We are currently staying here while working and I can honestly say it has been an absolute delight. The breathtaking views, the warm hospitality, and the overall atmosphere of the resort make it a truly special place to be.
A special shout-out to the Concierge Team for always checking in on us and making sure everything is perfect, as well as to the teams at the Pool Bar and Main Bar, who work incredibly hard every day while always keeping a smile on their faces.
We've genuinely loved our time here, and the only downside is that we'll have to leave in a couple of weeks. This place has really started to feel like home.

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending a conference. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. The service lets it down completely. I’ve never in my life witnessed service as poor as what we experienced at the pool. Food options in the hotel are extremely limited and you cannot eat by the pool. If they upped their game, did quality pool side service and served good food at the pool and bar, it would be a much better experience

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view and all the amenities anyone could ask for.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, while the common areas were elegant and very well maintained. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time.
What truly made the experience special, however, was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience! Highly recommend to everyone!

The location is far from everything and a car is needed no beach at the hotel. No atm, the toilets stink maybe there is a discharge problem, the main restaurant food is lukewarm, the hot beverages are low in quality. The staff is very kind and friendly, also the architecture is convenient. There is no place to pray but we saw the building. Not family friendly place but good for couples or business meetings. Nice romantic views and romantic music.

Wow! I stayed 2 nights when I landed in Crete and this place was above and beyond! It just opened from Hilton taking it over and wow it was the best Hilton stay I’ve ever had hands down. Dimitris the guest manager was amazing, even before my stay he personally was making sure I had everything I needed and then greeted me at the door with such a warm welcome and had everything taken care of for me.
Tom at the pool bar is my favourite person haha he has amazing energy and was so helpful you will be treated so well by him!
Vanjo at the buffet restaurant was amazing, so kind and attentive!
But all the staff went seriously above and beyond. The room was beautiful!! There was a duvet which was amazing and the best was perfection.
The view is stunning, the pool is salt water and was amazing. It just opened so there was a few hiccups but everyone went so above and beyond that everything was great and smooth in the end.
The drive there was easy and beautiful. The food was great! I highly recommend this place. It is a gem of a resort and I am very very picky. Highly recommend here!
