Antonio greeted me & was very helpful. I had to send passport information via WhatsApp. It was economical but the room could use some updating. The hot water ran out. The bathroom had a strange setup where the toilet paper was across away from the toilet, no towel rack, & there was no way to close off the shower. The bed felt unsanitary. The sheets were old & didn’t feel clean. I only stayed one night so it was sufficient. The inside gated parking was completely full & I had to park outside but was safe enough. I can only imagine how it must be during the height of the seasonal tourism. I had no need for the pool & it appeared to be a great place for youth or families with children.

Great location at the beachfront, depending where your apartment is, possibly nice views. The complex is kept clean and they are trying their best in renovating and taking care of the gardens. The swimming pool is great, lost of shade and place to relax. I went in October, low season. The water was still great for swimming. Overall, great place to stay in Benalmadena, I would come back.

The apartments are nice and ok, but the reception and service is aweful. You arrive and nothing works (wifi, tv, ...). The heater/AC explanation missing. During the weekend there is only an emergency phone, you are expected to call.

So I booked a holiday still on holiday only had my first day to find one I get 0 sunlight on my balcony and two the neighbours blasting out the TV from 10pm till 3am, and someone attacked someone inside the complex no security.. not being funny but came on holiday to actually rest and sleep not to get more stressed my jobs stressful enough thank you.. was even deciding on weather to finish the rest of the week here for ask for 50% refund and find somewhere that is accommodating. Will not be returning ever. Shame as the apartment was clean and lovely but spoilt by your own guests. I don't ask for 5 star but this is not even a 3 star lets be honest. And the TV from 9pm till 3pm still continues on holiday day 1 2 3 and 4.. had to buy earbuds witch dint do alot as its that loud. Got video proof of this too.

It's a beautiful and big complex and I think we got the biggest balcony of them all with good view to the sea. We really loved the tropical vibe this hotel had on the inside and outside, and our two room apartment had OK space. BUT! The hotel is in grave need of restauration. Alot of broken stuff in the room, and the fasade of the building is falling off here and there. I assume this hotel was top of the line in the 80s or 90s, but hasn't been taken well care of for many many years. The hotel looks way better in the pics than close up IRL. Hotel is also in a good area, and is close to the beach. So that's good. But overall feel was good despite quite many flaws. So we give it 3 of 5 in total. This hotel has alot of potential to be THE nr1 hotel of the area, but they need to invest in some serious restaurations for that to happen. So Benalbeach, if you read this, get to work :)
