We stayed here for two nights due to close proximity to a wedding venue. The hotel is well designed, the room was very comfortable and quiet and the views were amazing. Pool area was great, and I liked the separate quieter area with sun loungers by the sea. The service was great, all staff seemed friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is happy to explore the island by car and prefers a more remote, quiet setting away from a busy town.
It is worth noting that the food options seemed quite limited. The resort is in a beautiful location but there is nothing nearby, besides the airport. It takes about 30 mins to drive to Chania town. The gym felt quite small for a hotel of this size and the yoga mats were all dirty. However, it is open 24/7, so it never felt crowded.

The hotel is new and beautifully designed, with stunning sea views, relaxing pools, and a peaceful atmosphere.
However, the staff showed little care for guest requests and seemed indifferent to whether we enjoyed our stay. We arrived as a family with three young children and were given two rooms far apart, despite many empty rooms nearby and our willingness to downgrade just to be close. The staff noted our request but never followed up, leaving us to split up during the vacation because the kids were afraid to sleep alone.
Unfortunately, this lack of attention ruined the overall holiday experience. A beautiful hotel means little if the human service is missing.

The hotel is recommended to land at the airport - Chania.
I would like to note the level of service and courtesy of the entire hotel staff and Mary and Iulian.
The hotel is pleasant and of a high standard and in my opinion is recommended for the entire family.
Those interested in renting a car can receive assistance from the hotel and the TIC car rental company is very good and at a good price.
In conclusion - we enjoyed ourselves very much.

We stayed at the hotel as a group from our company and the overall experience was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the common areas well maintained, and the hotel facilities allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay.
What really stood out was the staff. The reception staff were always smiling and ready to help, the service at the pool bar was fast and cheerful, and Eva in particular stood out, while in the spa Katarina welcomed us warmly and made us feel special during the treatments.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast – it seemed rather limited in choice, which does not quite match the level of the hotel.
Nevertheless, the hospitality and positive energy of the staff left us with the best impression and made our stay very enjoyable.

Me and my partner had the most perfect week at Isla Brown. Julian, ilyas and Amanda at the reception were always so helpful. From the second we arrived everything just felt relaxed and welcoming, prosecco on arrival and Jordan showing us to our room… the small gestures was important to us.
The room we booked was the King Atrium Room with Garden View which was lovely. Spotless and in the best location, only a few steps from the restaurant, pool, and terrace bar.
The hotel has such a beautiful atmosphere, also smells amazing everywhere. The pool area had very comfy sun lounges, the pool was salty water which I personally loved, and the deepness of the pool was rare but perfect especially because it kept the water cold.
The food was beautiful, enough options, morning and evening. Everything was fresh, got renewed as and when needed. The drinks at the pool bar… piña colada recommend! Cafe freddo recommend! Thankyou Krystos, Alex, Berber and everyone else.
Everyone we met within the staff was so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to Mari, given her time to my partner to help organise the most perfect surprise… I thought it was just going to be a regular holiday until he proposed. She really made it all come together and it couldn’t have been more special. Thank you so much once again. Everything was perfect!
The views from the holiday is stunning. A true paradise location. We had the option to get a shuttle to Chania town morning and evening, we preferred evening which was 5-10pm. Mary also recommended a beautiful rooftop restaurant to my partner and booked herself for us.
Honestly, such a beautiful hotel to visit. This place gave us the most perfect memories and we honestly can’t wait to come back.
