Pilot beach resort is located on a beautiful sandy beach and it has its own private beach area . It’s close to visit some amazing places , but unfortunately it’s not even close to a 5* hotel . Some of the waitresses in the restaurants are so rude and makes you feel like you are not welcomed . We went with a half board option so we had breakfast and dinner . Breakfast are generally not too bad (neither too good), but the dinner is around 2-3* hotel . Fruits and great and some food is okay, but many of them tastes horrible and not even close to a standards of 5-star hotel. During our whole visit from around 8-9pm until the morning sewage smell was unbearable around a large area (probably around the whole resort ) which ruined our nights and to breath some fresh air from outside .

We had a great stay at the Pilot Beach Resort. We had a family room, which was very spacious and had a separate kids room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach was just wonderful and easy to reach and I really appreciated that there was a life guard , since some days there were quite some waves (in the fun way). There were always enough sun chairs both at the pool and the beach! A total recommendation if you look for a family vacation!

Rooms were nice and spacious, housekeeping stuff was friendly and always wanted to help with anything.
Incredible various and always topped up buffet with loads of options.
Fully recommend it as an overall for a great family holiday, we went in October half term and everything was on point!

We have been here for about a week now and can only report positive things. The staff is fantastic!!! and the food is excellent.
It's a bit of a shame that the all-you-can-eat nature of the restaurant means that the cuisine is somewhat underappreciated. Because a lot of it is really well made and above average!
Everything is clean. Minor renovations are needed (for example, the indoor pool), but in general everything is still usable and good value for money.
Fortunately, the mini disco is a bit away from the main restaurant and, although we are here with a small child, we really appreciated having a room far away from the hustle and bustle of the kids' pool and mini disco.
Rumour has it that they want to move the kids' area to the edge of the resort, which we think is a good idea.
we recommend taking a taxi instead of renting a car for daytrips within 1hr distance.

Facilities and food were excellent, however all meals were buffet so, serve yourself. Only beer and wine with meals served at the table so had to got to the bar to get any other drinks yourself. No room service at all. The spa did not offer pedicures.
Whilst our stay was enjoyable this is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel.
