Booking wasn't clear which part of the hotel we were in. Turned out we were in the one away from the beach. However we realised after 2 days the one behind was less crowded and more spread out. So we actually preferred this. However the room was a bit of a walk to get to even from the pool . And our view was mainly the roof and in the distance the sea. Whilst we weren't in the room much during the day, the balcony wasn't that amazing. Was overlooked and felt more like an apartment balcony than a hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous with plenty of choice. Different theme each night. The free alcohol was very mild which we didn't mind. Plenty of car hire places along the road. Supermarket very close by. Came for an easy, relaxing holiday and the weather. Plenty of day trips available and the area felt very safe. Hotel was clean and tidy. Overall we had a nice time.

Was there this week I have to say the staff is amazing and very friendly always ready to help you in every way possible. The room we had was very beautiful with a view of the sea and a little kitchen even with all-inclusive. The food was also good with plenty of choices. The hotel has it's own public sandy part of the beach where you can get an umbrella with two beach chairs for 6 euros for the whole day, or you can also relax by the two hotels pools. Near the hotel you also have bus stops where you can take the bus and go to the city center for just 1,60 euros. In the hotel you can also book trips to other beautiful places on crate.

Had a brilliant room on the top floor looking out to the ocean. It was a spectacular view. Liked our side of the resort, with a good pool area and plenty of chairs (as long as you get in quick...regardless of the signs, they do get reserved early - they do need to enforce this I think!!!). We found the beach side far too busy and a smaller pool area... certainly not as relaxing! Bars were great with cocktails and beer on tap. Loads of food throughout the day. We had a great stay, and the staff on reception were very helpful.

Clean rooms, spacious with air conditioning. Lovely layout, with plenty of eating and drinking ares, multiple facilities throughout the hotel, well lit areas and kept clean. Plenty of loungers at the beach and by the pool. Beach was amazing and could take drinks/food down to it.
Did not like that Tui customers are not allowed to stay in rooms at the Beach side, I think it should be specified that the booking is only for the Star side. Reception staff was very good, dealt amazingly with a situation we had with the noise from 2 rooms full of students next to us. Food was good with plenty of choices. Same as cocktails, but only one choice on lager. Overall very happy with our stay at this hotel. Don't like going to the same place twice, but I would definitely return here.

Special thanks to Atlina she keep us entertaining with new animals made from towels by her self really great happy of that. Also rooms are cleaned perfectly 👌 🙌 🤗 👏. We had a pleasure to spend there last days of seson but still everything was done in good manner. Personally realy recommended
