakfast it's okay but lunch and dinner not really good,all food not cooked enough, no tasty... room size are really good,view from balcony really nice,staff very good... only food not really good..and if you come with kids nothing to do for kids only swimming pool
