We were impressed by the elegance of the hotel and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. There were plenty of fun activities and entertainment options for all ages, making it perfect for families as well as couples.
Most of all, the staff went above and beyond — genuinely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Warning: Your reservation might be canceled at last minute!
We purchased tickets and booked rooms at this hotel two months ago during a promotion and agency. Everything was confirmed and fully paid. However, just three days before our trip, we were informed that the hotel was canceling our reservation, refusing to accommodate us at the agreed promotional price.
The reason? They found another customer willing to pay more, so they decided to throw us out and give our rooms away. Completely unprofessional and unethical.
There are 6 of us coming from three different countries, all flights and arrangements already paid for — and now everything is ruined.
If you're thinking about booking here during a promotion, be warned: your vacation could be canceled last minute if someone else offers them more money. Not trustworthy at all.

Absolutely dream of.a resort. Location idyllic, variety and quality of food outstanding, service absolutely amazing. A special mention must go to the wonderful breakfast omelette chef, Maria, so lovely, friendly and talented too! Also the wonderful waiters, George and Stella at the buffet restaurant, so helpful and friendly. The guest service staff, all so friendly and helpful. Check in with Chrissalou ( sorry for spelling) was one of the most welcoming ever. 5 star all round! And our week has just started!

We stayed in a room with a private pool, close to the main pool. We were there in June, so the weather was perfect and it was not as crowded. It honestly looks better in person than it does in the pictures. The sunbeds at the pool are of very high quality and very comfortable. The room is very large and the private pool is private, you can’t be seen from the outside. The resort is very large, so there are long ways to the different areas. You can order a golf cart but that takes a while sometimes and by that time you can just walk. The beach is on the other side of the road through a tunnel, again you can asked to be driven over. The water park is also awesome for kids. The whole hotel is very luxurious and modern. We had half board. The drinks and lunch was pretty pricey, so if it makes sense upgrade to all in. I would say it’s worth it to do it for €100 p.p. The hotel is also kind of out there, so I would recommend a car rental. Although I believe there is a bus stop not too far away (saw it but never took it, we always rented a car). It would have been a five star experience if the food and evening entertainment would have been better, but the rooms and common areas are pure luxury, I would definitely go back and recommend 100%

The hotel was beyond expectations. Easy check-in in, and the restaurant was still opened, although we have arrived at midnight. We got an amazing room close to reception/restaurants and beach and we enjoyed the electric car ride/buggy to the beach. You could find at any time sunchairs available at the beach ( peaceful place and protected area). The food was amazing and varied both in the main restaurant and a la carte restaurants. Nice playground area and friendly stuff. The train station to Lake Kournas was right at the front of the hotel.
