Rooms very clean, staff very abrupt sometimes rude, entertainment non existent, food aaarg what to say out of 4 full days there, there was 1 meal we managed to eat without having to go out for something else afterwards as the rest of the meals were absolutely horrible. You get what you pay for. I believe that, but as far as all inclusives, this one is at the bottom of the list. Friendliest staff there were the receptionist and the cleaners cannot fault them at all.

Miss Vegas

Positives: Friendly happy staff especially the restaurant staff. Good location. 2 swimming pools ...1 adult only 😁. Clean hotel. Near to beach. Negative: Food was mostly cold. Slight slope up to hotel so if mobility issues could be a problem. Very limited parking (almost none for visitors, hotel guests etc) so had to pay the £12 a day parking in the hotels small gated carpark at the front of the hotel down a one-way street. Over all a good clean friendly hotel.

Fantastic stay here with great friendly staff. The room was cleaned daily so it was spotless. The food was really good lots of choice and different every evening. Salad bar. Pasta. Chef grilling food in front of you we had pork one night sword fish steak too many to mention Potatoes. Chips. Pate. Finger foods. Lots of homemade hot puddings. Desserts loads of choice. Chicken. Vegetables. Variety of different fish. Entertainment most evenings. We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely return.

Rooms were paper thin and could hear everything going on from next door, above and below. Staff were lovely, kind, professional and efficient. Food was okay. Similar foods were put out each day. Not really much range with salads and desserts.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Claiming to be a 3 star hotel (Gala Placidia) and the sister hotel claiming to be a 4 star (Hotel Dynastic). After spending an hour after arriving at the hotel trying to sort out the bill and them insisting they wanted to charge me an extra €490 to upgrade to all inclusive, we finally headed to our rooms. I paid £650 for 10 nights all inclusive with a free transfer to the airport, and my friend had paid £505. My friend had booked 4 days earlier. I was originally only intending to stay in Benidorm from the 20th-24th Jan with our other friends (staying in the old town at Grand Bali hotel). My friend was moving from the Bali to Gala Placidia Hotel for the duration of her stay (24th Jan-3rd Feb 2024). I decided to stay on with her and booked online the night before we arrived at the hotel. We eventually got everything sorted and we went up to our rooms to put our luggage away. About the rooms is stated below... We went downstairs and a couple informed us NEVER to get in the left hand lift as it always breaks down and some people were stuck in it the day before for over an hour! In our 10 day stay, we witnessed the lift broken approximately 6 times. The all inclusive selection was branded drinks, unlimited use of the spa in the sister hotel, and 2 free excursions... They informed us after we asked about the excursions that they didn't apply to us as they were for guests staying longer than 6 nights, we did inform them we were staying in this hotel for 10, but more excuses arrived! We went to have a look at the spa in the sister 4 star Hotel and was greeted with a slightly rude receptionist and told to go to the viewing area. We did.... the ceiling is being held up by a sheet... literally 🤨. We bought a swimming cap and thought we would check out the spa anyway on a cloudy day, half of which did not work... one of the ladies in the pool area had to trip the spa 3 times while we were in there to get the Jacuzzis going... the steam room only operates at certain times, and we weren't informed of this... that was the first and last time we used the pool and spa! There were many fights in the hotel rooms on my floor, and my friends and you had to keep ringing or going to reception multiple times for something to be done. 2 couples were warned about the hotel phoning the police. The entertainment was... okay. We didn't really stay for it as we were out of the hotel more than in the hotel. If there were any spanish taking part in the quiz or any interaction entertainment, they always won. All in all, I would NEVER stay at this hotel or the sister hotel ever again. Make sure you look at reviews if you are thinking of staying here and be careful with the facilities! A few days into our stay I did enquire about the free transfer as I couldn't get it to work on my mobile. The receptionist told me I didn't have a free transfer. I showed her my booking information and the T&Cs. She took a picture of my phone and said she would speak to a manager. The next day I saw her and she explained that I was correct and I did have a free transfer, however, I now cannot use it as I should have booked it straight away at the time of checking in. When I stated this is not mentioned in the T&Cs, she then again started to real off other excuses (which i think the staff are trained to do!) I did pay the €9.50 for a transfer back to the airport. It just seemed to me that any issue raised with them they would try and edge their way around it. Honestly this is one of the poorest hotels I have ever stayed in. Whilst we were waiting for our transfer to arrive, we were listening to a lady at the main desk. She had booked for 2 adults and a child. There was her, her son (approx 10) and a baby. She was told that she would have to pay extra for a cot to be placed in the room and she would also have to pay extra for the boys stay as the booking states and adult and he is not one.....
