The hotel is extremely non-customer-oriented. Two weeks ago we booked a hotel for June through a tour operator and paid for it. The tour operator canceled the charter flight for our date and we had to change the date two days earlier. The tour operator wrote to the hotel and there has been no response to reschedule for 2 weeks. The tour operator can't do anything.
It is unacceptable. Prices for other hotels have already increased significantly.
Are there a hotel management? Give me the answer already!!! Extremely disrespectful attitude towards future tourists!!!

So hotel is nice however it’s definitely not 5 star and in my opinion would be at best be high 3 star. The complex is nice and the room we have is a great size however the general upkeep of rooms and hotel in general need a lot of attention. Very tired looking, damaged furniture items, light bulbs not working. Damaged tiles and flooring in restaurant and pool area. Maid service literally just makes beds and empty bins and had to ask for toilet rolls. No real tidy up and I don’t expect to have my clothes put away but could be better than thrown on to bed. We are half board and breakfast is adequate with loads of staff but they just clear tables. No one seats you or serves just the basics of tea/coffee as you would get in 5 star hotel. Breakfast choice is a just above average. Haven’t done evening meal as dont want to have same service as I do for breakfast with a family having to each queue and get their own so I don’t enjoy the meal as we are all up and down at different times.
Staff we have come across are good but have that general holiday complex attitude of it all seems a bit of a chore.
The area just outside is great for tavernas and food and service there is better than hotel.
Would I recommend? Yes but only if you want a high 3 star hotel and don’t mind the tiredness etc. Would i recommend as 5 star? absolutely not.

Second time arriving to this resort. The first time it wat perfect, but now It has downgraded! No air condition that works properly. lots of insects in the room- all over it- floor, beds, curtains. and the workers at reception are very unpleasant and not welcoming - they will ignore you and treat you like a nobody (that’s the feeling they gave me)- no matter how nice
And polite you are. The don’t really clean the rooms or the drinking mugs, no toilet paper refills unless you call them to bring. Sliding door that doesn’t lock. We will not come again and will not recommend you coming.
That’s just a bit of what we’ve been through..
To give a bit of positivity to this review I can say
It’s a nice area on the outside town, also pools are nice and nice beach.
To summarize it - we didn’t enjoy it

One of the best hotels on this island. Its huge, have all types of rooms from budget to luxury. All amenities that a family can need during a stay. Kitchen is really very good and the service of their maestro is amazing. He like asked for a special menu every day for our 1 year old who is just starting to taste new things. The cleanness and readiness to change whatever we ask is amazing. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Lovely pick whether you are traveling with or without kids. We have two kids so we booked the family suite with two bedrooms. It had a lovely pool and sea view. The suite is beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable with balconies in every room. The property is so vast and there is never a crowded place. The resort has its own private beach and is connected to the Agia Pelagea public beach where you can find lots of restaurants all facing the sea with an inviting ambience. This was a good thing because the ones at the resort do not have a lot of options for vegetarians. The staff is courteous and polite. There are lots of spaces for kids to play including water slides. Though I feel they should come up with a park since their adventure playground is not functional. You can rent a car and drive around to the nearby towns and landmarks. Must warn, they are far.
